We came here to get my husbands oil changed and brakes done. I called and they were able to get us in the very next day. After we had gone somewhere else where the owner was trying to get over on us, it was very refreshing to come here and have honest people working on our truck. They had it done in the same day and at a good price.

I had a dead battery and Dan stopped what he was doing and walked down and charged my battery. Kind, helpful - GREAT local business. Thank you!!!

During the tail end of a 2 week road trip my alternator broke down. Out of 10 places we called in redding: the owner of this shop (Shane) was a godsend. He dropped what he was doing to squeeze us in and help us out. We were back on the road with a new alternator for a reasonable price in an hour. Considering the vulnerable situation we were in, Shane showed us upmost humanity and professionalism. 6/5

These guys are manic with a wrench. Theyve fixed most of my families cars/trucks.I have been going to them for years (around 5?) We have no problem or issues with this place. Holy moly! They are curtious and lower priced then other places. I just wish theyd work on my RV. Hehe.So fast...Im always surprised on how fast they get stuff done. My car was dying (I thought) and when they got done it was running like a new car. If you want your car or truck fixed the right way, go here. Love em.I recommend highly.

They always try to get my car fixed in a timely manner and they had a lot of repairs this last week and Shane and Norm have it done within a week and it was basically rebuilding the top part of the motor it was amazing it ran great I drove it out of town and it drove way better wreck a highly recommend them in the customer with my grandfather for at least 30 years with them

Norm and Shane are the mechanics here. They are trustworthy and excellent at their jobs. They truly care about their customers. Would highly recommend them over and over again!

I have taken several cars here for various reasons. Every time is quick and easy and fair pricing. I dont know a bunch about cars and could have been screwed over fairly easy but wasnt. They are friendly and very knowledgeable and usually pretty quick. I will continue to take my cars here in the future and definitely recommend others to as well.

Great Service and Fair Prices. I was new to CA and I felt like I was in good hands with D & H.

The worst shop in Redding hands down! Ive had 2 major repairs done there and both have needed to go elsewhere to be fixed properly. They do not back up there work or honor warrantys. My last repair they inflated the parts price over 100% then didnt even use all the parts in the kit that I had Paid For. I had to bring my car back 7 times to them for the same repair. 7 times! I was so upset I was in tears because I had paid them well over a thousand and my car wasnt drivable. Please go somewhere else. You are better off having your young child fix your car or a drunk neighbor. I dont know how they have stayed in business because I am one of many who have had a bad experience?
