Bought a certified used Q50 from them and less than 9 months after buying the vehicle the car starts acting up with the main sensor and wouldn’t drive. Take the vehicle in and I’m told that a main part of the sensor system needs to be replaced and it’s going to cost over $2,000 that the warranty doesn’t cover. Wait. What? The warranty doesn’t cover, why the hell not? Fast forward 3 days later I pick up the vehicle and guess what, it’s still doing the same thing!!!! Oh, let us check it, you didn’t do that before you told me that the vehicle was ready?? They check it and a rock has hit a sensor on the front of the car.....oh so that had nothing to do with the original problem? I have some serious doubts about that. Oh and to top it off the sensor isn’t covered either, that’ll be another $100 or more. I fought with them hand and fist to no avail. I would say don’t buy a vehicle from here but guess what they aren’t even in business anymore. I wonder why!!!
I had to get a recall done and then a little maintenance as well. Everyone was very friendly and the waiting area is comfortable, we appointed and had a nice selection of complimentary beverages. On top of that you get your car washed with any service so I drove off looking great!
Was on a road trip from Canada and needed an oil change. They caught a different problem with our rear brakes and did a thorough inspection. Was also given a loaner while they completed the repair. Thanks for the travel tip John! It was fantastic -wife and I loved the place :)

We own a 2004 Infinity G35 Sedan and a local shop informed us that this car takes Special Antifreeze. I needed more information so I called the parts department and spoke to Kenny. He was patient and informative and confirmed that the manufacturer recommends Special Blue AntifreezeThanks Kenny for all of your help and professionalism so we can make a good decision to keep our car on the road.By the way, it has 161,000 miles on it we performed regular oil changes and service on this vehicle and hope to get another 100,000 out of it.Thanks for the service.Steve McDaniel

I brought my 2011 G37xS into the Infiniti Reno location to have its 60,000 mile service done. The representatives there were very welcoming and helpful. I was given a loaner car for the day, which was a big help to me. The service was done almost exactly on the minute when they said it would be. I will be bringing my car back for all future service.

My Infiniti was having problems coming out of Lake Tahoe, so I had the car towed to Reno - then flew back to Utah. They replaced both of the catalytic converters and then called me, telling me that the catalytic converters were the only problem; and the car was fixed and perfect. It took them a couple of weeks to complete the job, so I thought they had been thorough....but not at all. I picked the car up after they told me that they drove the heck out of it to ensure that the catalytic converters were the only issue. The front brakes were grinding loudly. They didnt notice that even though they drove it extensively? I drove it back to Utah and the catalytic converters went out immediately. My mechanic is telling me that they ripped me off and that the engine needs to be replaced. I am livid. They destroyed my car.

Rude rude rude. Between sales lady Michelle and manager David Bell they lost our business. We were not treated with respect or dignity. Both were obviously annoyed to do their job let alone know their inventory. Completely outraged on how poorly we were treated and lied to on the car in question was in fact in a accident. My husband directly asked why the front was not flush and after pulling out own car fax the car had damage to front end. Terrible customer service. Please dont call again Michelle and insult me more over the phone!!! Your time should be up selling cars.
