Diana was the whole reason I chose to come to LensCrafters today, as she answered my call and was so incredibly friendly and helpful! I have used a different provider in town prior to this, but I’m so happy with the service here that I’ll switch to here permanently.I ended up buying two pairs of RX eyeglasses and a pair of RX sunglasses for an incredible price. Came here for the first time to get a second pair of glasses and was immediately greeted and helped at the front! Diana was amazing! She helped me with everything I needed and made sure I was happy at the end! She was extremely friendly and helpful! They also had a lot of options to choose from which I love! Definitely recommend going to this place!

Kelly was super helpful and nice. My glasses’ frame needed a little bending to stop them from sliding down my nose and it was done instantly and complimentary. I’ll keep this place in mind when I need a new pair of glasses for sure.

Great people working there. Very knowledgeable and seemed happy to be there. My only complain was a lack of options of frames within the amount allowed by insurance. Loved the material my glasses were made of. I wear trifocals and have NEVER had glasses than thin in my entire life!

Went to LensCrafter today and had a wonderful, relaxing it experience. Diana, Julian and Isabel were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional.

During this visit I needed to get my safety glasses switched from bifocal to progressive and I was not satisfied with the frames for my everyday glasses. Kelly was very patient with me and extremely helpful with selecting the frames that would best work for me and my wife. Fixing my safety glasses seemed like a walk in the park for her as she can navigate all the tools needed to set up lenses with ease. She is very good at what she does while being very polite and courteous towards her customers. It was a treat to work with her at LensCrafters in the Meadowood mall and I would recommend anyone go there in the hope they could work with her also.

Kristi, a licensed optician, saved the day. My grandson needed glasses asap because he couldnt wear his contacts due to an eye infection. There were issues with his prescription, but she solved the problem and rushed his new glasses which were ready in 15 MINUTES. Wow! What great, competent service.

Do not go here. I went in to receive a prescription for work safety glasses; I received the prescription but they failed to provide my PD. After informing them this is absolutely necessary they refused to give it to me and told me to order safety glasses through them or let them order the glasses for me through my companies provided. Absolutely disgusting. Will never be back

I lost my glasses. They might be somewhere nearby, but without my glasses, I can’t find them. Made an appointment last minute and was seen super quickly. Very fast and friendly exam from Dr Beck. My optician, Maria, got me fitted with new frames and I can see as clear as ever. Thank you guys!

I came in for some prescription sunglasses. The store was clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Jack measured me for the glasses, and got me in and out in no time. He walked me through using my HSA for my glasses, and took time to explain the charges.Overall, it was a great experience, and I can’t recommend this location enough!

My mother speaks absolutely no english, she always gets nervous when we go out. Lately her sight has been getting worse so it was necessary for her to go out. when we walked in we were greeted by Isabel. She noticed my mothers stutters and began speaking in Spanish. She didn’t make a scene or made my mother feel ashamed for not knowing english, instead she helped us out and even became our friend. Thank you so much Isabel.
