Had a very good experience with this place. They were very helpful and their prices are better than everyones. I had to get 4 new tires and they had to order the back 2 and installed them first thing the next morning. Definitely recommend this place !!

I got my oil changed here. Best price I could find in Redding. Plus they have deals every once and awhile on certain oil changes. The guys there weren’t the most friendly, but wanted to give good service. The showroom was pretty clean and presentable. But the shops looked messy and not very organized. I was happy to get my oil done there, maybe go there for other work another time.

Very happy with the way they treated me. Honest and helpful. My situation was warranty work and they had to call another store to verify stuff. they were very willing to do that, no issues whatsoever. They took responsibility and did the work right.Mike was helpful and i would highly recommend him if you need tires. Ill be back for sure!

Brought my car in becuase it vibrated bad on the freeway and need my car looked at some safe . After 6 hours I was told I was ready to go and good .The car vibrated bad still, all big O did was rotated my tires, balanced them . Ended up going to Les Schwab the next day to look at it . They found the problem unless than an hour and they replaced my front wheel bearings three days later in 2 hours . I went back to big o tired to tell them my safety concern and the associate acted like they did everything they could at the time . After 20 years Im getting my tires and service elsewhere as long as Im in Redding, CA!

I popped a tire in Redding while enroute to a family event up North. My electric car takes a very specific type of tire which was no-where to be found in the area.Micheal at Big O was a lifesaver. He jumped right in to help me order a pair of these weird sized tires and helped me get to the car rental facility so I could arrive in time to my family event.The staff here was incredible and they really pushed the tire company to get me my tire/s so my car would be ready and waiting for me to get home on Monday.Seriously, some of the best vehicle service Iv ever experienced.

Hate to say it. But their site said they had the tires I wanted made an appointment only to find out they didnt have the tires I wanted or any tire my size? But they could order them or I could buy a smaller size. I feel bad because I have never left a one star. The staff was nice.

I came in to get a tire fixed that had a nail. They fixed the tire and found another one that also had a problem. They couldnt repair it so they replaced it for free. My only complaint was the waiting time. I was there for almost two hours.

Was driving from Portland and we hit a object in the road about 10 miles out. Threw on the spare and limped it to their shop because the front right went flat. These guys were super nice and really fast. Determined the rim had been bent pretty badly, but they still managed to bend it back and repair the wheel. And they only charged me 15$. Other places could have sold me a new rim and tire without me knowing. Thanks for the honesty and great work! You guys rock!!!

Busy at times, large waiting room is accommodating. Had some problems with an alignment, and after spending $500 on tires and repairs, they said it needed $750 more! I wasnt too thrilled and told them they better do better than that or refund all my money. Magically they found a way to get another $250 out of me to make it right. Lets hope it doesnt happen too often.

Stopped in by chance looking for some tires for my boat trailer after my usual place was out of stock. Great customer service here. I was in and out faster than I could have imagined. They have a pull through bay which made it easy with the boat in tow. All the service guys in the shop were on top of getting me in and out of the bay with ease. If you need it or not its always nice to know someone is looking out to make sure you dont hit anything getting in and out. I should also mention that in this instance they had the best price of the big three which I was not expecting. I will definitely be back when its time for a set of tires for my truck. This level of service would be worth paying a little more for tires if it came down to it. Well done.

I have been a customer of this establishment since 1975. To me, they obviously do a great job. Im partial to the store on Watt Avenue in North Highlands, but since I moved to Redding, 6 years ago, I wont do business with anyone else than Big O. Thanks guys!

Very handy and service oriented. I called and got an appointment for our service, for a time and date best for us. Originally, a few years ago, our trusted mechanic of over twenty years, recommended Big O Tires to us as an excellent back-up when needed for our convenience for tires and oil changes; etc. Its good to have a couple trusted mechanics; Big O does a very good job for us.

I always get my car serviced here. Have been doing so regularly for about a year. Going about every 3 months or so. Theyre very thorough and even pretty fast. Theres only been one time where they kind of skimped out on informing me that my tires were getting worn down and will need new ones soon. Other than that, very professional and helpful. Highly recommend.

Outstanding customer service. On top of everything... two calls were made to inform us about wheel alignment needed to be done now (especially critical with new tires) and brakes soon. The guys here are great! I always feel like I am being treated respectfully and fairly! I think it is worth noting that I have been bringing all of my vehicles here for regular maintenance and service in addition to tires and brakes for the past 5 years, and there is very little turnover with the employees. It must be a very good place to work in addition to being a great business in the community. I have always been very happy with them!

We were visiting from the east coast and developed a pretty bad shake in the steering wheel so I knew I needed front brakes and we also needed new tires. I made few phone calls to different vendors and hit it off with Michael the service writer. He gave me an excellent package deal so we go the work done. A few days later we took a trip to San Jose and I felt a slight shake in the steering wheel still. While I was pumping gas I checked out the rotors and realized the fronts were not changed only the back. I called Michael right away and he said bring it back by and we will fix the front and give a discount. Michael went above and beyond and I had an even better outcome than we discussed! I came in for a tire pressure adjustment. One of my tires had a nail. I’m disabled, so getting around is hard for me. Dekota came to my rescue. He had me drive into a bay and repaired the flat on the spot. I never had to get out of the car. That was definitely a level of service that exceeded my expectations. My daughter, granddaughter, and I have all been treated well by Jay, the manager. I am pleased to say that Dekota has also provided quality care and assistance that went above and beyond the ordinary. I am most grateful.

Everything about my experience was superlative. From scheduling the appointment online to being immediately called to confirm the appointment and that the tires were in stock to having my expectations set and met about the timeline to install four new tires and the schedule to maintain them. I took my truck in to the store located on Cypress Ave. in Redding, C.A. for an alignment.I had just replaced my rack and pinion as well as hub assembly and ball joints, they took me in in a timely fashion and did the alignment in a timely fashion as well, but when I took my front wheels off the following weekend I noticed that the boots that cover my tie rods was twisted to the point of tearing or possibly pulling off the point of contact. Not very professional if you ask me. I was very disappointed because I had just replaced everything brand new and they almost ruined it.

I love Big O Tires. Youre always so helpful and saved me at the last minute, as I had forgotten to have my tire fixed until late in the day and had to drive to Mendocino County very early the next morning (around 4:30am). So I rushed into Big O at about 4:40pm, and they had me out of there within a half hour with my tire fixed. There was a screw in the tire which was causing a slow leak and could have resulted in a flat tire on my drive the next morning. Of course there was no charge because I purchased my tires at Big O, and I had a safe drive to Mendocino.

Over the summer we were traveling and had just pulled into the hotel when I noticed our back drivers side tire was going flat. It was late around midnight so I decided I would worry about it in the morning. In the morning I went to change the tire and as I put the spare tire on it started going flat as well. So here I am with my family waiting to get back on the road with two flats. I was not sure what to do but called Big O who got me a tow truck quickly. Once at the shop they fixed my tire then got me a brand new spare tire. Warranty covered the fix and the spare was inexpensive. The best part is they knew I was from out of town so they quickly got me fixed up and on my way. I headed back to the hotel and was able to check out on time and get back on the road quickly. Much appreciated guys. Thanks for the help!!

Big O Tires in Redding is definitely a place to go to if you need new tires on a budget.but keep in mindthey can get the expensive ones to .its really up to you as a shopper what you want to buy.The people are very friendlyknowledgeable and courteous.but I have to give them only three stars because theyre slick as well.they will put down warranty for you to buy and not tell you .you wont know until you see it on your receipt .I think thats kind of dishonest.But the store is very cleanand like I said theyre very knowledgeable this is a good place to go to .just make sure to check your receipt make sure you know what youre getting !

I took my car in for the first time to Big O Tires in Cypress Avenue in Redding. The guy there was very nice. When I went to pick my car up, it was parked facing Cypress Avenue. My glove box ere was very nice. was open and some of my things were on the seat! I went back inside and was told they had to get into my glove box to get the lug but key. To say I was not happy is an understatement! To leave my glove box open on a busy street and items left on the seat is asking for my car to be broken into. Careless and lazy!

I tried a number of different tire shops when I first moved to this community. Big O Ties was the shop that made me feel welcome, did a great job on my tire replacement issues and greeted me warmly- like an old friend. Hard to find that kind of customer care any more... My only complaint? The lobby where customers wait was full of gossip magazines. Not a single car magazine anywhere!
