These guys are the best! They were able to get a set of 4 tires that I wanted, faster and less expensive then other places in town. Ordered the tires, made appointment for the next day and was in and out in less than an hour! Very clean waiting area and super friendly staff. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

So far I am at a 4 star rating and have yet to get srrvice. I pulled in a few days ago when my air pressure indicator lit up. The tech was fast, kind, and professional as he checked all of my tires and remedied the problem. Unfortunalt, the indicator light is in again. Gonna scheule service with them to address the issue and get an oil change ehile Im at it. Great first impression!!!

Needed some studded winter tires mounted on a separate set of rims for my F-150. They were the only tire shop in Reno that could get the tires I needed into their shop by the time I would be in town. They did a great job, quick, and gave me a fantastic deal on the tires. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Shop was clean and well taken care of. And if they dont have what you need they can order it. Definitely will be going back to them in the future.

Unbelievable customer service that went above and beyond. Called all over town and could not find the tires I needed. I cannot express enough how awesome our experience was with Reno Tire Pros. We had a wheel come off of our truck (all 8 lug nuts sheared off) on a road trip to Reno. While we were broken down in Yerington waiting for the tow truck, I phoned an auto shop to see if they would be able to repair our truck. The auto shop recommended Reno tire pros for our problem. We arrived at the shop just before closing on Thursday evening. Ron let us know that they most likely would not be able to get to our truck until Monday because they had so many appointments already scheduled for Friday. We understood but also told them we would greatly appreciate anything they could do sooner because my husband was supposed to be back in Vegas Monday at 8:00 am to start a new job. Ron (the owner) was so amazing! He called my husband at 7:30am Friday morning with a quote for all of the parts that would need to be ordered. Fortunately everything was in stock and they had our truck completely by 3:30 Friday afternoon!! We drove back home to Vegas on Saturday without any issues! We highly recommend these guys not only because they took such great care of us but it was also so nice to see how they all work so great together and are ALL so friendly. It took many of them to get our truck off of the tow truck and into the bay since it was missing a front wheel. They were very careful not to damage anything (else) in the process.

Came in for a tire alignment and was surprised how nice and big the lobby is! Both Ron and Cliff were very friendly and chatted with me while I waited. There is a TV and plenty of socially distanced seating available. Every employee was wearing masks and they even sanitized my card before handing it back! I didnt have to wait very long even though they seemed pretty busy. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing help with their tires!

Came into town for an oil change, didnt think about setting up an appointment before I made the trip, so my normal place was booked. These guys were able to take my car the same day and did a good job. Straight forward and up front about the whole thing. They were kind enough to let a disabled kid sit outside with his dad, as the dad mentioned that it was hard for his kid to keep a mask on.

Where do I even begin? I have been going to this shop for YEARS. I have been friends with Cliff for a long time. He’s always helped me and been amazing. They’ve always done wonderful work on my car. Last summer, the shop was taken over by new owners, Cathy and Ron. I never had issues with them until this last Saturday. I was supposed to go in for an oil change and Cathy called me to see if I was still coming in. I asked for Cliff and he wasn’t in, so I said I’ll come in next week. I get a call today saying Cathy wasn’t very happy with the conversation we had and that they no longer want me as a customer. THEY DUMPED ME AS A CUSTOMER. I’ve been there longer than they have, and they come in and think they can dump customers? Not sure what kind of business they want to run. I wouldn’t recommend this place anymore. Breaks my heart.

I have a pretty difficult vehicle to align. Other shops either turn me away or try and fail, which has been very frustrating. Im from a long way out of town and unfortunately had an alignment issue after some off-roading. Metric Motors recommended this shop, and boy were they right on the money. Reno Tire Pros were able to align my car perfectly...even correcting the camber issues that several shops have never been able to fix.Thanks guys. Spot on!

My mom and I have been coming here for years, since before ownership changed and honestly there isn’t a better group of knowledgeable guys to help you out with you tire and car issues. When I run into issues with my car, this is the first place I call. Cliff and everyone else is friendly and very knowledgeable. Great prices, they don’t tell you everything single thing that is wrong with your car when you just came for an oil change, and the prices are very reasonable. Hello,So first this is my second review. Im not the type to complain or do this but the way I was driving down road was just unsafe after I left there to get an alignment. First they let me leave without any cotter pins in my ball joints up front. Said I was good but couldnt get faster in line. Car drove horrible. Came back next day and they let me know I had no cotter pins in and needed a new passenger ball joint. Put on in and came back. Now they tell me I need new driver ball joint. Ok put that in and came back. They aligned my car n sent me on my way. Here I am 2 weeks later trying to change my rear wheel hub. And all I find is bent parts and well just look at pics. Im sure they will say I did this but this is how I found it after there alignment. Dont go here

This was my first time getting a flat fixed. I woke up to find my back right tire totally flat with two nails in it. I tried to fix it myself with a plug kit, and arguably made it worse, so I threw on my spare tire and took it to Reno Tire Pros. In less than 45 minutes, they were able to patch the old tire, install the new tire, restore the spare to its original location. They also paid close attention to my tires, and even told me that my spare was badly banged up and hazardous to drive on. Theyre a great crew!

I went into the shop because my truck sounded like I was dragging dead hookers with tap shoes on behind my truck. Turns out it was my front wheel bearings making all the noise. Man was I relieved. Im sure other folks were too. We set up an appointment and they promptly and professionally fixed/repaired/quieted the noise. I then drove back to Las Vegas with lots of open desert and a shovel. I would highly recommend their services. Total professionals. Ironically so were the other three.

I had the most amazing experience here. I got off a long week of graveyard shifts only to find that my car tire was flat in my work parking lot. I live in Truckee and there was no way I was making it home, plus I had forgotten my wallet at home. I was in tears after a stressful night of work, bummed about spending money, and tired. I had spare emergency credit card in my car but was having trouble activating it over the phone. Cliff could sense my frustration and stress and had me sit on the couches, offered me coffee and donuts, and was overall incredibly sweet. When they were done patching my tire, he handed me my keys and said, Im going to make your day a little better. Get home safely. He wouldnt take my credit card and refused to let me pay him back. I feel so blessed to have an angel like Cliff that morning!! I will be back for all my tire needs!! Thanks guys for warming my heart.

Had an issue where my tire failed (blow out) after 17,000 miles, even though I did not purchase my tires at the Reno Tire Pros location my Tire Pros Protection Plan was honored at this location and I received a new tire (cost pro-rated based on tread wear). There was some initial confusion about the details of the Tire Pros Tire Protection Plan but this confusion was ultimately resolved and I received great customer service from everyone at this location.

They slotted me in without an appointment after I was just towed in from Tahoe City with a flat tire (no tire shops are open on the entire North/West shore of Lake Tahoe on a Saturday, can you believe it?). They replaced my flat tire within less than 30 minutes. The Ironman iMove Gen2 tire was a bit more expensive than it shouldve been, but in my case I needed only one, so the convenience outweighed the slightly uncompetitive price. They even communicated with me after hours the night before via Google Mapss messaging system to make sure they could get a suitable tire from their warehouse the next morning. I would go there again!

Had an alignment done, asked to have tires rotated but needed them dismounted and remounted and rims left in the original spot (dually truck) they rotated rims and all. I was willing to pay the extra, but they decided to not go the extra mile and do it they way I requested.A week later the wheel bearing on one of the wheels they rotated failed. I was surprised they didnt recognize it was bad when they did the rotation.

I was referred to this shop by Mooneys auto repair. I had some front end work done and a four wheel alignment. They did the work and the cost was exactly what they estimated. The car feels like it did when we bought it 11 years ago ! Great place, I Will use them again when need be and highly recommend them.
