Very good customer service, very helpful and friendly. Despite having people being angry at the workers for limiting the amount of people in the building. They didn’t allow those horrible customer to interfere with how they interacted with everyone else.

Staff are always pleasant and eager to help. Not only did the staff provide help with my daughters hair fiasco, when I dropped my credit card on the floor, they tracked me down via the membership database and left messages on my phone to pick up the card. Manager of store was very helpful returning my card to me. THANK YOU

Just had the sweetest encounter with one of their cashiers! Wish I had gotten her name, she had her hair styled in two little poofs- I would steal her to work for me in a heartbeat! Glad to see this store finding more great staff, always a pleasant experience

OMGosh! This place IS the beauty supply answer. I haven’t always been excited about Sally’s but returned to this shop to purchase hair products & tools of the trade when in a pinch. The manager (she was soooo product knowledgeable) & the very friendly sales team made me a convert. The manager recommends products that are just right for me or my needs, even when less expensive labels are stocked. Girlfriend’s hair is LAID, so I trust her advice.

Professional staff who stick to the letter of the Sallys law. Proud of them!!!! People READ your labels and know return policies of the stores you frequent (like the back of you hand), then youll thoroughly be adept in reasoning and forfeit a bad return experience. Stores just dont NOT accept return items with no reason to solely keep monies. Its just not that way. If it was your business, youd be proud, Just like SALLY.

Went to this store two days in a row and they were closed by 4:30p with no other explanation then they were closing early scribbled on a piece of paper and taped to the door. Their hours are posted until 6p on both June 23 + June 24th.

Cynthia and Allie were great !!! I came into the store looking for red ion hair dye and ion 30 developer and those ladies were awesome!!! They made the process super easy ! Ill definitely be back !

Popped in and was dismissed by a staffer after I asked a question. I have never been treated so rude at this store before. I asked the young man for an item, he hastily replied we dont have it and walked away without offering any further assistance. Needless to say I will never shop at this Sallys again

Whenever I buy the Palladio products they charge me more than what they say in the price of what was advertised in the product rack, when they complain they tell me they are changing ... and they do not give me the membership discount ...
