Finally called today because of the annoying noise coming from my back right tire. They did awesome with fitting me in their schedule, I was able to walk in and get my rear brake pads and rotors replaced. And my oil changed as well! I will be going back here from now on for any oil changes and brake work.

I appreciate the great customer service at the Hartnell Jiffy Lube and there oil changes and theyre honest hard workers, theyve also recharged my AC, they made sure to take care of my car and check all the fluids and I would highly recommend coming to this place and I continue to this day forward thank you Jiffy Lube.

I took in my Toyota Scion TC for the first time. Customer service was great, except after I left I noticed on my paper work that they had only added 3.75 quarts of oil and my car calls for 4.0 quarts. I would still recommend their service though.

The jiffy lube on cypress is a pretty good store, they got me in pretty quick and took got my oil changed pretty quickly.But when I was waiting to pay I heard the employee tell another customer everything they did for there service.Then while I was checking out I noticed that he didnt mention that they vacuumed out my car. So I asked why he didnt mention that they vacuumed out my pickup? He said that since I drove my own vehicle into a shop thats probably why my truck wasnt vacuumed out. So I asked so if the customer drives their own vehicle into the shop that they dont vacuum out the vehicle?He said no sir thats not the case, didnt you decline to the vacuum service?No sir I didnt decline them to vacuum my truck out.Then he offered to pull my truck around and vacuum it out.Since I didnt have the time to wait for them to vacuum my truck out I did decline vacuuming my truck out at the point.

We was there for oil change there great and kind were really satisfied!!

My boyfriend took his F-250 there to get his transmission flushed, they told us 45 minutes, ended up taking 2.5 hours, and they didnt top off any fluids or vacuum like they promise they do. Highly disappointed. Wouldnt leave any Stars if it would let me.

We couldnt figure out how to switch a headlight. Pulled in they did it for us really quick and even vacuumed. It was all on the house very nice people, they even showed us how to do it when we asked

Pulled in at 4pm on a Friday. They were friendly, fast and thorough. And didnt try to charge me for things I didnt need. I was there under 20 mins. Had my headlights defogged, differential checked, changed my oil and air filter. I will be going back here.

If I could give them negative stars, I would. This place offered to fix my friends small windshield crack while she was there servicing her car. They had her sign a waiver saying they are not responsible for damages. Well turns out, they dont know what they are doing and the tiny crack turned into a huge crack!! They told her there was nothing they could do! This is extremely poor customer service. The fact that they are offering a service and not being able to see it through, is the silliest thing I have ever heard.I will never give my time or money to this place! I would suggest finding a professional who can actually get the job done right.

They never tightend my oil filter or drain plug.Almost blew my motor. Never cleaned or vacuumed it out. Realy horrible service. I will never return hear again. I talked to the mgr then i get back there she denied being the mgr. Save your money go to somewhere where they have experience.

The last time my vehicle was serviced was at this jiffy lube, they broke my oil canister cap and did not say anything about it as well as they left my brake fluid cap off and left it sitting on top of my engine, I drove . I just went to get my vehicle serviced this morning, and they will not work on it due to my oil canister cap being broke from this jiffy lube .
