First of all they charge ten percent taxes which is illegal. Also I paid for delivery and the items were not in the condition that I bought them upon delivery and we were told that if anything was wrong that we could refuse delivery. The gentleman not only was rude to my spouse after we spent over two thousand dollars for a washer and refrigerator that looked like it was bought used. He also wanted to give her a guilt trip about his foot being hurt and how he lives in a camper behind his work place which has nothing to do with the condition of the appliance s that was purchased with my hard earned money. I am a father of three and I have videos of this gentleman refusing not only to take them back but also left them right in my driveway and didn’t even bring it close to the house. This is a husband and wife scamming duo. After this tandem got me for my money they talked to me in a demeaning manner and would not fix the issue. I’m reporting them to the better business bureau and government for fraud be careful!!!!

In mid July my wife and I went to discount appliance. I had seen what I wanted on their online listing. The person in the store was unauthorized to make a sale without consulting the owner. They assured a call back. Days past and I called them and finally got a callback a week later. We agreed on terms and I got an install scheduled for July 20.Installer (owner) arrives gets the old machine out and new one installed to test. Error code comes up that could not be resolved. I inquired about other options but everything was sold. The only diagnosis was an error code indicating to contact whirlpool. A week later we had a service person come to perform a warranty repair. They needed to order a kill switch. It took over 3 weeks to get the part. They come back to install and it is missing a $2 bracket to install the switch. 11 days later we have a working dishwasher.We were without a dishwasher for about 2 months. The savings was not worth washing a lot of dishes by hand for 2 months. Also if we bought at a big box store they would have replaced the unit much sooner. I did also inquire about an additional discount for my trouble, but only received snide remarks from Christina. Needless to say buyer beware. If you want an unprofessional amateur experience then discount appliance is the store for you.

We had a great experience! This is a family-owned business and they were very friendly and very knowledgeable! Great Price! We purchased a double oven and couldnt be happier.Had a issue with getting the plug installed (totally my fault) and reach out after hours on FB. They responded quickly and helped me realize that I was using the wrong tool. I will definately purchase my next appliance from these folks again!

Went here for a refrigerator and we werent disappointed. The pricing was fair and Yvonne was extremely helpful; much better than shopping for a fridge at Lowes or Home Depot. Highly recommend!

Yvonne and Troy were very friendly and helpful. They showed us several models of refrigerators and pointed out any imperfections. They were not at all pushy and gave us our space to look thoroughly and decide. We found a great side by side refrigerator that met our needs and was in perfect condition, and we saved about $500 off retail. We chose to have the refrigerator delivered and delivery was scheduled for four days out, but to our surprise they ended up having time to deliver same day as our purchase. Delivery person was friendly and refrigerator was handled with care. We will definitely go back if we are in need of other appliances!

The service was amazing. The honesty couldnt be beat in each and every item sold. Bought a fridge and dishwasher. They even installed (quickly and cleanly) a day earlier than scheduled! Will use them for the rest of appliance replacements in future! Highly recommend.

This place was FANTASTIC. We had been price shopping for a Washer/Dryer combo a good bit and considered buying used as well, but were SO GLAD we came here instead. The salesperson was knowledgeable, helpful, and very friendly. The prices beat all the big box stores and even some of the resale listings of people selling the same washer dryer set used! Delivery was affordable, quick, and the delivery workers were clean, skilled, and efficient. Thank you to all the employees-this is small business at its best!

My experience with Discount Appliance Outlet was amazing. The process was fast and easy. The staff is polite, patient and gives A 1 customer service. They were knowledgeable about their products and was able to answer all my questions. The prices was way below what you would pay at a home improvement store. They even give courtesy calls after your purchase to see how everything is going. This takes the cake. Great price same day delivery..im praying that this product give me many years of enjoyment..✌🏾but after my delivery the installation went very bad..They refused to set my refrigerator up because there were a few items in there. Never explained it to my sister who was receiving the product.. Now they wanna charge me again for another installation fee.🤔 Really..😖

Bought a fridge from here last week. Sales associate was super friendly and helpful. However, we set up delivery and install and the refrigerator had more scratches and dents when it arrived than when we saw it and paid for it. Delivery guys didnt seem to know much about what happened. Also, didnt receive a side compartment and was told Id be contacted back because of this. Never received a call back. Poor customer service!! Seems once they have your money they dont care to be helpful anymore. Definitely wont buy anything from this place again. Customer service is so important. Apparently the owners/deliverers dont realize that.

Staff is super helpful. Most of their inventory is new with the 1 year manufacturers warranty. Prices are really great too. They also have a no hassle delivery and setup. Bought on a Saturday and delivery on Tuesday. If I had gone to Home Depot or Lowes I would have paid 25-35% more and delivery would have been at least 2 weeks out. I will definitely be using them again and would highly recommend checking them out for appliances.

These folks were very responsive online AND in the store. Answered a gazillion questions for me before I traveled from Benson. Scheduled a timely delivery - and removed the appliance I replaced. HelloI putchased a Samsung diswasher and a microwave for my kitchen remodel.The dishwasher unit was installed and i realize that the unit does not work correctly.Also as for warranty, the serial number tag was removed/missing from the unit therefore I was unable to register with Samsung. In addition, I tried to file this under my home warranty and they also confirmed that the serial number tag waa not on the unit and I could not file without itThe issue with the unit is the circuit board, and something with the heating element/system.I contacted the company to find out if there were other ways to solution this issue regarding this defective unit.I did not receive a response and the issue remains unreaolved. I had to purchase a new one from Home Depot.I lost hundreds of dollars on this.

I am a first time customer with this business, They knew the fridge was not fully repaired, only lasted a month 6 weeks to be exact. They were ignorant when I called they said no refund no exchange and that I had broke it picking it up but if that was the case it would not have lasted as long as it did something else was wrong other than the compressor they put in before I picked it up. Very bad business to go to. I do not recommend. They only care about money, there customer service is not good whatsoever. I would put - 5 stars for a review if possible contacting better business bureau ASAP. If you have the same issues I’d recommend you do the same.Response to owners response: False statements. Was not on my part!!!!! Thanks again bad business.

A great place to buy modern, working appliances for about half normal price because they have cosmetic damage. A man named Troy runs the place and he is completely dedicated to customer satisfaction. I was impressed by his effort in making sure the fridge I bought was working perfectly.

I purchased three items from this place they seem very nice I was going to pick up my appliances myself but I end up needing delivery I went in and pay for delivery not once did anybody explain anything to me about delivery I just had to write down my address and phone number when my appliances are getting delivered the guy approached me and said driveway delivery they left my appliances all three in the driveway on the groundWhen I called them fussing about it he tells me that’s how they deliver that I would have to pay $50 more for House delivering the very next day after receiving my appliances my refrigerator started leaking water I emailed him about that he told me to check my hooks and make sure it was hooked up tightly and he could come by Tuesday he forgot about me Tuesday and apologized after I reached out to him told me he will have somebody come look at my refrigerator the next day no one came but I received a phone call from my Christina unorganized telling me I do not have warranty on my appliances when the warranty comes with The appliances this place is a mess and I hate I purchased anything from them I spent close to $2000 with them I should’ve spent my money elsewhere they’re not about customer service they are about putting money in their

Bought fridge from here. Fridge was not what was advertised on facebook. Found that there was more issues than told about. Got the 10 day warranty with delivery and install. Was not told that it was limited and now they will not look at or exchange the fridge. If could give 0 zero stars if possible.
