The male emplyee that helps bring your supplies pto your car if you purchase in large quantites act mute and deaf and that he is not happy with his job, well quit if you arent happy but dont bring that attitude to work and display it towards the customers.

The short Asian lady at the front was very rude!Asking if we were in the system, I said no but that we are nail tech students. I had to pull up email to prove I was a nail tech student. She was very rude for no reason! She could just have asked Nicely instead of being rude! I felt embarrassed in front of the other people around us.

I am a licensed manicurist and I get all of my last minute nail supplies from them when the shipping is delayed by my vendors.

I went into this establishment several times. Was never asked for a license or anything. Today she said oh you must have a license. While your normal customers didn’t support you during covid you gladly accepted money from ANY and EVERYONE ! Not that the Salons are opening you are not accepting money from the public. This is ridiculous. I only shopped here because it take too long for shipping. Never again will I support this establishment!

Wow!! This place has EVERYTHING! Fantastic selection of anything and everything to do with nails and or nail salons. Does not sell to the public so bring your proof of nail salon ownership or proof that you are studying to be an aesthetician.

Always have a good experience here except my last visit. Needed a specific item and asked a young guy. He looked halfway and tried to sell me something else. He acted as though he didnt want me to purchase the brand I was asking for. I was adamant that I wanted a particular product, but he kept insisting on a different one. Did NOT like at all! Anyone who goes there usually is knowledgeable on what they want, so please dont try to sell me something different. I use a certain system on my clients and I dont stray from that because then I cant guarantee my work.

I have place an order a few times from this nail supply, first time they sent me couple wrong cat eye gel polish then I email them, they were nice to help me fix it. Second time I got really good customer service and order came really fast, third time horrible customer service from the guy name “hung”, he sent me wrong 8oz igel topcoat, i ask him to add sterilized pouches he said yes but it wasn’t sent. The order didnt come till couple weeks later. After I realized the sterilized pouches wasnt there and the wrong topcoat I text him right the way, it took him A long time to respond back to me, I Sent him a picture of the order form to show him that he sent out the wrong one. He refuse to fix the problem.i can’t return what they sent out wrong. It was a wast of money of something that I will never use.

Horrible customer service. They obviously dont are about their customers. I recently order some Gelish polish that was discounted because it had been discontinued received my order and had one if my favorite color be defected. Now I know it was a discounted item so I wasnt asking for a refund but felt they should be responsible for the fact that they shipped me an defected item. Meaning the polish was old, had clumps in it, and the brush was clearly messed up. If anything at least offer to send me a replacement for what I spent my money on instead I got a it was a discounted item so I cant help you well if I knew discount item means defected item I wouldnt have wasted my money on it. Wish I could have posted pictures of the product and the email I recieved from their customers service member.They said that since its a sell item and I was saving money they cant help me. Lets make it clear its not about me saving money or not its about the fact that I receive a defected item and as the seller it is their duty to be responsible for what they are selling.

Went in there to get some acrylic liquid and glue and nail foil she telling me do we got you in our system so I’m like no she said do you have a license I’m like no oh sorry we can’t let you get it only license people I do nails I do my own nails why the hell you need license to buy some damn nail supplies

The staff didnt helpful, except the young girls, and being mean, the old lady did cheat, the old man didnt know any equipment and showed the wrong things. I asked the old lady to give me a brush #16, later she gave me #21 or much bigger and I didnt check because I believed her and bought many stuff.Few days later, I came to exchange she said that I already used it she couldnt change for me. Who would like to buy that big brush to do nails. Never come back. Such a bad experience!!!
