I had rented book from this location and when I come by to return the store is closed and I called the number but no one picked.

They might as well change the name of this place to “no value on it” because that’s all they ever tell you. Do not waste your time here, it’s the GameStop of Wake Tech Books.

This store is clean and organized, the gentlemen who assisted me was pleasant and knowledgeable about the books I would need for this coming semester. They had pretty decent prices, I got one loose leaf textbook for significantly less than at the bookstore or online.

Prices are always better than on campus. Always in and out in less than 10 minutes. Items out of stock can usually be ordered in a few days. No school supplies other than books and online codes needed for classes.They give you free Scantron‘s and allow you to pick a binder on a shelf they keep of old binders, some in brand new condition!

Nice place, they will even give you a free scan shert for test....

I always get cheaper prices than WTCC Bookstore and courteous service!

They were able to get my text books that I needed quickly with no hassle or headache whatsoever, they price match and offer rental text books, they have computers to log in to your personal school account and print a schedule off for them right in the store, they have the necessary forms right there ready for you so that you can use your financial aid to rent and or purchase your books, they always have very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful associates at every location Ive ever visited, so over all there are no complaints with this or any Textbook Brokers location!!! I highly reccomend them to any student!!

Cheapest place in town to buy custom wake tech books. They also carry just access codes for most classes and save me money on having to buy brand new packages from the campus bookstore. Their free scan-trons are CLUTCH during finals!!! 5/5 Stars

Price match available. They took their time in giving me all the prices I needed to know. After I purchase my books they gave me a few scantron for my class.

I just stopped in today. I did a google search to see what else was available besides Edward McKay. Previously I checked Chegg but it takes 10 days and the quote is not guaranteed. TBB offered me twice as much money and purchased books places online would not take. The process was super quick and the staff was friendly. I will use this place again and let my friends know about it.

If I could give this place a negative star I would. Last semester I rented books from there wellbefore the semester started. It took almost three weeks into the semester for me to finally get one book, but I didnt complain or say anything. For this semester I ordered my books on December 22nd, and selected a deferred payment. Well, I ended up ordering my books through my campus book store because it ended up being cheaper. Being the holidays and such it slipped my mind to email TBB and say I ordered my books elsewhere. Also, common sense would dictate that after the first week or two into the semester and I didnt pick my books up, that I wasnt going to. I got charged today for the amount of the books and I called them saying I never picked them up. The manager on the phone, Jay said that they had been holding my books all this time and couldnt sell them so I wont be getting a refund and because I am renting them I cant resell either. Every time that I have gone in there to pick up books Ive always had to sign a receipt. I never signed one this semester and dont feel as if its fair that Im charged this amount for books I never picked up. These people are crooks and are not willing to work with others and be understanding. Clearly I am a broke college student otherwise I wouldnt be deferring my payment til financial aid release date, or would I use them in the first place for 3 semesters in a row. Severely disappointed in them and their lack of understanding and willing to help. They are just trying to rob college students of their money.
