I gotta say, I was really impressed with these guys. Its been a couple years since Ive gotten an eye exam or new glasses. Was with Pearle Vision until they closed and havent went to eye doctor since. Was with Lens Crafters before that. These guys are better than Pearle Vision and waaayyy better than Lens Crafters! I didnt even finish my paperwork and they were calling me in for my appointment. I was in and out with full exam including dilation test and picking my frames in 45 minutes. They called me in another 45 minutes and told me they were finished replacing the lenses in my old glasses. They are going to send me my new glasses as soon as theyre finished because I live 2½ hours from Reno. Going here from now on. Oh, and everybody was very friendly. Highly recommend!

Overall good service but it took about 3 weeks to get my glasses & I never recieved a call about the delay till I called
