Hit something on the road that made my front tire fall apart on Saturday night at 11pm. This place was the only tire store open on Sunday. I was 400 miles away from home. This little shop made my life simple. I have a performance tire and he had that size. The only shop open on Sunday.. he saved me.. and sold it at a very reasonable price... knowing only shop open Sunday, stranded far from home.. I was desperate... and I was out the door extremely satisfied. Shop opened at 9am and he showed up at 8:30am and helped me immediately. Thank you so much. He couldve sold me that tire for double the price and I wouldve paid it.. but they are an honest business...

Today, I had my wifes Tesla Model 3s tires replaced. I had purchased my own tires online and had Ali installed all four tires. You will need to buy and bring your own (4) Lifting Jack pad if you want your Tesla serviced here. Initially, he didnt want to do them but when I showed him that i had the Lifting Jack pads he agreed to install them. Ive been coming here to have my tires replaced or rotated for years now. Honest and fast work.

I had a flat tire from a screw, pulled in to shop with a spare on. Technician fixed it and put the tire back on the car. The next morning it was flat again. I took my car to a different tire place and they showed me that a temporary plug had been put into the hole left by the screw. The tire hadnt been fixed at all. I was told a plug is very temporary to use in an emergency to get you to a place that can fix a tire.

It says they open at 8:00 a.m. Im here but on the door it says they dont open until 9:00 a.m.!!? I am beyond frustrated right now and disappointed..

We got here & he walked out w a greeting great! He asked what he could do for us & he had the tire we needed due to a bow out we pulled to the back & it took 10 minutes in total for all the services! He was super nice & they’re open on Sunday!! That was great! Highly recommend !!!!

Had a flat tire. So I bought a used tire, owner put it on and by next morning it was flat(this was on my work truck). So I put air in it and drove it back. The leak was on the wall. Owner got there told me to come back because he doesnt open untill 8.30, this was at 7.30. I told him how was I going to go anywhere on a flat tire. He went in and had is breakfast and didnt come out until 8.30. Then he put a tire that was smaller. So I had to go somewhere else and buy another one. Total waist of time.

This was the only tire shop I could find open on a Sunday for an emergency repair on my Hyundai sedan. The man there was very busy, but still made every effort to get my tire patched very quickly (I was in and out in less than 30 min after my arrival). He charged a very fair price and was pleasant to do business with. I highly recommend that people support this local business instead of the corporate tire shops in town.

He plugged my tire in 2 places in 104 degree weather only charged $15 great guy.

Have been going here for years, the new owners are great and better than the last, shopped at every tore place in Redding they can get any tire and they beat every price by 100s of dollars and they are fast and friendly. I will always go back and I recommend everyone to go there they take care of you like family and they are a small family owned business that has warranty like the big tire chains but cheaper prices.

After many years of being loyal to a very well know chain tire company AT, i got a bad customer service experience and decided not to go there for my new tires, i read other reviews on The Tire Depot and based on that i decided to give this guys a try. It was a great decision. Not only they have the BEST customer service but also GREAT prices. And a large selection to choose from on tires and wheels. We’re on our way through California and had had some trailer issues. This shop was the only one open on Easter Sunday and He dropped everything to help us out. Great shop and great customer. Would definitely recommend this shop to anyone.

They have the worst customer service. I have bought tires from them and they are just rude and don’t appreciate your business. Today 5/1/2019 I got a flat tire and my friend brought me a new tire to put on so this was the nearest shop to stop by and get the lugs tighten and I asked as a favor to tighten them and he refused to help because I didn’t buy the tire from them .... and I asked again ‘please as a favor’ and walked away from me and said ‘nope’. Never had this experience ever anywhere ! Would NEVER BUY FROM THIS PLACE .... I asked for his name and would not give it to me.... if I could rate this place a negative 10000 I would. I was at a very desperate need of help to tighten my lugs to be able to get on the freeway. I’m a girl and I couldn’t tighten them as hard.

Ill never buy tires there again. The two idiots working there didnt bother to put one of my mag wheel center caps back on after jacking my car up in the wrong spot and screwing up my control arm on one side.. They dont give a rats ass about customer service much less comfort and safety..

This place was very good.We had gotten a blow out on the way back to Sacramento & only had bout $35 on us after filling the tank up.So when I told the guy who worked here he gave me a great tire for only $30.He didnt think it was right to take every cent we had.Bottom line the guy did us a solid for a very small price.Thanks again.

Showed up to buy a set of used tires for a pick up im selling soon. Guy asked me if I had cash and I said no debit card he said he would take 100 cash and the rest on debit card told him again I had no cash and he said 50 dollars the rest debit. I just left they lost a $400 sale over shady buisness practice.

One of the few places open in Redding on a Sunday as far as tire shops go. Friendly staff needs a little work on his language barrier but great pricing and good service.

I got a flat on the way home from work on Tuesday Dec 22 and I changed the tire put on the spare and drove straight to Tire Depot. It was 4:55 pm and they were closed even though the sign said Mon through Sat 9 am to 6 pm. So I figured with the holidays and my work schedule I would get the tire replaced on Saturday. Well today was Saturday and I was there at 8:45 am ( being the early bird that I am) and at still at 10:30 am NOBODY ever showed up to open the business. Neighboring businesses assured me they were still in business. I am VERY DISAPPOINTED in myself and Tire Depot it was just a complete waste of time!!!

I purchased four tires the pit stop tire depot and turned out one had a bubble in it so I returned and the person working there, ALI, replaced it with a different tire but it was not the same size. He said he did not have one that was the right size. So he got one that was the right size, but the car still had a bad vibration. Turns out there is another tire he sold me is no good. He quoted me $260 for a set of new tires. So being as I payed him $160 for the tires that are not good, if I gave him $100 if he would take the bad ones back and just give me the new ones. He said he would have to check the tread depth. So he did and told me that he could give me nothing because the tires he had just put on three weeks prior were no good. So I told him that was wrong, he sold me tires that wete no even street legal. He just told me sorry there was nothing he coukd do about it, no warranty on used tires

Came in yesterday to get tire changed he tuck my spair off putt the new one on my rim then to the car on my way home I hear clicking noises from my right side get home well in the long driveway bolt brakes right off like really mind he just worked on a big trailer with alot of torque in the drill I dont think he changed it and couldve all fell of and killed me or hurt me or any one

I orderd tires a month later still no tire s so i ask for my monet back big big hasle the put two tires on my corvette that are wrong size and then told me they wanted 200 more dolllers after i bought two tires. To begin with that never came then to top it all the tecs kid was runing i wire wheel up and down my fender i fliped he tell me his kid didnt do anything. He seen as well as i did started to get realy mad but just left service in past has been great but ill never return
