The items I purchased was fine but the salespeople acted like they were frightened out of their wits. I felt rushed and was unable to really look for what I wanted. One lady stopped to get her lunch while helping me and left me to go eat her lunch. It seems there are nice items in the store but a turn away at the service.

I spent over $200 there and the lady tells you one price and then you go get ready to checkout and then the guy comes out like oh she made a mistake. Would not honor the price that the lady initially told me, bad for business! I’ll take my hard working funds somewhere else next time and you probably should too!Also, the human hair wigs have HORRIBLE quality! They started shedding and tangled badly right after wearing!! 😠😠

The high quality wigs are too overpriced for the quality human wig tangled and shedded after a 2 week install had to throw it away, customer service horrible! They do not care about their customers also for a fact lost my car key in their store and was told they wasn’t able to look for it. There’s never a manager there to help, shut the whole place down! Will never get another dime of my money.

Customer service needs improvement. I came in with 2 friends today (10/06/20) ready to spend and we were not greeted or asked if we needed help. I instead ordered what I needed online because the woman in the back near the wigs didn’t really seem to care to help my friend. Large store but it isn’t welcoming unfortunately. Has a lot of potential to become better.

First of all I LOVE the selection of products at this location. Literally could spend hours here reviewing all the product choices. Only visited this location 2x and my experiences have always been pleasant. Staff has been friendly and willing to answer any questions I had. However on todays visit my total was way more then I expected it to be. I questioned the cashier about the high difference and stated it was hard to verify on my end because the display screen only showed a few of the items not all. I then asked her rescan everything which she was hesitant to do and sure enough the difference was $14!!! That is a HUGE error. Also there is a no refund policy so what happens if I paid and then was overcharged? I gave 3 stars because the place is great and the prices are affordable. However the cashier did not apologize, did not explain how she had overcharged me $14, and made it seem like no big deal and just proceeded as normal. How this was even possible I have no idea. The extra charge showed as general merchandise and when I questioned that because I knew I didnt have $14 in those items she was speechless. Please double check your total before paying & leaving the store.

I will not do business with store EVER AGAIN! All I wanted to do was exchange hair that I did not use or open; when I took i tried to take it back the very next day they claimed there is no return or exchange policy due to COVID. Then the store clerk had a nerve to say we have a sign posted that all sales are final. The sign posted was small and handwritten and placed around several other signs. Not to mention the clerk checking me out did not state this policy despite what the receipt says. BUT ON THE RECEIPT IT SAYS YOU CAN RETURN OR EXCHANGE MERCHANDISE WITHIN 14 DAYS! However, at Lux Beauty they have a return policy where you can return and exchange your merchandise with a receipt if I’m original packaging and untouched within 7 days. Carolina Beauty get your stuff together because that was ridiculous and you not only lost my business but you lost one of my friends whom recommended you!

I arrived at 6:50pm and was told that they’re closed. However, signage clearly states 7:00pm.

Great variety of products to choose from and a clean store. The staff is absolutely awful though. I don’t think it’s all of the employees, just the little girls that work up front behind the register. Completely rude, impatient, and know nothing about customer service. I’ve seen then try to get smart with customers and TRY to mumble under their breaths and the old lady with the orange hair definitely should not work here, literally seen her curse customers out on more than one occasion.

I love this store very good customer service skills and Good prices. They make you feel like a customer and not following you around. Maybe a little more on selection but it is well organized. Very friendly

Made a purchase and when I got home, I realized I was missing an item. I returned to the store the next day and spoke with the same gentleman that rung up my items; his name was Tony. I knew going into the store that theres a chance nothing could be done if he didnt remember forgetting to bag an item. Rather than flat-out disputing this incidence, after showing him the receipt, he was willing to check the security video to see if indeed he forgot to place that item in the bag. Long story short I was able to get the item and I wanted to take the time to shout out my experience. All beauty supply stores, especially the ones in certain areas of town, are known to have very strict store policies and some of them do not have the most customer-friendly attitudes. So for Tony to go the extra mile and was polite, I give them 5 stars!!

Very bad customer service .. with all that’s going on in the middle of a pandemic and all .i goes I’m the store me and my daughter shopping for minutes felt comfortable because it really wasn’t many customers inside or hardly none go to the register to check out and the cashier was not wearing gloves or a mask and asked her why she said she can’t breath then she had the nerve the wipe her nose with he hands and continue and then continued to ring my items up without sanitizing her hands, I mentioned it to her and she got upset with a rude attitude and wouldn’t let me but my items because I didn’t have my ID cause I was paying with a debt card the nerve of her right I’d right wrong is wrong .

Found this warehouse by accident. Was greeted with a smile by the manager and given a cool mini cart. I quickly began shopping where I WASN’T hounded or stalked aisle by aisle. It was refreshing and I will return!!☺️

Never left the register with no price on item but its with items that is low cost. Not good customer service and dont care if they lose business cause they got your money.

Carolina beauty has a huge selection of hair weaves and wigs starting at $15.99. They have excellent customer service and the employees are very helpful. I was able to find everything I needed at the lowest prices in Raleigh.

Their website states that they open at noon on Sunday’s. I came to find out that it was 1pm. I waited along with several other people who came and thought the same thing. When they opened at 1pm, I showed the lady the screen shot and other immediately said, y’all might want to change your website. Instead of the lady stating, apologize for the misunderstanding but 1 is the correct time or even saying thank you for waiting... her response was “ oh well it’s 1 and you can shop or leave”...if I had not have waited, nor was on my way back out of town I would not have spent my money. They will never get mine nor any woman any in family’s hard earned money again. There are too many other stores to spend money at got one to be nasty and not respect people’s time ***capital Blvd location***

Spent a lot of money in this place. It was my go to beauty supply... things are changing. They no longer allow you to accumulate points for discounts... Although this store has EVERYTHING, Ill go back to the small store that gives points for discounts.

Ive been to this location 3 times amd everytime its been amazing. The young lady who helped me try on wigs was very nice. This is one place I would recommend.
