I love urban outfitters. I love the staff here and the brand. Urban outfitters aesthetics are often artistic, sexy and cool ……………… WHY 👏 DOES👏 THE 👏RALEIGH👏 STORE LOOK LIKE a bunch of random overstock from the gap …. Like where’s the selection??, the collab drops ?? Why does everything that comes to Raleigh get washed up into High school musical special
Watered down UO. This particular store’s selection is nothing special. If you’re looking for fashion FORWARD not “trendy” old navy clothes don’t waste your time…. The staff was very sweet tho
Great and friendly staff. One of our items got left at the store. My wife was sad when we got home because the item she wanted to wear to work wasn’t there. We called the store and the manager, Michael Hotaling, was very helpful and friendly. Not only did they overnight ship it to our home, but they also sent a gift card along with the item. Great business and very well managed!
Great selection of urban women’s clothes, but then men section is more limited.
Beautiful place to shop I love all the clothing there
This place is just like the rest of the Urban Outfitters, which I would say is pretty good. I like how the store is set up and the staff there is super nice.
Clean, organized, decent stuff each time I go. Staff is nice as well.
Not really my style of clothing but did find a really cool Jaws t-shirt and my wife found a couple shirts. Place looks nice and is laid out well. All these people seemed polite and didnt bug us.
We went to pick up a package here and the store staff were friendly. The location is not the best because its downtown Raleigh and parking is difficult to find. The interior of the store is bright, modern and trendy.
Sales are great and stuff is amazing
Great store for both boys and girls. They have a lot of accessories too. Only downside is that there arent many shoes.
Im not cool enough to shop here but its a good place to get a gift. Convenient location, helpful staff, and good variety of products
Nice store, fun selection of items. A little high on prices but nice selection of things for young people
Would love it more of there was a larger selection of plus sizes. Location easy to get to.
We were walking the area and wanted to check out the shops in this old industrial area of the city. Store has open atmosphere that goes well in this area, well stocked with mens, womens and household goods. However staff was not engaging or helpful so we left after ignoring us.
They are doing their part to social distance in the store. As always cute clothes and accoutrements for the younger gen.
Really good
For a child of the 80s, this is the best place to visit. Clothes, records, tapes and accessories to fulfill your memory banks.
I visited the store looking for a gift and I found it really quick and very good price ! Ill be back for Christmas gifts!
This is not a place for black girls! I felt racially profiled while shopping here, and very unwelcome. Out of my friends (who are white), as a black girl, I was asked to have my bag held when entering the dressing room, and start a dressing room 3 times while walking around the store. (Including when I was holding one dress in my hand.) My friends also held the same sized bags. We had very different experiences in the store. Im very disappointed by this service and no one should have to feel unwelcome while spending money at a store. Ive had no trouble in any other UO location.
I was so excited they opened this place downtown. They always have great stuff, current, trendy, and fun!
I love how organized this Urban Outfitters is. Everytime Ive been they have had a good selection of sale items to choose from which my wallet really appreciates.
Great little UO in the heart of Raleigh! Its one of the only 2 Urban Outfitters in the RDU area, and this one doesnt disappoint. It has a nice sales section, and a bunch of cool little quirks in the store. Doesnt match up to the other flagship UO stores in NY, but it definitely suffices in the RDU Triangle!
So happy we got one downtown :))
Great selection. Awesome prices
Food is good & customer service is A-1
Cheaper than the Urban Outfitters in Charlotte, my only issue was that they dont have public/customer bathrooms, other than that our experience there was great, and the staff was nice and very helpful.
Trendy threads for millennials - nothing unique here but at least some retail in downtown.
They are resaling the 90s fashion which can easily be found for a quarter of the price in thrift stores. Whack.
Love the store layout and beautiful location friendly staff
Great store with good selection of clothing and wonderful customer service!!!!!
Im honestly pretty excited to have a chain like this downtown so I dont have to drive to Crabtree Valley Mall to get all of the things that Facebook advertizes at me.
The sale rack was a life saver. The customer service was fantastic!
I decided to wait to go to the grand opening on Friday versus Thursday. I walked in I wasn’t greeted, employees were staying around talking and no one asked if I needed help. I would rather spend my money at Crabtree or Triangle mall. It’s unfortunate for them because I live just a block away and was looking forward to shopping here a lot.
Wheres the mens department?... not the little corner in the back.....
Not sure why dad jeans are even a thing
Beautiful new store..Great selection of items.. Friendly staff!!
Good place to buy nice location
Sizable collection, in a decent location downtown.
Biggest rip off ever. Needed a belt, cost me $37 for a cheap looking belt. Never again
Their clothes are so overpriced compared to when they first came on the scene..
I found the clothes a bit boring and really cheap quality. There was 0 customer service...no greeting or offer of help. Generally a bland experience; I might as well have gone to the mall.
Pisses me off that I always spend money here but yet I still do it!
Accessories: gloves, hat, headband.
Great store
