I went in my dogs ate my glasses and they were so fast to help me get my new glasses. I had the best service I didn’t have insurance and it was cheaper than my regular optometry office I walked out with 2 pairs of glasses for the same price I would have paid for one at my optometrist office. I am so pleased with service and the variety of frames. My frames were on the higher end but they were Coach.

I love going to Eyemart Express. I live in CA and visit my daughter in Nevada where I go to EE. They are almost always super busy (great places usually are!) so be patient! You can even take frames you love and they can almost always put lenses in for you. Take in your eye prescription.

Excellent service, beautiful frames and fast lense application. Tim is personable, knowledgeable and so helpful. I am greatly impressed with my first time experience. He said they will continue service with tightening screws, cleaning glasses and replace nose pads.

I had cataract surgery on both eyes, had to get two new glasses, 1 for computer, and 1 for reading fine print. I got both glasses, with scratch proof protection for just under $100.00. This is frames and lenses and all completed in just over an hour. Now that is what I am talking about. I am a happy customer...or as I say, Happy Camper!

I really wish I remember the woman’s name that helped us. She was AMAZING! My husband and I have been to a lot of optometrists and eye glass stores and they usually find his inquiries annoying. This woman didn’t. She answered his questions and was a great conversationalist.A pair of my glasses took 15 minutes to finish. Crazy fast. They also cleaned my old pair of glasses for me. They adjusted my new ones perfectly. My husband needed emergency glasses because he lost his and they were so understanding.Their warranty covers a lot too. Definitely the best place to buy glasses. Mary was very accommodating. She not only helped me, she helped my mom and grandma. Eyemart Express is a store I would recommend to anyone who wants to buy glasses. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. When glasses were down within an hour, unfortunately my eye prescription in my left eye was wrong. They called my eye Doctor and let them know had happened and they fixed them. Very appreciative for that.

On 09/23/2021 I went in, chose my frames and upgraded to transition lenses for my primary pair and received a second pair at no cost (regular lenses on 2nd pair). The nice lady that helped me (Sorry but Im bad at remembering names) said they would be ready in about an hour. I decided to go to the grocery store down the street. As I stepped into the store I received a text that my 1st pair was ready for pick up (15 mins) and 4 mins later I received a text that my 2nd pair was ready (19 mins). I went in they made certain the glasses fit properly and made minor adjustments (5 mins) done! You really cant beat that kind of service and they were super helpful and super nice. Definitely my go to for glasses!

Cici was a wonderful help. She was kind and patient with me. Who included my Alzheimer’s mom and puppy dog. So she had lots to deal with. Never rushed me. She’s an amazing asset to the Eyemart company. She’s a real keeper

Outstanding customer service. Only had to wait an hour for my glasses. Walked in, saw a line and expected to wait a long time but I only waited for about 2-3 mins.

I really appreciate Eyemart Express employee name Lee in Reno. I had gone to Walmart for eye exam only. Immediately following eye exam, I went over to Eyemart Express to pick out frames for new glasses. Unfortunately, when Lee went to computer for my new frames and glasses, he found out that the clerk at Walmart had used my insurance towards glasses there (eye exam free thru my insurance) even though I never said that I was going to buy glasses from Walmart. It took more than 2 weeks to get everything straighten out with my insurance. Lee called my insurance . The insurance company told him it would take 2 weeks to straighten out. I had to go out of town. I called him while I was out of town to find out status . No progress. Lee told me that he would come in early to work the following day to call my insurance. The day before I was headed back to Reno, Lee called to let me know everything was straighten out and my eyeglasses were ready for pickup. Yes, I was driving home with broken glasses. Lee had superglued my glasses the two weeks prior when I first went in. But with traveling and rough handling of glasses, the glasses broke again at the temple. I came home and unpacked and then headed straight to Eyemart Express to pick up my new glasses. I was disappointed that Lee wasnt to work just yet because I really wanted to thank him personally. Lee is an outstanding and amazing employee at Eyemart Express! ps: Dont trust Walmart eyecare clerk.

Entered my prescription into their computer - wrong. Had to wait for the second set of corrected prescrption glasses to be made and still wrong. Adjusted the frame to make it better but then I could only use half the lens. Will NEVER go back.

After having cataracts removed I got a new prescription at my optometrist and ordered glasses there, however the delivery was 3-5 weeks. I couldnt see well without new glasses so I went to Eyemart Express in Reno to get a pair quicker. I have a very wonky prescription with extreme prism that is a bit hard to make. For example Costco cant make these. I was helped by Amanda and she was very diligent in figuring out what I needed and if they could do it. I had to wait overnight so their most experienced technician could make the lenses. I got a text the next morning that the glasses were ready. I went in, picked them up and they were perfect. The price was very reasonable Thanks to Amanda and Lee for their help.

Would have been a 5 but miss cut my glasses 4 times and had to wait almost a month for my glasses.

Lost my glasses at Bryce Canyon in Utah while on vacation. Stopped in Reno to get new ones after having my eye doctor email me my prescription. Jeffrey was a great help and I had my new glasses with progressive lenses in an hour. Thanks for the great assistance and making it so I could see for the rest of my vacation.

Always fair priced and speedy, and most of the staff are nice, but Kim desperately needs an Attitude Adjustment. Walked in to pick up my prescription (and tried to explain i was doing so) when I was rudely cut off NAME?! she said. I quietly replied and tried to apologize for my ignorance,, but she walked away from me as I was doing so. I understand things get busy, but dont let your customers suffer for it

My glasses needed an immediate attention since it was missing a couple screws, and so I looked up the closest place I can go to hopefully get it fixed. This place came up on my google search and I immediately went in. I explained my situation and they helped me right away. I was at the store for less than 10 minutes. The salespeople at this store are attentive and super accommodating.

The price I paid for 2 new glasses was amazing. They definitely went way beyond my expectations. I really needed one pair to be able to see, however they were able to tint the other pair of glasses in the same amount of time to setup my first pair of glasses. I was fine with just receiving the second pair in the mail. Nope I got them at the same time..Lee the guy I met with and talked to over the phone was magnificent. I went here for the first time. Excellent place. Exceeded customer satisfaction. They price matched the frames that I was wanting to get with an online vendor. Did not oversell me stuff and recommended the basic lenses that I had to get, and even explained why. Glasses were ready in 12 minutes. When I went in I thought I was going to be approached by someone who was going to tell me what I liked. Not the case they were friendly fast an efficient. I loved that they let me pick out some styles that I liked but helped me find the style within my budget. I recommend everyone who is looking for good eyewear to got to them. Tim was absolutely amazing. He told us our options and was super amazing with my 12 year old son. He explained the process and gave us perfect expectations. Both pair of glasses were done and ready in 1/2 the expected time. I will be returning again for my other kids.

The service and help I got was as good as Ive ever had any place they were cordial very polite quick and gave me information I had no knowledge of that help me save a lot of money I could not see getting glasses any place else and they made two pair of glasses and less than 58 minutes.

My experience was wonderful! I seen this couple giving an employee a rough time. They got a little out of character and would curse at this gentleman because they refused to abide by the COVID regulations. I had the best experience. I came in and was shown where the glasses were that my Insurance covered and went and found the pair I liked. The gentleman helped me over to the table and fixed my glasses for the bifocals. Then they told me they would be in a hour and they would text me. It only took them 25 minutes and I had my new glasses. I love it. Ive used to waiting up to 6 weeks to get my new glasses. This is were Ill be going from now on.

Went in spur of the moment on a Saturday and it was slammed. Asked if the could do a walk in eye exam and they said it would be a little bit of a wait. Cool. No worries. I went and checked out glasses. 5 minutes later they called me in for the exam. When all was said and done, I spent $300 and left with 2 pairs of glasses and an eye exam in about 90 minutes. And that time included waiting for them to make my glasses. Only complaint is that the lady who did my fitting had kind of a s#!++y attitude, but not too bad. For the price, Id come back here over and over.

The glasses were for my husband for a much changed prescription from his last one. The employees greeted us when we walked in and were very thorough and friendly. Not only that, his glasses were ready in 50 minutes! My husband actually thanked the staff for the great customer service. This is a very RARE occurrence due to the fact that my husband is in the customer service business and is very picky. We loved this experience.

Did in record time because I had a packed day and Eyemart was so busy it was 50 minutes to be called as next customer. Used the time to pick frames. Even though helping another customer, Jeffrey took the time to point me to where there were sun glass frames on unbelievable sale and sun glasses were just what I needed! Did great job at processing my order quickly but correctly. Did me the great favor of texting me when they were ready (29 minutes not an hour). I chatted with some people who had to wait almost an hour JUST TO PICK UP THEIR GLASSES THAT WERE READY! Jeffery had mine ready to go when I walked in the door. That handsome, personable very capable young man should be strongly considered for a managerial position!

I bought 2 pair of their least expensive frames, with one fitted as a reading glasses prescription and the other for distance use. They are to be used as spare pairs. I am surprised at how well they fit and how accurate the scripts were filled. And both pair were ready and. 30 minutes, including s mild tint on one pair. I highly recommend this store for friendly competence, choice of frames and speed. I will be sending family and friends there.

I was pleasantly surprised with the efficiency of this place. I liked how quick they were. My glasses were done the same day. They accept care credit. And they had a deal for 2 glasses so I got glasses and sunglasses. I would definitely use them again. My one complaints and its not even a complaint.....more of a suggestion...would be that the employees were way too straight faced for my taste. Wouldnt kill you to smile. The lady I saw when I picked up my glasses was good. But the other 2 were very serious. And thats not a bad thing but trust me....a smile goes a long way.

The experience from start to finish was absolutely awesome. The exam was painless (and Im a tough patient... I mean Im a huge wimp when that puff of air is blown into my eye!), and the glasses selection was super great. I first found Eyemart Express in RenoWhen I broke my glasses in 2015. I had an eye exam, picked out my frames and with the help of their wonderful staff I was in and out of there the same day. Clearly this is the place to go if you want a top-notch experience. In 2018, I went back to them after falling and breaking my only pair of glasses. As a walk-in customer I had my eye exam within 5 minutes. Erin is very good and I felt she did a thorough exam. Being on a fixed income and having no insurance the exam, frames and lenses I chose were budget friendly. I cannot say enough about about the staff. They were so competent I can’t wait to see them again. Although, I hope I don’t fall again in order to need new glasses. 😂Within less than an hour my glasses were ready for pick-up. I ordered two pairs of glasses. Walked out of there feeling like a movie star!

Very friendly and helpful. The guy that helped me let me know the best options for my budget. Once I picked out my frames and he took my measurements it was less than 2 hours and I had 2 new pair of glasses. This was so perfect because I need them for my job and I only had the one day off. I think it was $125.00 I paid for 2 paid of no line transition bifocals. They are not the fanciest but right now I’m on a budget and am extremely grateful to have them. While they were being made I told my girlfriend about Eyemart Express and she was there in about 30 minutes and got herself 2 pair.
