I came in to the store to get hair and the guy running the cash register was not even paying attention to what he was doing and was also with no personality. I give a two star rating because they also didnt have a color I needed but had to get another color instead.

They have a very limited supply of hair brands and products. I only went to this store because my hair stylist only uses a certain type of hair that they sell, and if I tell them that she sent me then they usually give me 10% off of my purchase. So, I only go to them if Im getting my hair braided by that specific stylist.

At first the customer service was great and then it went terribly south. It’s super ghetto. There is a girl in there that is very helpful and also a young man to I guess it’s just the old man in there who has a problem.

Closing time is super convenient but limited amount of products.. should be beauty lot instead of land but eh the guy who works there is cool

Its not even worth the gas. The store is poorly stocked. The employees follow you around like its Fort Knox and the selection is horrible.

They dont offer many options, but they have a very helpful staff.

This is the SECOND TIME I have come home and immediately opened items purchased in their store and found roaches. This roach was HUGE. I hate the its the closest place to my home, but I just have to drive further because the LAST this I need is my home becoming infested because they have roach or roach eggs or something in their product. The few extra miles driven will be worth avoiding that risk!

Any given sunday. I will be caught up in here. These aRe my go2guys. Lol

The staff seemed nice enough but the establishment in general didnt look as clean as it should have been.

You are not merely directed to what you are looking for from the check-out counter. Also, the items I was looked, and inquired about additional supply they were immediately checked for in the back. Outstanding customer service, which is priceless!

I have read the review that LBJoftheWNBA posted and it is COMPLETELY INACCURATE!!!!!! I have been shopping in this store since its has opened and I have never been cheated of any money and always get what I pay for sometimes even more than what I paid for. And everyone here is so friendly I have never seen them be rude to any customers and if there was a problem theyve always handled it in a professional and respectful manner!! They always welcome theyre customers with open arms as they should, they dont follow you around the store hovering over your shoulder like other beauty supply store owners do they give you space and assist you if needed. I love this store and will always recommend this specific beauty store over the others. Beauty Land is GREAT!!!

Omg am in love with this store.. Number one store in North Carolina which is located in Raleigh.. All hairstylist/hair lovers.. must come and take a look.. Very friendly environment. They are even open on a Sunday till 8pm 😍😍😍!!! You just can’t beat that. This is coming from a professional hair stylist.

The staff was rude! Asked me for my bag when I walked in like I wanted to steal any of that cheap product they have for sale and told me I couldn’t smell the roll on perfume before I buy it I will not be back ! Also inquired if the accept licensed stylist discounts and they said “sometimes” please do not go here very judgmental and rude staff needs to be shut down.

This is a great hair store to go to the staff make you feel very welcomed and are very helpful when you need assistance. If you are looking for Model Model brand hair this place is the absolute best place to go because most of the other hair stores dont carry this brand of hair.
