I set an appointment for 3:20 on June 8th, two weeks prior, after four phone calls. Arrived early, rearranged my whole schedule. Its 3:35 and nobody has even shown up. This is highly unprofeasional.

Dr. Mendoza is great. His upbeat attitude is welcoming. He doesnt just prescribe glasses. He makes sure that they truly fit your vision. Krista was great and very helpful with picking out my frames. -Regina

Went here for new glasses and sunglasses. I went in for a eye exam, i felt rushed out but never gave it a thought. I took my prescription to the ladies in Walmart vision center, they are great by the way. Got my new glasses and sun glasses a week later. I was ecstatic because i needed them so bad. Well the prescription was wrong. I said something to the ladies after Walmart, i was told to give them a try, my eyes might focus. Will i could see great far away but could not see a thing in front of my face. I went back to see the optometrist only to be told by him that he screwed up. Well bottom line is, when i went the first time i had the money to get both glasses and sun glasses. When iui went back and got told the he screwed up, i went back to the Walmart ladies, again who were great. Only to be told that the new prescription was going to cost me another $120., only to tell then that i didnt have the money and now i have to wait for a month to get my glasses. All because i was told by the optometrist that he screwed up. So bottom line. After i do get my glasses in a month, Ill never go back to him again. I thought he was a great guy personally, but he did a horrible job with my eye exam. I am so upset over this because i needed new glasses so bad. Such a shame!!!

I take my whole family (myself, husband, daughter 14yr and son 2yr) to get our eyes checked by Dr Mendoza every year. Hes quick, fun & wonderful with everyone including my 2yr son. Dr M is amazing & great family guy! I will comeback again if my family has any issue(s) with their eyes. Front office is hospitable, professional and respectful. I feel as they are part of the family. I always call to make an appointment and call to confirm. I never have any problems with being seen and they are always on time.

Dr. Mendoza helped us out in a jam. We were visiting Reno on vacation and my son forgot his glasses. So when one of his contacts was damaged, we were faced with a dilemma on how to get through the week. His script for the contacts called for a specific, doctor brand only. Dr. Mendoza did an exam, contact lens fitting (worked with our insurance), and put him in even better, more comfortable lenses! My son is so very happy and grateful for his help! Excellent service and we highly recommend!

Definitely reccomend Dr. Mendoza to anyone looking to see better than ever before. Helped pick out which contacts are most comfortable for me, even gave me options to try at home. Set appointment same day and got in and out with ease. Got perscription for both eyeglasses and contacts. ++

I have had the worst track record with eye doctors. So i am always a nit apprehensive walking into another doctors office. Dr Mendoza was one of those doctors who revitalizes my faith in the practice. Super personable, very knowledgeable, did a thorough enough exam and i am very pleased with the conclusion of his assessment and action plan/ treatment. I would definately recommend that friends, and family gobto see him. So to you questioning it, reading this- go see him. Furthermore; I called at noon, and was able to get an appointment for that same day, which was awesome! You can access the office from the outside of the building, has a seperate enteance from the front. When you walk in you find the waiting room has a simple fing shui, and the receptionist is plesent too...A++

I went here for my glasses in 2014, then went to Lenscrafters due to insurance in 2015. Even with Insurance I paid 3x more for my frames at Lenscrafter than I paid at Walmart without insurance. The optometrist here is really nice and didnt try to upsell me on anything at all. Lenscrafters, after my insurance had paid more than half of my prescription cost me $300 for frames I didnt like but better ones were a fortune! Walmart, with my eye exam and frames; with NO insurance, cost me $129 out the door.

Very great Dr. I went to Lenscrafters who gave me the wrong prescription and after many arguments and complaints I came to see Dr Mendoza and he fixed my prescription and I am happy to be able to see again!
