In this day and age when appointments take months and businesses seem laissez faire - Sport Haus got the 996 in super quickly, diagnosed the problems and had me out within days. Kudos to Will for how attentive he was through the whole process and the exceptional level of communication throughout.

The owner was NOT HELPFUL his customer service needs some work.He had no clue what the problem was with my BMW and just kept guessing, instead of actually trying to figuring it out and sending me a correct quote. However one of his employees redeem the company by staying in contact with me, he gave me the exact problem and worked hard to fix it and give it back to me in a timely manner. Not a fan of the owner and his customer service (definitely needs some work) but his team is on it!!

I went to Sport Haus after having multiple unfavorable experiences at a local Volkswagen dealership in Reno. Anthony and his staff were very accommodating by giving me a clear diagnosis of my car and what I should expect moving forward. If I called and they weren’t able to get to the phone I received a prompt call back to make sure my concerns were being addressed.Pricing was also very reasonable compared to the local dealership and they still used OE parts. Overall is was a great experience and I’m planning to take my Volkswagen CC here again for future maintenance.

Sport Haus rocks. After getting an oil change at the stealership, I got an estimate for recommended services. Thought Id try an independent shop first, and Sport Haus had the best deal. In fact, I saved $1000 by going to Sport Haus rather than the stealership. Not only did they save me money but they called me to say that a part that might need replacing didnt actually need it! Got to love finding an honest repair shop. They also told me it would be a two-day job, but by putting their top mechanic on it, they were able to do it in one. Friendly, as well.Highly recommended.

Sport Haus was recommended to me by someone in the BMW Club and after several terrible experiences at the local dealer I decided to give them a shot. Going to a new mechanic is always a little stressful because you just never know what your going to get. To my pleasant surprise not only were their prices reasonable the service and turn-around times were outstanding. I have three BMWs and will be taking all of them here from now on. Not only did they resolve the main issues I took my X3 in for they even fixed an issue introduced by the dealerships mechanics at no extra charge.Great guys, great service. An NPS of 10. Ive taken my car over to Sport Haus for a couple of different repairs, super professional honest mechanics, and what I like the best is convenient! Currently, I am taking advantage of their AC special, where they vacuum it out then charge with fresh AC, plus add a special dye to check for leaks. My favorite reason is I can get my vehicle in and service complete with no challenges, good pricing and value, Id 100% recommended them!

Excellent communications throughout entire process Beginning to End. The repair with my Porsche Cayanne included a complex transfer case Four Wheel Drive System faulty issue. It was stuck in 4 Wheel drive low. Repaired with 100% satisfaction. They went over and beyond any Automotive Repair shops I have ever experienced, I have experienced many Superb Automotive Repair shops. Anthony is an excellent owner and has Superb European, Automotive Repair Engineer/Technicians.

Amazing shop! Always get my car in right away, even will make space when I don’t have an appointment. They do a full safety check each time to make sure my car is safe for driving. The price is always what is quoted. Never felt anything but their number one priority each time I’ve brought the car in.

You will not find a better quality shop in town. I have had plenty of issues working with untrustworthy shops in the past but sporthaus has gone the extra mile to walk me through the issues with my car and explaining all the things I should be looking out for so that I can prevent problems before they happen. Sporthaus has replaced multiple parts on my car as well as install performance parts to get my car where I want it to be

The service preformed was fine but when I got my vehicle home and gave it a wash I noticed the front bumper had a big crack in it plus some scuffing and the front passenger side wheel had some fresh curb rash with yellow paint embedded in it, the same color as their lift arms. They denied any responsibility so I am out of pocket $1,000.Life lesson is for everyone and on me. Make sure to do an inspection before handing over and taking your keys back. Also be weary of reviewers that only have 1 or 2 five star reviews with little to no detail as to why...

What can I say?.. Excellent, and friendly shop! I had my new shocks and struts put on at Autohaus and I received quality work at a great price! I noticed a rattle after the job was done, so I brought the car back a week later and told Anthony what was going on. He immediately took care of the problem. The rattle is still there, but Anthony supplied me with some double sided tape to remedy the problem when I hear it. You won’t be disappointed with the quality, and customer service. I’ll be taking my other BMW’s here in the future.

I have a 2001 CL600 Mercedes Benz V 12. I bought this car used with low mileage on it and ran into a multitude of problems The mechanic I had it taken to from the Car lot I brought it from misdiagnosed it and made problems worse. I then took it to Anthony Azzam at sport Haus And I’m sure glad I did. My ignition coils were all bad on all 12 cylinders and the serpentine belt we’re gone. Spark plug job and pulley system off the serpentine belt were bad as well. In a timely manner Anthony was able to order me factory parts from Mercedes and do the work necessary to get my car running very well He was extremely reasonably priced, honest about what was going on, and very friendly Anybody that has a high-end car I would highly recommend taking it to Anthony at sport haus. This is the Best kept secret in Reno. Go see him

Brought my car to change timing belt, water pump and all the other maintenance. drove the car and stopped in the freeway so i brought it back to sporthaus and they said it was a bent valve so i told them it was their fault because they were the last one to change it and the only way to bent a valve is if you did something wrong with the timing belt installation. the front desk lady was really rude. i dont recommend going here unless you want to spend money or break your car.

Mechanic for hi end vehicles

First time Ive taken my car to a shop ever; Im very particular about my vehicles and do all maintenance and modifications myself. However, Im not as familiar with the more intricate euro diesels - so I had Will at Sport Haus do the job after reading other reviews. It was the best price in town, even better prices than shops that dont specialize in Euro cars. I had a timing set, water pump, main seal done. They kept in touch every step of the way, went out of their way to get the best parts (was sent a plastic impellar pump the exchanged for the metal impellar pump) and replaced all the TTY hardware that most shops re-use. All in all top notch shop!!
