Im a regular here. This Lowes is my go-to store. This staff is friendly and nice, and deserve to be paid more!!The store is clean and so quiet. Hardly anyone is every around you which makes pandemic shopping much better. Lots of produce options which is what Im looking for.

Close to where I reside @ The Ashton clean some of the hot food is awkward it overall a pleasant honey hole not many folks know about everyone at Walmart or Publix I’ll take the less crowd and higher class

A sweet place to get your groceries. Love the Kitchen Chicken, the Bakeshop (love their cakes decor even if their icing is kinda too sweet - eh, to each their own), and the comfy vibe of the grocery market. By far, my go to Lowes Foods in Raleigh!

Best hidden Gem Food and Beer Den store in Raleigh.

We love going here and especially getting to see Mrs. Linda (manager) on our way out.

Shopping at off peak hours here makes the trip much more bearable. Clean store, shelves are stocked and employees are generally pleasant and friendly. Priced higher than other stores in the area and the produce is hit or miss.

Great selection! Very Pleasant Staff... And they were opened on Thanksgiving Day until 4pm

These guys are the best!! I always loved them!! I came in today looking for some dried pineapples to mix in my cashews and even though we both knew that they were sold out he still looked around the store as I shopped and found one bag for me!! I really wanted to give him a hug and a high five because he went out his way even though he worked in the produce dept! I forgot his name( shame on me) but the manager should give him a pat on the back for doing such a great job at work. I always feel welcome 😊 Thanks guys and keep up the great work😁

Lowes behind Carmax sold Cheese slices (Lowes brand) that shouldnt be expired until June 2021. I opened a new pack and it had MOLD growing on it!

Laid back environment and so peaceful to shop there.

I havent shopped at Lowes Foods in a few years. A neighbor told me the store had been remodeled and it was really nice. I found out they carry the same overpriced items that other stores sell for much less. Add to that a rude cashier who seems to hate her job. Stores like Publix and Wegmans will soon have this location closing because of high prices and surly employees.

Its just the grocery store what is there to report this store is more expensive than the rest I think

I used to be a regular at Lowes especially when purchasing fruit. I recently purchased the pick & prep fresh fruit and all the fruit tasted like onions. You can tell whomever made it cut the fruit on the same cutting board they used to cut onions; which tells me the cutting board was not a clean one. As a chef, you are aware that there are color coordinated cutting boards that you use for cutting certain items and you must use a new cutting board when cutting fresh fruit. I called the store to inform them of the issue and there was no remorse or concern from the store in regards to replace the item. They never suggested I bring it back for a replacement or refund, as a matter of fact they actually chuckled about it. I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!

With Covid-19 I always use self check out and bring my own sanitizer and wipes to clean the things I use. My boyfriend and I go in because it’s low traffic and to use self checkout. Today we went in and the self checkout had been removed. Meaning we noticed nothing had been sanitized in between customers. It’s very unsettling knowing that we haven’t noticed any sanitizing being done and that the cashiers were handling things that other customers could have touched. I’ve never seen them sanitizing to begin with but when I had no choice but to go to a cashier who clearly didn’t sanitize anything between customers, it’s uncomfortable. We will be taking our business back to Harris teeter where we had the option to use the self checkout and avoid unnecessary contact.

Had a coupon for a free square cake. When I get there, the bakery is closed. It was 6:30 pm and know one was their. I got a square cake. When I got to the register, the cashier told me I had the wrong square cake and they ran out of the one that was for free. The cashier didnt offer me a rain check or anything. Was not good customer service. This grocery is around the corner from where I live.

Im a frequent user of the Lowes Foods to Go service, and the staff are always friendly, accommodating, and focused on customer service. You all are performing superbly, especially in the midst of a crazy time. I will continue to favor this store.

Big Improvement! 3.5 ⭐ and hopefully a 4 ⭐ is on the way!Have not been to this location in while, and we usually now go to Harris Teeter even though its farther away, because the produce and general freshness (best by date, etc.) of food here had been really weak (no wonder there wasnt a lot of traffic in the store every time we visited). Anyway, its probably been about a year and we decided to give it a try again.WOW! We were totally & pleasantly surprised! The stores had a recent facelift in the produce and perishables were fantasticly fresh! I dont know if Lowes is giving this the attention that it duly deserves, or if theres a new manager and staff that rocks (they were very helpful & professional), but if they keep this up, we will be spending a lot more time and money there. 4 ⭐ potential.

I love this Lowes foods! It is tucked away and hard to find, but it is worth looking for. The store was clean and the staff was friendly. What more can you ask for? Oh, wait! How about the mini wine tasting I got to do? The guy doing the tasting even gave us tips on how to quickly chill the white wine we were bringing to a gathering that night. So awesome! I also love that they have a gas rewards program like Kroger and Bi-Lo, too. Definitely would recommend this store to everyone. In fact we did at the gathering! I really wish we had a store like this closer to home.

Until this visit, I never knew there was a Lowes grocery store. It was nice clean, had a great selection of food and wines. However, I did not notice many cashiers; one maybe two although there were several unopened lines for such a large store. They did make it super easy to get a store discount card. Just pick one up from the customer service counter (basket), use it now, register later.

Standard pretty-good-but-not-great grocery store. Alright prices, but needs a face-lift to compete with Publix or Harris Teeter.

I come here once or twice a week every week for about the past year. Its always clean and the people are always nice to me. I love it a lot and havent had any bad experiences with it at all.

It seems like every time we go in this store we come out dissatisfied. This last time our card was charged 3 times.. Its overpriced, staff is below average, selection is average, fish looks gross, etc. Cant wait until this converts into a bowling alley.

I love stopping by here. Its like a second Harris Teeter. They have everything in there, pizza bar, salad bar, seafood, everything. I was in and out. Allllll of the registers was open.

Overall service is great and Ive never had any issues here. I recently moved next door making this my closest grocery store. There produce is great. It seems as if they are always low on meats and never have what Im looking here. The Lowes hot/cold bar is very limited. I use to come to this location years ago and I feel like they had a lot more in their hot/cold bars than they do now. Theyve recently consolidated their seafood section making it smaller.

Fresh stuff. Bought produce, frozen and snacks. First I have tried the Lowes coffee its very good. I am visiting Raleigh so this is not my normal grocery store but I do shop italos in my town.

I love going to this store but today, I went in to got a few items. I got what I wanted but once I got to the line....the cashier wasnt so friendly. I would come back but definitely be going to the check-out line, instead

Its an overpriced grocery store. I moved into senior housing last year that is walking distance to Lowes. A few residents shop there ONLY for convenience. On my first visit there I was amazed at how high their prices were! I mean seriously! I decided never to shop their again. Oh wait...theyre handy for selling us rolls of quarters to do our laundry.

Had what I needed, and the store was organized in a way that I could find everything quickly and efficiently.

Managers always helpful and nice. Meat and fish were scaled back to a single dept.Got a great price on Michael light 16oz bottle cans 12 pack

Better prices at other grocery stores right up the road. Convenient to my neighborhood but only for quick items.

The main reason I shop at this Lowes is because its about 2 minutes away from my house, and convenience is key for me. That being said, this location is pretty inconsistent. The deli has always been good and one of the main guys I always see there is always pleasant, Im usually always able to find the package foods that I need, and they have a solid wine selection and often have many bottles on sale.However, one time I bought chicken breast tenderloins where the sell by date was either that day or the following, and when I opened the package something smelled off. I had bought 2 packages and the other was fine; I wanted to start cooking and didnt feel like heading back to the store to get another package so I gave up on that one just for times sake. On a subsequent visit, I got a white onion--got home and cut into it and it was rotten/moldy inside. I was shocked because it looked completely fine on the outside. I took a picture of the onion next to my receipt with the date and showing the line item for the onion. I went back in within the hour to ask for a new onion and showed my picture; the manager on duty said shed let it slide this time but they usually require the item to be brought back in store (totally makes sense, I just didnt think itd be an issue with the picture showing the bad product with the receipt, so more of a heads up if you end up needing to trade in a bad item)! In any case, Ill keep shopping here because of the location, but now I pay closer attention to certain products to hopefully avoid similar situations.

Its a solid grocery store with an excellent selection of beer and wine, especially for a grocery store. Produce section is good too. Very fresh.

I stood at the seafood department for approximately 15 minutes tonight. 2 employees walked past me but didnt bother to ask if I needed help. I finally just left. I certainly understand employees taking breaks, being needed in other departments, etc. But at least have a sign up, a bell to ring, or something so customers are not wasting their time wiating on someone to help them.

Feels like our private neighborhood store

I went to the bakery to get a wedding shower cake and was blessed to have Meg be my baker. She helped me figure out what kind of cake I needed and wanted. When I went to pick up the cake, Meg was on her way out of the store to go home and I stopped her to say thank you again. She then went out of her way to go back to the bakery to get the cake for me to make sure it was what I wanted. We decided that it would be nice if I added flowers. So, Meg helped me again, by adding more flowers (even though she didnt have to). I give Meg 5 stars)! Also, the cake was fabulous! People at the shower had 2 slices :)! Too expensive to bother. I basically did a u-turn when I caught the price of what I needed. They never have any sales, either. Wanna shop local? Try the farmers market for much, much lower prices. Hard pass. Clean and tidy store, though.

Clean store, fresh produce. GRUMPY and bitter cashier spoils your shopping experience here (Ironically, I guess she is a supervisor since she is the one who assists you at the self checkout line too). I will start shopping on the new Publix nearby, where cashiers at least smile at your greetings.

I have shopped here regularly since it opened. It has been going down hill for some time with poor selection, quality and pricing. Especially with its fresh produce. Other area Lowes seem to be better e.g.Knightdale, Cary. I wish it was better.

Not as good as Whole Foods or trader Joes. But the staff is really nice. Me and my wife are homeless and we live in the area. And the staff asked us if we were ok. Ans then later on the staff gave us a $5 dollar gift card. They really saved us. So thanks a mill

I have gone here a couple times and the produce selection is disappointing. It goes bad pretty quickly. They were also missing key food items like green onions and I had to go to a second store for a recipe.

Its fine. No store brand sodas, which is disappointing. And a bit hard to find.

Hidden gem off Ebenezer Church Road. Not too crowded, nice wide aisles, good selection and prices.

I really do love shopping here because their selection is great and they have a sausage bar...but every time I go in, I get an employee that has to make a scene with my service dog. Please better educate your staff; I am not a circus act.

Good for emergencies, but that is about it.Lowes Foods tries very hard to be a Harris Teeter type of grocery store but often comes up short.This particular one comes up way short. Produce is often not fresh- and on many occasions I have pulled expired yogurt, bread and milk of the shelf. Also see lots of empty shelves.

This specific location is not under threat from Harris Teeter or Publix. Because they are not under threat from any other large food store this location is not improving their service or expanding their food offerings. Compare this location with Lowes in Brier Creek this location looses hands down. The one in Brier Creek had undergone a 100% improvement BECAUSE Harris Teeter built a brand new store a stones throw away. When these large grocery stores have competition they improve or go out of business. With that said ... you need a quick pickup of milk or some other such item stop by ... you want some kind of specialty bread, rolls, cheeses, speciality subs, pizzas or any other such item shop at any of the newer / refurbish stores.

My favorite grocery store. Love that it isnt too busy so I can take my time and not feel rushed

Great local grocery with friendly employees. Tip : If shopping for tonights dinner look for the red Special Today sticker on meat that are hitting their expiration date soon. They go for a big discount.

Nice place, fresh fish and vegetables, good quality, not so much variety cause this is not a big supermarket, but the stuff is great theyre always nice and helpful.

Relatively good selection, but the Lowes Foods on Brier Creek is both larger and often cheaper.

I lived within a mile of a lowes foods the past 3 places Ive lived. This store is smaller, has fewer items, the foods are way fresher at all other locations, it opens later AND closes earlier. I live within walking distance but the Harris Teeter in Brier Creek is so awesome that I make the drive every time without hesitation. The prices are waaaaaay cheaper and the quality of ALL of their fresh foods far exceeds Lowes (this location).

Convenient to my location, but generally prices are higher than either H.T. or F.L.. Store seem to have stocking problems on items I buy--sometimes days to weeks to restock. Wierd.
