In my experience, Honda has always has always had the highest quality. I have a 2009 Fit. After 12 years, the original battery finally died. 12 YEARS! Thats incredible. Normal life is 6-8, if you are lucky. I drove in, bought a replacement, they installed it and I drove out in under 20 minutes. Highly recommended.
This is the best honda dealership Ive been to, they have amazing customer service, they definitely take care of their customers. The service center is awesome, they let you know whats due for your car but they dont pressure you into getting more work done than you want and they dont lie to you and say you need stuff dont that you dont. The waiting area is great, very comfortable. I traded my car for a van and they gave me a fair deal and made sure that all the service it needed and little things were fixed on the van and showed proof it was done and so gave me an owners manual and they even gave us a loaner car until the work was done on the van. Also they made sure it was clean and I had a full tank of gas when I picked it up. They were amazing, most dealerships would not put that much money or effort into a car they are selling, they just tell you as is but honda makes sure you are getting a great car that will last you and that there are no issues. Thank you reno honda, my experience has always been excellent with you! P.S. whoever repairs the leather seats does an amazing job!
I drove up to the service line at 7:30 AM. Was seen promptly. I needed my automatic trans fluid added. I already had purchased the fluid because I just assumed I could do it on my own. Not so. A Honda Pilot requires tools no one I know would ever carry. They took care of it free of charge. Polite, friendly, professional. THANK YOU!!!!
They are very pleasant until you finalize the purchase. Then the customer service kicks in and that is a whole new ballgame. They are rude. They hang up on there customers and the manager does not receive phone calls to deal with the issue of his rude employees.Avoid Honda. Go to Toyota. My boyfriend never had any delay in service or rude people talking to him like those at Honda!Honda could learn from Toyota’s customer service skills.
Had Oil Change and Tires Rotated on my 10 month old Passport. Two days AFTER my service they email me a coupon for the same service for half the price! I called the dealership and they said, “that’s too bad”!
Inquried about a car, which they said aready left the lot and went to auction. Ironically found the car down the road at BMW????????

Took my little Honda Civic that has 300,000 plus miles on it to this dealership. Let me first say that I am skeptical of dealerships virtually paranoid about them and Bill Pearce courtesy Honda did everything they possibly could and convinced me that theyre a wonderful business and the people that work there went out of their way to provide a service with excellence! They took care of my car and they did so in the most professional and courteous way and I would recommend anybody to go there. I will definitely be returning myself!

This place has been very good to me! Irina was my dealer and she was very helpful, but the thing I loved most was the honesty. She wasn’t pushy at all, and she was very kind and I left with my 2019 Nissan Sentra. Couldn’t believe it to this day that I have it! There was something wrong with my car, they made me wait 2 hrs and they didnt fix it. I broke down a couple days later and was stranded for 5 hours after working graveyard. Now Im sick and I go back to work for 5 more 12 hour shifts.. totally scared me.
I went to the dealership to get some information on honda civic lease program. I was totally ignored for good 20 minutes. And later on i was simpy told I won’t be approved without even talking to me .
Told me upfront that they were a little behind, which was much appreciated. When I went to the customer lounge I could see it was close to full capacity per the current safety guidelines. In spite of this, I feel that they still had my inspection and oil change done in a reasonable time. They gave me the option of a free ride home and back instead of waiting at the dealership. I find them to be within the price range of others offering these services and you get Honda service. Have never been disappointed.
Very personable and go the extra mile. I love the staff. They seem to love their job and that is important in this day and age. A good employer is hard to find.

My room-mate took her vehicle in to have the starter replaced. During the repair, the technician broke the window regulator. Instead of offering to fix their mistake, they then tried to upsell on the replacement. Im not sure what part of a starter replacement requires the abuse of a window, but not making right what was broken while in their care is absolutely unacceptable. Its also a very questionable tactic to break something, then conveniently offer to fix it as an upcharge. Very shady.
Fairly smooth transaction, initial vehicle we selected sold. However, they were able to track down another vehicle, same color and spec - had it delivered to the dealership. We had to wait a few days longer, but in the end, everything worked out.

As many of you I do not like going into dealerships at all. BUT.. this is one dealership I would definitely walk into again and again. I have been a Ford guy all of my life and after seeing what kind of options I had with multiple dealerships this one was by far the best. Best customer service EVER hands down. Fernando and Oscar were incredible to work with. They explained to me the whole process and we’re honest from the beginning. I Would HIGHLY recommend these two gentlemen. They were also very cautious and took the right precautions with disinfecting everything before and after I touched anything. GREAT JOB GUYS!!!
CROOKED DEALERSHIP. DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR HERE. Sold me a car that was in a significant accident that wasnt reported. Did not disclose this to me. Tom says they only go by car fax for facts and their mechanics must have overlooked the problems my car has. Refused to help me out and now Im stuck with a $3500 repair. But apparently carfax is foolproof to this dealership. Dont trust them.
My saleswoman Arlene was very straight forward, accommodating and not pushy. I found the car that looked perfect for me on their website and went to look at it. The financing process was easy and its the first time Ive purchased a car and not felt completely drained afterward. Reggie the finance manager was also very pleasant to work with. Beware: they will pretty much harass you if you are thinking about buying a car from them. I went here to check out Hondas SUVs. I love my Honda Fit, and it has been good to me for over a decade. However, I wasnt impressed at all by the offerings of the SUVs. I collected some info on them to compare to other SUVs I was looking at from different brands. Big mistake. After a couple of weeks and being contacted multiple times, I made it clear that I liked the salesperson, but did not like the cars I saw, and to please stop contacting me. They didnt. I kept getting emails, texts and phone calls. Finally, I yelled at some poor SOB who called from Honda on Sunday, and I told him that I did not like any of the SUVs I saw, I already made it clear, and being contacted constantly by them sure as hell is convincing me to never buy a car from them ever again... I bet they will call me again this week. In comparison, I went to Subaru on the same day and they have checked in once via email.

If you have a Honda this dealership sells tires at their cost. Also, their oil changes for synthetic is half the cost of other places.

Showed up at 2 in the afternoon of 6/3/20 without an appointment to get an oil change and Kyle took great care of me.I really appreciated that they didnt try to sell me a bunch of add ons either. You know, like fuel treatments or random filters.They offered to correct my tire pressure which was too high since I had come from sea level to Renos 4,500 ft. - Gotta love it when people pay attention to the peripheral details!Ill definitely go back next time Im in the neighborhood. I highly recommend these guys - very professional, very smooth, and what more could you want from a service department than great service, right? I was back on the road in just over an hour.

My husband and I had been actively shopping around for a comfortable SUV for about a month. We went to carson as well as reno researching. The staff at Bill Pearce was wonderful. Our sales associate David Moore was great with us and made sure we got a great test drive and spent an avid amount of time explaining all the features of the vehicle. Our finance representative Reginald, or Reggie as he introduced himself to us was wonderful. He worked with us and was very straight about everything we were looking at, he also got us Hondas special financing of 1.9 apr for 60 months. We couldnt be happier with our treatment from them. I had to get my tires replaced cuz I ended up with a nail in one of them, and it was time for new ones anyways, so luckily Honda does that and they offer Sunbit now which was such a life saver, especially around Christmas time! So thankful for that! I only gave them 4 stars cuz I tried calling to set up an appointment and never got a call back from the service rep, but I was in the area so I dropped in and they took care of me right then and there! They were pleasant and helpful once I showed up! Thank you for lessening my stresses cuz I drive over and hour to work everyday.
Sale team (Dan & Russell) made the experience a good one. Low pressure with a focus on my questions. Let me test drive what i wanted with again no pressure to make a deal. Explained the purchase process plainly and clearly. Had to wait 5 days to pickup and found they did multiple maintenance items to it. First class all the way!

I bought a new Fit here in June and had a great experience - I love my car and the dealership staff have been great about following up and answering any questions I have. I just brought my car in for its first oil change and the service staff were very friendly and pleasant. I scheduled a tire rotation as well, but the service advisor, Betty, was kind enough to let me know that I didnt really need one yet. I appreciate that she saved me a little money when she didnt have to. The service department has a nice waiting area with a fancy coffee machine and snacks, which was lovely. Im usually not a believer in paying more for a dealership to do service on my car, but my experiences have been so positive so far that Im willing to cough up a little more cash to come here. :)

They are very cooperative and provide reasonably quick service. The staff is friendly and they always have good snacks in the morning. My wife wishes the courtesy shuttle had a couple courtesy car seat for our kids, she doesnt like removing the ones from our vehicle because they are difficult to install.
Heated steering wheel not very hot. Was told by Steve to bring my car back in because it should be hot. Had an appointment but the mechanic couldnt look at it until later. Had to leave car and take shuttle home. Honda called 3 hrs later and nothing was wrong with heated steering wheel. Very inconvenient.
I recently bought a used Subaru from Bill Pearce. The entire staff was helpful and amazing. Ryan Hill was my main contact and he went above and beyond in helping me purchase the car and complete tasks after the sale was over to make my transition smooth. These guys are yes people, my favorite kind of people. Hands down the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership! Oh yes and the car is great!

Oil change and recall item rapidly achieved. Dropped car off early. Got it back early. I mean its not like a free steak dinner, but it was well done anyway.
Beware. Over three days of visits, phone calls and countless emails/texts with this dealership, I experienced lies, deceit, and a lack of respect and integrity. In the end, we walked away. My advice to anyone considering this dealership is not to trust what you are told. In the midst of an active negotiation on one vehicle to purchase, we discovered that the vehicle had mysteriously “disappeared” from the lot (how does that happen??). Assurances about methods of payment turned out to be false. They kept us waiting for hours because all of their finance staff were busy. In the end all they wanted was for us to finance our purchase, since that is where they make their money. I rarely write reviews, but I feel compelled in this instance. In general, I have low expectations for any experience at a car dealership, but this was shocking, particularly for an authorized Honda dealership. I would give them zero stars if I could.Perhaps, if you plan to finance your car, your experience will be different. But, if youre making a cash purchase, I would brace yourself for a similar experience to mine.
I had scheduled an appointment for 9:45 am on a Monday. I arrived right on time for my appointment and was told by Pedro that it would take an hour maybe just slightly longer for my oil/filter change and tire rotation. My appointment took just slightly longer and due to this delay there was NO charge for any of the services performed on my car. This was greatly appreciated and completely unexpected. I will continue to take my car to Bill Pearce Honda for all of its service needs. Great staff, lovely reception area.

I flew in from out of state to purchase a car I had found online. The car is exceptional and exactly as listed. The sales team was accommodating and made the process smooth and timely. Jenn help to coordinate the transaction ahead of time. Ryan met me at the airport in the car so I could test drive it back to the dealership. He interacted with me beforehand by sending additional pictures of the car and getting the necessary paperwork ready in advance. He was knowledgeable about the car and answered my questions accurately. He went a step further, after the sale was complete, and synched my phone to the car system, walked me through each tech feature the car offered and had me back on the road in my new car in just over an hour from when I landed.

First of all, we love our Honda Odyssey as it has been the best car we have ever owned. It is super reliable and low on maintenance. We originally cringed at higher cost of it compared to other vans back in 2006, but after the disastrous experience with a Voyager, we knew we needed to spend the money. And we have never regretted it. Totally worth it.Next, we love working with Bill Pearce Honda. Very organized and efficient. Very nice people to work with and just a very slick, clean and professional organization. We love you guys!

My entire experience was an absolute delight. I was purchasing a used car but Im based in Texas which presented some difficulties. My Husband and I went into Bill Pearce Honda on 03/23/18 after being treated very poorly at the Toyota Dealership. We had no intention of purchasing a Honda as my Husband was pretty set on a Toyota. When we walked into Bill Pearce Honda we first met Russell, who was full of knowledge, kind and welcoming. Russell was assisting customers who were there before our unscheduled arrival so he introduced us to Daniel who is extremely personable, knowledgeable and he took us out for a few test drives. We fell in love with the Honda Civic Sport Touring Hatchback and made a deal! We met Moises in financing who was very kind and all of these men stayed very late to help us get this car loan. We drove ho,e in our new Honda late that night! A few days later we were called to sign new loan paperwork as Moises found us a better loan! That is extremely great customer service! We have also had the opportunity to speak with Craig in financing as well. Every person there is kind! We give them 5 stars in knowledge, 5 stars in customer service and we highly recommend Bill Pearce Honda!

I leased a 2019 Odyssey from Bill Pearce Courtesy Honda yesterday 8/27. My sales woman was Arlene. Arlene is amazing! From the moment I stepped in the dealership I was greeted with smiles. Arlene sat in the car with me for 15-20 minutes to show me EVERYTHING about the car. Then we went to the financing department, Craig was also amazing, he went over the paper work quickly and efficiently.
