The people here are very nice and helpful! Alex helped me get a car and also went out of his way to get me the parts that my car was missing and got them to me. Overall, great experience. They are very friendly and would recommend that others go here if they are in need of a car.

I purchased my vehicle here in may 2020 at the beginning of the pandemic. They make you sign a no warranty after driving it off of the lot and as I was driving it home I noticed it was shaking pretty bad. I thought this may be due to it sitting for awhile. The next day the engine light came on. They also own a mechanic shop where I would take it and they never really seem to actually know what is going on. I have suspicion that they would reset my car so the engine light would turn off and after driving it a couple of Miles it would come back on. After multiple times of telling them that the car was shaking it finally broke down completely only 8 months after buying it. They worked on my vehicle for 8 days. I even received a call that they were working on it for 7 hours and do not know what is wrong. Finally it is running and I pick it up just for the check engine light to come on the next day. If you ask me I would say look else where. I still owe 8k on this car and it’s done nothing but have the check engine light since the day I took it home.

Save your money and dont even think of going here.They are a huge rip off and over price there salvaged cars. They dont really tell you the truth about what was wrong with the car you buy. Had to find out later that the little fender bender they claimed the car had been in was a lot worse and there was mor damage to the car then they had stated. Told them about it and they just kinda shrugged it off told me they could do nothing. Had the hardest time with the paperwork to. I say if your trying to by a car you wanna put more money into once you drive away buy your broken down car here.

Horrible experience! Financed a car less than a year ago and it’s been rough ever since. The check engine light comes on every other month. They also have a mechanic shop as well where they literally have no clue what they are doing. It’s believed that they reset the car so the engine light goes away and we drive it a couple miles and it’s back on. The problems never go away. They say they are professionals. They are professional UNPROFESSIONALS (:

These people are a huge rip off! Selling vehicles that are broken down with check engine lights on. I would recommend another dealership. They are selling unreliable cars in a pandemic! When people are really already struggling.

These guys are not true to their word. I also believe there was also some bias or discrimination involved because we were not their nationality. My wife and I went here fully knowing our situation, and were honest about my wife’s credit which is not good. We had a large down payment $7000 which we were gonna put down on a Pathfinder which was marked at the price of $9995. As you can see well over half the total price.We test drove the truck everything was good. As we pulled back in from the test drive some people we’re looking at the truck ( people of their nationality) but we paid it no mind and we went in left $1000 deposit and were told that we had nothing to worry about the car was ours pending an inspection on Monday, they spoke with the people who were eyeing the car and the people left.So later that day we get a call from the sales guy when the dealership was about to close, saying the owner (who was there the entire time listing and even assured us everything was good before we left) didn’t want to deal with my wife’s credit, and that she would have to buy the car out right and told us to come get the deposit we left. My wife thought about it and said ok she’ll buy out right no problem, but they had already closed so she left a message.So this morning the sales guy Alex calls and my wife tells him keep the deposit we’ll buy the truck all cash he said ok fine. An hour later he calls and says the car is sold mind my wife already bought the insurance. How was the car sold and you guys were closed and your closed on Sundays which is today? Which is why I believe they sold to the people who were eyeing the truck.

Posting and trying to sell cars that wont pass smog!Its funny, they advertise a great car, ready to go. Waste your time driving down there to find out the check engine light is on, so literally its not a lawful sale. You have to be able to smog a car to register it. Then if thats not enough, they wont let you take a car to your mechanic. You can bring your to mechanic to them, though. Put the car on their non-existent lift I guess.Stay away.
