I frequent this Walgreens and always have a positive experience. The staff is always very kind and helpful both at the front check out counter and at the pharmacy. Kelly is well known and loved by the North Hills community. I love how the store is pet friendly.

Pharmacy staff, but consistently window service staff- have always been disrespectful and Unknowledgeable EVERY SINGLE TIME I’ve been here! The last 6 months it’s only gotten worse. Between there ever so changing staff and new hirees, you can always expect to drive out of here in a lesser mood than when you came.. (I don’t care if someone stole your entire family- you will be more disappointed after THIS particular Walgreens experience. 💯)(If you get the Older black lady at the window- my suggestion- DRIVE OFF. Peel OUTTA THIS MFR- for heavens sake, save the rest of your day and don’t even bother making eye contact with her. You can thank me later.)This is hands down THE WORST PHARMACY in Raleigh NC. Unsatisfaction= 💯% GuArOnTeEd or never your money back.

When they are out of a generic, you want in line for days? ( behind the others who have scripts)for it to be filled, at least according to the blue jumpsuit girl. (....or pay $700 more than you typically do)Karen is the only pharmacist who has a personality and compassion. She really has tried everything to help. Mostly the people who have worked there for a while are great.However, today, they must have new people working in the pharmacy because the “navy blue workout suit”girl was hateful.So think about an independent.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Endless problems. I’ve been getting a prescription filled here for over a year now and every month, I am notified of an insurance error or that they don’t have my prescription on file. Have to call the doctor to get prescriptions re sent over, have tried to work with them multiple times to understand why they can’t fill the same prescription month after month without running into ridiculous problems. Never receive any feedback, just condescending staff who could care less about solving any problems. Hoping to transfer my prescriptions somewhere else, avoid this Walgreens at all costs.

I went for a COVID vaccine being told itd be J&J. Instead I was given Moderna with the staff acting standoffish and insincere. Then they refused to make an appointment for a second shot with the same false sincerity. Avoid this place like the plague.

Clean and well organized Walgreens. They have a bigger variety of products than your regular Walgreens. Staff have always been friendly any time I visit.

Best customer service of any drugstore I’ve ever been to! We live around the corner & go in a lot. John is the sweetest man alive! They happily let me refund / exchange items that I haven’t had original packaging or receipts for. It is truly a family neighborhood drugstore & we love them! Pharmacy is great too!

This review is slightly difficult as its really a 2 part review. If I were rating solely the cashiers for the retail side I would give them negative reviews if I could on here. One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. They are not trained on their products and value socializing with their coworkers over addressing their customers. I would never ever come back here if this was my only experience.Round two: the pharmacy staff are excellent. They provide great customer service and genuinely want to help you and will go out of their way for accuracy which is important to me. If I was solely rating their pharmacy this would be a 5/5 review. I have never been so happy interacting with pharmacy staff.Part 3: pharmacy phone system needs some tweaks. When my prescription is ready I get 3 phone calls and 2 texts over a 2 day period. Ok. I get it. My RX is ready and I need to come pick it up this very second.So overall sadly I will give this place a 2/5. The only redeeming quality is the absolutely amazing pharmacy staff. Walgreens is blessed to have lucked out with these guys.

I love shopping at Walgreens, because Im always getting free stuff from reward points! The North Hills location is the best Ive ever been to. The staff in the store are all friendly and helpful, and its pretty easy to find everything.

I have been using this pharmacy for the last year for refills of several maintenance medications, and not once have I been able to obtain the refills without delay or issue. Either there is a line and significant wait at the counter, they fill with the wrong formulation (after repeated reminders of the correct formulation, i.e. oral vs sublingual), or the refill is not ready when the automated system says it will be. In addition, if the refill is not picked up within their allowed window, then they restock. This is unreasonable if work travel requirements prevent immediate pickup. Poor customer service. Taking my business elsewhere.

If you want a pharmacy that will forget what you ask them and treat you rudely, this is your place. This pharmacy has gone downhill in the year Ive been using them and Im done. They cant remember that I ask them to put prescriptons back, then call me asking if I still need it. The prescriptions I actually need, they dont get correctly for me. I never thought Id say this but I am switching to CVS!

One woman working in the pharmacy (gray hair and glasses) had a nasty cough and kept coughing INTO HER HAND while she was using the computer and handling my cards and prescriptions.
