I have to say I am very happy with the work done on my vehicles. For over a year I had another shop looking at my vehicle. The check engine light would not go off did loads of work changed all the sensors and still no luck. A neighbor suggested N Valley Automotive and I called. To my surprise I told Brent the issue and the work I have done with no success and he said it may be a short. So happy to hear him say that. I told the previous mechanic I thought it was a short or the wiring and was told not possible. Well it was and Brent knew what to do. I am so happy so happy. They have come to help when my car stopped while shopping and thats above and beyond. I tell everyone go to North Valley. When possible they get you in and out. So all I can say its going on 2 years and I am so grateful I found this shop. I think you will to.

When I had my pos van they made miracles happen for a good price kept that thing up for 6 years no matter the bad luck I had with it. With my current vehicle they had found a bunch of stuff wrong and fixed it again at a good price. They are very efficient and polite and will get it done in a timely manner. If I could give more stars I would.

I have had nothing but good experiences here! Very honest and priced fairly. I needed a vehicle inspection to register my salvage title truck for the DMV, every other shop I called wanted to charge $130 or more for this. North valleys charged me $35! I have brought multiple other vehicles here with great outcomes.

This place is great! They saw me with no wait and no appointment when I had some worries after an unfortunate collision with a curb. They drove my car around, took a look, and told me that everything looked and felt fine, sending me on my way with no charge. This is the first time I’ve ever been to a mechanic that told me the truth and didn’t try to sell me things that were unnecessary. They will definitely be my choice for any future issues.

Had my car towed in due to the distributor going out. The owner was nice. Got a call my car was ready, so I went to pick it up. Didnt even make it home before my car broke down again. They did make it right even though my car was a pos. Havent been back since I got rid of the car, my new truck hasnt had any problems yet. Not sure Id return if something did happen to my truck. Think Id try a different mechanic.

This place is outstanding, took our company truck to a different shop to diasgnose a front end noise, they couldn’t tell us what was causing it and said we needed to just replace the whole front end at a cost of $5,000. Called North Valley Automotive, got a price for a front end rebuild with the highest quality parts and it was half the price but they found out what was causing the noise and got it fixed at a price of only $180. We were back on the road the same day. Highly recommended these guys, got it done quickly, they were up front and didn’t jerk us around. Thank you North Valleys Automotive.

Im very very happy with brent and his team!!! As some of you know the ford f-150 4x4 92 thru 96 is the front brake job to beat all. Have to take apart the hubs all the way down to the wheel bearings in order to get the rotors off. Thanks FORD. Special 100 dollar socket etc. And get it back together so the 4x4 locking hubs still work. They got it done on time and a outstanding price and outstanding work. Met my needs. Worked within my budget. Thank you Brent!!!

I cant thank these guys enough! My radiator busted a long way from home on a Friday afternoon. My car hobbled up to their shop at 4:30 pm and they had a new radiator delivered and installed and me on the road before 6pm. They were kind and friendly. They gave me an honest evaluation of the engine, a helpful lesson on radiator maintenance, a more than reasonable price, considering, and cared that I be safe on my way home to Chicago.

Its hard to trust mechanics around here, but they have earned mine. Im mechanically inclined, but I dont always have the time and tools to get the job done. So before going to a mechanic I always do research on the issue. Every time I have gone to them, they have never tried to screw us over, they get the job done correctly the first time and have they competitive pricing.
