This was my first, and last visit! I was not aware she was training someone beforehand, which to me, made the time longer than what I was expecting. And she complained saying she had a pinched sciatic nerve and couldnt perform to the best of her ability, and how she would usually do it one way but because of the pain she was in, she was doing it another. Why would you even work on someone knowing that you are not capable of doing your best work?! And why on earth are you training someone, if you’re in that kind of condition. Here it is the next day, and some of my lashes are already detached. This was absolutely terrible!!!! To pay that kind of price, for that type of service is unacceptable. I will NOT recommend this place to anyone! I should have know better when I came in and saw how her lashes looked. That was a sign right there. Always trust your gut.Update: I was contacted by the lash lounge b/c of my experience during my first visit. They apologized to me, and wanted to correct whatever issues I experienced. I must say they went above and beyond. The professionalism was superb. I went to Sherneta, who did an amazing job. She was very nice, and professional. My lashes look so beautiful! I would like Thank Lash Lounge for going above and beyond.

I got my very first set of lash extensions for my wedding and honeymoon and theyre amazing!! From the moment I signed up for the first time client special and the staff called me directly to schedule, everything went wonderfully. The salon is beautiful, clean, and peaceful. My stylist Sherneta answered all 20 of my first timer questions and was wonderful during the service. My lashes look beautiful and Im so happy to have gotten them done!

I absolutely love the lash lounge!! My lash extensions give me so much confidence and make my morning routine so easy since I can now completely skip makeup and still look completely pulled together!! Cherish is a great lash stylist who makes me feel comfortable and is also super fun to talk to! Lauren C, Jen, and Gladys are all so helpful at the desk. This location is very clean and I feel safe going even though I’m immunocompromised!! The classic membership is absolutely worth the money!

Cassandra did a really good job on my hybrid set. I’ve tried many different lash salons/ lash techs and my set done by Cassandra looked the cleanest and stayed on a lot longer than I expected!

I have only experienced one tech, Dita and she has been great. She is not only doing her job to the fullest but she has also educated me about the importance of making sure that I have the lash items needed to aid in healthy lashes going forward. Thats what it is all about... Total lash care!

Eyelash extensions and eyebrow map/tint were phenomenal. Best I’ve had in my 10years of getting eyelashes! The ladies are all so friendly and educational! If you don’t know what you want specifically, they will walk you step by step through choosing length, curl, “cat” or “kitten” shaped lashes, etc!I really wanted to have my lashes done ASAP, and Gladys was able to book me in to get my initial set of lashes and shape I wanted and then booked me again for 1 hr more to increase the volume of the lashes! Also, Jen was able to get me in last minute and with a Senior Lash Tech! The customer service is always pleasant and I love being a member there!

I look forward to every single appointment at The Lash Lounge ITB. So many people think lashes are something that require “maintenance” but let me tell you- this is my “me time”! The studio is always super clean and Gladys is the sweetest, cutest, and most courteous receptionist and she always is on her game. She keeps my schedule like a pro and always lets me know if an earlier available appointment comes up. I see Leanna who earns every kudos as a senior stylist because my lashes always look amazing and they last. She even goes through and does a clean up on those that are holding on for dear life. Because of her precision and care I have never had issues with my natural lashes. I cannot recommend her enough! Do yourself a favor and book with this crew- you will not regret it!

I went in for the first time and got my lashes tinted. Cherish was very professional and nice, she was gentle and warned me about what could happen, the burning from fumes and she was not joking lol if you have never gotten your lashes tinted it will burn really really bad, at least it did for me. Cherish was sweet enough to hold a fan over my eyes for the burning to go away and flushed my eyes multiple times to get the rest out. Pricing was really reasonable ($25 just for lashes) Morgan at the front desk was very nice and got answers if she didnt know and booked me in a few hours notice. They dont try to pressure you into buying anything you dont want. Highly recommend

*edited review: I received a call from the manager the day after my last incident. She was gracious enough to extend a complimentary session. I had a positive experience for my lash lift*By far, the worst customer experience I’ve ever had. While my technician was great, the front desk scheduled me incorrectly 3 times in one month, back to back (wasting 3+ hours driving back and forth on each occasion). After the first incident, I even tried calling ahead (this week their phones were down), showed up and was told this rarely happens but rescheduled for Friday. Showed up at my appointment time Friday and was told they had the wrong Karina and wouldn’t see me again. No accommodations were made to fit me into the schedule after 3 major inconveniences. I wouldn’t recommend this establishment to anyone who expects true professionalism.

Unfortunately, I had to cancel my appointment same day when I was advised by my nurse that I had to wait 24 hours before my face could be touched. I called and explained the situation and spoke with Casey. She informed me that I would lose my service credit and pay an additional fee for the master stylist and service. I understand that there are policies in place, such as the 24 hour cancellation policy, however, this is a medical recommendation that I received 10 hours prior to my appointment. There was no grace given to me and being an executive leader in the beauty industry, this was poor taste and terrible service.

I cannot rave enough about The Lash Lounge ITB! I have been a client there since March and I love going every two weeks! Jennifer and the front desk staff are so warm and friendly! Cherish has been doing my lashes since the beginning and she can do some killer volume lashes! I get compliments on them all the time. The service is so clean, sanitary and efficient. I have never had any issues with The Lash Lounge and cant imagine going anywhere else! Thank you!

These ladies, who work their magic to make us look pretty, their time is just as valuable as ours... If I am going to be even 5 mins late, I call to let them know. To me that’s just common sense and good manners. I say this only because I’ve seen clients act like children when they can’t get extra time or services when they show up for their appointment 15-20 mins late. Witnessing the less than polite behavior, the entire staff still handled and treated the client with respect and politeness. (Kudos to them!!)

I wanted to love this place because of all the great reviews but I had an absolutely TERRIBLE experience. It was my first time ever doing a lash lift/tint. The lash tech was extremely rude and made me feel so uncomfortable the entire time. She got both the glue AND dye in both eyes which burned SO bad she had to flush my eyes out which is still hurting 2 hours later.. I don’t think I’ll ever do it again now.

I’ve been a lash extensions client ever since I was a “model” before they officially opened. My experience there today was great as usual. Gladys always greets me by name and Kelsey is an excellent technician. I highly recommend the Lash Lounge!

I came for my first Mommy makeover after more than 9 months of no beauty maintenance due to baby and”The Rona.” This was my first time getting lash extensions. I’m so pleased with the results! The application was soooo much quicker than I expected, and during “The Rona,” I felt safe. My mornings getting ready will be cut in half and they look so natural. The clearance they have now is unbeatable. What motivated me was several co workers have gotten lash extensions, and I can’t believe I waited this long to do it.

You are not diverse enough with skill. Customer should be able to choose longer lashes. Everybody dont like a natural look. No communication between the appointment setter and tech. I booked for a full volume set at $140. I received natural $120.

Went in for a lash lift and tint. Left looking the same as I came in. I’ve never seen such bad lash lift results. The curl results were so minuscule I would get a better result in a second using an eyelash curler. Threw $100 out the window and am very disappointed

I should start by saying I have short eyelashes. I was cautiously optimistic about eyelash extensions, as I have heard mixed reviews from others that have had them done from other salons. I was lucky enough to stumble upon The Lash Lounge. I had a full set applied and havent looked back since. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable and will go out of their way to make sure you get exactly what youre looking for. Katy applied my full set and Ana has kept them looking great ever since! I dont even need to use mascara any more (which was my one makeup staple before having the extensions). I signed up for the monthly membership immediately.Added bonus, super comfy beds, blankets and the options for headphones with your choice of music. I fall asleep every time.If you want high quality, long lasting, natural looking lash extensions, I would look no further.

I love this place! For extensions I would recommend Anna she is fantastic. The monthly membership really is a good deal. They are professional and clean. I recently had my extensions removed and went to be a model for a last lift with Tatianna. She did a great job and I love them. The manager cares a lot about her clients and makes sure they get the best service. Cant wait to go back for a last lift.

Two of us got our eyelashes tinted (blue/black). We had great results! With some vacations, I really dont want to deal with mascara. This solved that issue. Ive already recommended The Lash Lounge to friends who noticed.
