I just has Lasik on my right eye 👁 I can see without glasses . YaY went in for check up. Manpreet K. Rehal OD love her . Everyone in office is AMAZING. From front desk to check out to the lady that fixed my sunglasses that I have had for years and years 😀 she took the right lens out and left in the left leg lens but found out my prescription was old so I wasnt able to read close up my phone. So I went back in and she switched both to non prescription. Perfect I see great with monovision. Had surgery on my right eye so I can see far away and I an able to see my phone and read close with my left eye . If I wouldve known I wouldve had this done before I went back to work Pandemic masks 😷 so amazing not having to steam up my glasses get them dirty, scratch them, pull them off with the mask, knock them off my face keep pushing them up . Hurting my ears or getting a headache from them pushing into the side of my head. Anyways Thank You so much for referring me to DR. MILLS AND FOR EVERYTHING. I even wanted to buy some sports glasses to protect my eye and Dr. MANPREET SAID. Didnt they give you some after lasik. I was like yeah. She said I would just use those. So she saved me probably 200.00 but I did try a pair on and they didnt totally close around the eyes like goggles is what I was looking for. So I had got a pair of 14.00 terminator type sunglasses at Walmart and I wore my ugly eye protection glasses and my cheap Walmart wrap arounds over them when we went to lake tahoe on our boat yesterday. I AM SO SO SO EXCITED TO GO SKIING AND TUBING ON OUR BOAT IN A MONTH AND I WILL BE ABLE TO SEE WITHOUT GLASSES. Im also a Pastry Chef at Atlantis and so no more steaming my glasses up in the freezer or in the cooler, or cooking something, or opening the ovens YAAAASSSS Im so so happy. I highly recommend LASIK and I highly recommend Eyezone and Eye Care Professionals Dr. MILLS AND everyone in that office is Incredible too. Had a pair of lenses made, one was distorted, it was sent back and replaced. A few months later the eye specialist, I see indicated there was something wrong with my glass prescription and to see someone else. WOW! I had no idea they were so bad until I got my new lenses from Family Eye Associates. EyeZone is not interested in a credit for the lens. and the few months of thinking my eyes had gotten worse and not the glasses. There is a complete lack of integrity, and a $300.00 Throw away!! Do they need the money that bad? Carful, you might not be getting what you think you are.

I just moved back to Reno.It was time for my yearly exam.I had stopped by their office, as I live nearby, for an adjust. Anne cheerfully adjusted them. We chatted for a bit, I met one of the doctors and knew I had found my new eye doctor’s officeI had an exam this week, all went well, the office is spotlessly clean and all employees are friendly and professional. I highly recommend this eye doctor office.

Fantastic staff at this location. They are very prompt, polite, and engaged with patients in a kind manner. Dr. Mitman is thoroughly professional, also kind in her demeanor. Glad to have this location so close by in South Reno!

Picked up glasses for my mother, shes on hospice, they told her new lenses would be paid for by her insurance, but when I picked them up it was an additional $162... So I guess theyre misinformation is the customers problem....in my business ...I would have at least gave them to her at cost, who profits from poor seniors when its not theyre fault?EYEZONE DOES !!!!!

This was my second visit to your clinic, and just like my first it was good. In light of the on-going COVID-19 issue, I was a little hesitant to actually go in. I neednt have been. Everything and everyone was properly cleaned and masked. As well as that, my wait was minimal, and all of the staff was great. Ill see you next year.

Been coming to EyeZone here for years and happy to keep doing so. Exams never feel rushed. They take their time to do a complete look at both vision and health of the eye, which is especially important to me as I have some family history of eye issues. Highly recommended.

My first visit with Dr Rehal was great. She reviewed my family history, listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. She clearly articulated the challenges I may face and made suggestions for slowing the progression that naturally results from aging. She showed me the photos from the testing and pointed out the areas of concern. There was a new tech who was training and I was impressed with the oversight that was given to allow for good testing as well as learning. Anne was so helpful both in contacting my insurance company and in assisting with glasses selection. No pressure, just nice suggestions. I liked the individual attention in this smaller office.

BEST office - friendly and courteous staff without being annoying. Amazing customer service values and traits. So impressed with the seamless flow of the office. As a former medical office manager I am impressed with the ease of the staff to work with as well as their professionalism. You cannot go wrong using this office for your eye care needs for your whole family.

I found all staff to be pleasant, efficient, knowledgeable and they took the time to answer all of my many questions. Im a happy camper and will return on an annual basis.

I was told that they could find no evidence of insurance so I had to pay at the end of my appointment. When I got home, I called my insurance company and was assured that this appointment was covered. Eye Zone called me and told me they would reimburse the money I had paid. Otherwise, the staff was very friendly and the doctor was personable, attentive and thorough. My glasses were ready in a short time and Im very satisfied.

Dr Dufur was recommended by a friend and patient. I hadnt had my eyes checked for years. Didnt know who to go to. Everyone was very friendly and I felt they were actually happy to see me. Great first time experience with Amy Sullivan O.D. and all the others at EyeZone South Reno. It started with the staff seeing me exactly at my appointment time (no waiting). Everyone was friendly and efficient, but at no time did I feel like I was being rushed through the process. I felt that Dr. Sullivan was very thorough in her exam and she took the time to answer all of my questions. Same story for the techs who took care of me before and after the actual exam.The prices for the glasses seem generally in line with other providers, but I found the exam to be much more thorough and the costs to be very reasonable and a much better deal that some of the big providers (like Lenscrafter).I would definitely recommend EyeZone South Reno and Dr. Sullivan to anyone looking for a good eye care and glasss or contacts.

Dr Lewis, Tammie, Brand, Kaslo, Cecilia all were superb and provided exceptionally service. i moved from Sacramento to Reno last year and lucky to find a great Vision center for my eye checkup and glasses. I have very high power corrective glasses and it was so reasonable to make a glass here. I would recommend eyezone for anyone looking for a vision checkup.

If youre searching for a new optometrist, youre quest is over! Dr. Dufur is the best! He truly cares about you and your eyes. South Meadows Vision Source is very thorough, using multiple methods to check your vision at every appointment instead of just relying on the eye chart like other optometrists. I never realized how little my previous optometrist did until I went to South Meadows Vision Source. I knew I had the best optometrist in town after my first visit. Thank you Dr. Dufur!

Great service wonder people

Dont you just love when you go somewhere and get the WORST customer service!!! Well this place is it. The front desk gal was rude, cold, gave short answers and no eye contact. Ill go spend the $300-$500 I was prepared to spend here elsewhere. I work in dental as a front desk person and Im so glad I would never treat my patients this way. 😐

I had a great experience. The staff was personal and professional and equipment for exams was s0tate of the art.

I made the switch to a different optometrist because another place I used to go didnt have there stuff together, Dr. Durfurs office were friendly knowledgeable and promised that I wouldnt have to fill out my entire health history annually like other offices require. Dr. Durfur was great and didnt rush me, allowed me to ask questions and I never got the impression that I was imposing on his time. Will be back.

As a medical professional, I was very disappointed with eyezone in south reno. I felt like the optometrist dr. Lewis was rushing through my exam. He did not take the time to review my medical history. He did not take the time to review with me about my $39 retinal imaging until I asked him. He did not tell me he was going to dilate my eyes and just proceeded to put dilation drops in my eyes without telling me what it was, other then eye drops. I did not have sunglasses with me and they sent me out without any eye protection, and I could barely drive home. I felt like my very few questions and concerns almost bothered him when I said anything. I wanted contacts, but they do not keep any in stock for fitting, they call you whenever they get them in after ordering and have no idea when that will be. It is $200 for the fitting after my insurance. I have very good vision insurance, so I feel they may be over charging. I had to asked for my eye glasses prescription as no one bothered to help after my exam show me any of the many glasses they had at there office. I also had to call back to obtain my pupilary distance so that I could order radiation protection glasses for my job. I was told they normally do not include that on any prescription, and they normally charge extra for it, but as a one time courtesy they would let me know what it is. Overall I was not impressed by the care, or quality of this place. The equipment in the patient room was very dusty and dirty. I have worked with far better optometrists and eye offices in the past. I would not recommend this office or dr. to anyone and would strongly advise seeking out any other optometry professional.

I had been seeing Dr. Dufur for some fifteen years. When he sadly departed Dr. Sisson very ably took his place. I have seen Dr.Sisson twice: He was very careful and took time to complete a thorough examination and explain his findings. I have been wearing glasses for about sixty years and do not remember optometrists who made eye measurements so pleasurable as they have been at SMVS. His office staff and assistants have always, cheerfully, given me the best of attention.

My son has been a patient of Dr. Dufurs for years. We have always been extremely pleased with the service we receive. Dr. Dufur is very friendly and thorough. He always takes time to answer questions and is just a pleasure to see each time. The staff has always been very friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. I can honestly say that of all the physicians offices I have ever visited; I have yet have as good an experience as we have had with Dr. Dufur. If you are looking for an optometrist; look no further, Dr. Dufur is the best in town without a doubt!
