The office was very clean and the employees were so welcoming. I felt that they took the time to make sure all my vision needs were addressed and they have a wonderful selection of frames.

First visit after moving out of state and looking for a new eye dr. The staff was very nice from the receptionist to the MA, I saw Dr.D and he was amazing! Very nice, easy to talk to and thoroughly explained everything. Recommend 10/10

Visited for my son eye exams, service was great however I am keep receiving the bill which do not supposed to get. called at least 5 times but no resolution.Tip: make sure you get you final estimated before the service and keep a copy in case they send you additional bills.

Dr. Duffins was great with our 12-month old. Engaged fully with her and made the experience enjoyable/comfortable for her all while keeping me informed and explaining these as he went. I had an issue with my eye that needed fast attention so I was told to come in as a walk on. I expected to wait for a while but I was seen really fast! Everyone was super nice and caring and very professional. I already scheduled my next appointment and made one for my husband as well.

Amazing Eye Doctors! Have been going here for years but when I started having issues with eyes and my regular doctor could not figure it out, my ENT said I should go to my regular eye doctor! Wow! She was right. He knew what was wrong and started immediate treatment, got me in right away! I can’t say enough about this practice!

I called to make an appointment and they were able to get me in that day. The reception desk staff are all super-friendly, the techs are friendly and willing to explain the procedures they are doing. Cori Cooper is my optometrist and she is sweet, friendly and willing to share images of my eyes and explain what she sees, which makes the visit much more interactive and educational. When I went to pick out frames, the staff who assisted me was sweetly honest about the look and fit of the frames I chose, until I was able to choose the exact right frames for me. Everyone you encounter there smiles and says hello. Highly recommended!

1 of the 2 pairs I purchased about a year ago, broke after dropping them.The employees at Family Eyecare have always been very nice, and when I took my broken pair of glasses in, it was no exception. Even though my glasses were passed the warranty, they found a frame the lenses would fit in, It was one of the arms that was broken, and replaced them with those.
