I was working my Instacart. The procedure of checkout was awesome. I love my JOB (Instacart). Total Wines staff were great. I was in and out in no time.

Excellent variety of wines, labels and beers...craft and common...as well as peripheral wine accessories, etc. I have been to several wine classes and they are enlightening as well as entertaining, but alas, all have been canceled in response to the virus. Hope they will resume next year.

My FAVORITE! The hubby and I go to this store often. We always ask the staff for suggestions and so far they have not failed us!!!! My husband went one day without me and a staff member asked where was the Wife... That one remark means a lot b/c she has taken the time to recognize her customers on another level.

This location has been here for many years, and I don’t see it going anywhere else. Great location in North Hills. Very big store, organized, clean, helpful/knowledgeable staff, and great prices! Their is someone always around for help or suggestions on your next wine or beer. They always have wine tastings, and even have an area for beer tastings. Their is also a nice walk-in cigar humidor. During holidays, this shopping center gets extremely busy, so take caution when finding a parking spot.

Really disappointed with the lack of notification that the wine tasting had been cancelled. A cashier said they sent out a notice on Monday, but we signed up on Tuesday. Why they would allow you to sign up for a cancelled event is anybodys guess.

This place cant be beat when it comes to selection of wine and beer. Theyve got a good variety of local, seasonal, imports, mass-produced, and high/low products. We usually get kegs here as they always have a couple interesting ones available as well as old stand-bys, though ordering something ahead of time would also be an option if we wanted a bigger selection.

Love love love this store can always get me a Strongbow Cider from here. Its in a good shopping district as well.

Although I live closer to the Total Wine location off of Capital Blvd. this location is my favorite because they always have what I want in stock and employees are easily available to ask for help. If youre seeking something light and fresh, pick up a bottle of Cypress Vineyard Sweetheart Stream.

Great Selection on Wines and Beers. I am not knowledgable of wines (I do not like them), but I came in looking for gifts on Christmas Eve. Malinda seen me looking confused, I had no clue what wine to purchase or even where to start, she pointed me to the prosecco and when I gave the gifts to the individuals, they where extremely impressed. This was my first and last visit to this store. A friend told me about this particular wine to try and to visit Total Wine. I went in Lukes line which seems to have an issue with African-American. I handed him the money for my purchased and he snatched it. I was very close to returning my bottles but I simply snatched my change back. He had the audacity to look at me as if he wanted to say something, yes now you know how it feels. He also snatched my sister ID card. We were greeted by one worker but past several including another African American male that appeared to be a manager. Customer Service sucks and I will NEVER return and have told others about his action. If you dont believe me, just go visit and go through Luke line.

Candy store for Grownups I love this store. I find that the wine their Male employees rate are on the dryer side which is what I prefer. They give great advice as and are very helpful

Competitive pricing, with coupons. Helpful staff. Strange reward system - you collect points in exchange for letting them track what you buy but points you accrue are basically useless. So Ive stopped giving up my tracking (phone number) when checking out. Back to price is what matters.

Good selection. Poor service. We stood in line behind someone buying about 40 bottles. We waited patiently. They decided to open another lane and proceed to check out 4 people that came in behind us and never asked to ring us out. That is poor attention to customers in the store and not a way to win over repeat customers.

This is one of.my favorite wine stores as they have a HUGE selection of craft beers and wines from all over the world. Plus they have a good customer loyalty program for extra discounts and wine tastings. Lastly the wines are bargain priced as compared to grocery stores.

Wanted to buy Harp beer, listed on their website! As I was looking employee came up and asked if she could help. Proceeded to tell me they dont carry any longer something with local distributor. Also website is nationwide so thats why it showed.

I have been to a different total wine several times but this was a first for this location.Associates were more interested in talking with their friends then helping customers. I had to interrupt one to get help with a locked case. It may have been an off day...but enough to have me wait to go to my familiar location.Very hard to find the wines I was looking for

Excellent service every time I go. People could not be more helpful. I forgot I had to go to an ABC store for liquor and they told me how to get to the closest one.They have a wonderful selection. I appreciate that I was helped with getting everything I need as well as having someone carry out to the car.Although it is a chain, their customer service is tops. More and more, I appreciate outstanding customer service as it seems to be a lost art these days. I buy where I am treated well.

I discovered this chain when I was living in South FL, where the stores were MASSIVE. This one is tiny but still packs a punch.Even though this store was small, they still had a nice selection to pick from. I was excited to find Floridas Funky Buddha, but sadly they did not have any of my beloved New England ciders.In addition to booze they do sell cases of bottled water, gift bags, small gift ideas and more.I stood near a few employees and they didnt ask me if I had any questions. I usually dont want to be bothered in most stores, but I never mind being approached in a liquor store with some suggestions on what brews to try.A friendly manager did approach me at one point and we chatted a bit.I was here on a Friday around 1 pm and the parking lot was a hot mess, think Trader Joes level bad.

Staff is always super helpful when looking for a wine to go with my dinner. They have a very wide selection. This area in particular was hard to find parking at the time I went. The shopping center was packed.

It is a warehouse style place but it has an awesome selection of both beer and wine. Great place to stock up or explore new beers. They have a rotating tap for growlers that is very reasonably priced.

Bought a keg here to put in my keg-orator, turns out it was too wide so I brought the keg back less than ah hour later to exchange for a smaller keg and they would not expect the exchange because of potential temperature fluctuation. It was gone less than an hour, kept cold and never tapped.

Went here looking for some sake wasnt really sure what kind I was looking for though. I got there asked where the sake was and a man kindly directed me to where it was located. After looking for about a minute another man came up to me and ask if i would like some advice. Long story short he ended up recommending a few of his favorites as well as informing me of the differences. Walked out with some great sake! They definitely made a customer out of me.
