I called first thing and they had someone out within hours. Brian was professional and walked me through his assessment by showing me the faulty parts. Although we have decided to purchase a new washer (repair would be about the same price), we were happy with One Sources responsiveness and comprehensive assessment. Would highly recommend.

He came as promised and was extremely professional. He was very patient with my questions and allowed me to watch because I was so curious. In addition, he provided advice on how to prevent the problem from happening again AND he didnt leave a mess. He even used a vacuum because I didnt have anything to absorb the water. (My Tenant was not there.) He also left some stickers that I could put on the inside so I would remember who made the repair and who to call again.He was great, the planning was great. I have a Samsung dryer that stopped heating. I replaced the burned out coil and all was good. Not long after it started throwing an HC error code. I called One Source and explained the situation. They would not work on it however since I replaced the coil. I can understand their stance on that being they shouldnt have to warranty their work when the customer has already tampered with the unit. I am leaving a good review because although they told me they couldnt work on my dryer, one of the techs gave me his thoughts on what the issue may be. He said it was either the control board or the thermistor. Be it the control board I would have bought a new dryer but the thermistor is an 8$ part so I figured why not try it. After taking apart what seemed like the entire dryer I replaced the thermistor and all is good. So even though One Source couldnt touch my dryer they still offered advice and saved me a lot of money. Thanks!

Called ONE SOURCE. Had a technician scheduled to repair my laundry dryer.The tech arrived right on schedule, calling me in advance a half hour before the appointment to make sure I was home. (This was helpful, since I happened not to be at home. I was able to run local errands, and still be at home in time for my appointment.)The tech was a perfect gentleman, very professional, very pleasant, very respectful of my home. He got right to work, and repaired my unit straight away. The repair bill was VERY reasonable, too!Easy to give them 5 stars! Would recommend to anyone.

A little frustrated. Been without an oven for 2 weeks. We replaced regulator ourselves because we werent getting adequate gas to the range. Were trying to save money by not paying for a technician when we knew the issue and since the price of a technician would be more than the oven is worth at this point. Were able to replace part no problem, but the gas was leaking at the threads of the regulator even though we used gas pipe tape. It being gas we decided to cut our loses and have someone come out and finish fixing. Explained the situation to the people in the office and they told me to call gas company before they came out to identify that was in fact the leak so I did. Gas company said the connector to the regulator just needed to be sealed better. So I called back a couple days later and explained situation again and scheduled an appointment for that to happen. Waited a week for them to come out only to tell me they could not repair because it is their policy that if repair was previously attempted then they will not touch. That I needed to call the gas company or another company. I get that policy is policy, but wish that I was told this policy in the first place. I explained the situation from the beginning and the Technician was not told anything different. The reason for the second star is the Technician was very nice, but said his hands were tied otherwise it would have been one star. I guess at this point we will take it back apart and try to find a better sealant to fix ourselves and hope it doesnt continue to leak at the threads.

He communicated clearly and set my expectations for the techniques and time that would be involved in fixing it. Highly responsive company. My dishwasher needed a new heating element because a huge chunk of plastic melted around it. Aaron was quick to catch that the new part did not include the gaskets to encase the element to the washer wall so he made sure that he had all the parts before coming out to the house. The job was done thoroughly (he checked for any leaking) before leaving and even leveled the appliance so that it fit the opening most properly. One Source Appliance Repair is definitely going into my permanent contact list!

I would like to start off by saying not having a working dryer and going to the laundry mat in the dead of summer sucks! Having multiple companies unprofessionally handle your repair requests is even more frustrating. I am beyond pleased with the work completed by Bryan at One Source! He fixed our dryer when no one else would. We had one company do a no show TWICE! We had another company come out and say they would not attempt the work. One Source Appliance repaired our LG washing machine. They were quick to schedule and were punctual. Aaron and Lee provided excellent, professional service on a call today regarding our refrigerator. They were very knowledgeable and ran thru a complete set of diagnostics to assess the problem and provided detailed information on next steps - if the problem were to occur again.They gladly answered all of our questions on the issue, providing a better understanding of how the refrigerator should perform. Would never use them again. We had someone come out for about 10 minutes for $101. I will say he seemed knowledgeable and was friendly. However, he first told us he’d have to replace a part and just labor would be $650, plus the part cost. Then looked into it and told us he couldn’t find the parts due to the model being discontinued and couldn’t get the same fridge for us, and that we’d have to buy a new one. We went to a local appliance store to do just that and they said they could get the parts and even order that exact same fridge (upgraded, but same model number and parts) and that labor wouldn’t be close to $650 for the broken model we had. We ended up just buying a new fridge from a different brand, but it was irritating to find out that we had either been lied to by this company, the company doesn’t have up-to-date model information (which is bad for a repair company), or the man we paid $101 to come look at didnt feel like looking in to it to help us.

Phone staff was very courteous. Donald came within scheduled time, was friendly, fast, thoroughly explained the problem, had the part on the truck, cleaned up after the job. Our refrigerator is repaired! Will use them again.

Be careful when you call this place. They will not assist you if anyone else have touched your appliance. They refused to help us. Poor customer service.

Aaron was our technician for a minor repair of our new gas range in our new house. He was knowledgeable about our gas range. He discovered that the cabinet had been damaged before or during the original installation (by a different company). I will be contacting the builder shortly. Thank you Aaron.

Great experience. I called in on Wednesday and the guys came out on Friday. Aaron and Donald had my dryer fixed in under two hours. They did a few jobs for me on various appliances. Unfortunately my microwave kept having the duplicate problems, so I receivrd a refund from this company. This was not a pleasant experience, but I decided to call them for my clothes dryer, they which they had prepared 12months ago. At this point they told me to find another company and my warranty had expired after 90days. I was appallerd at this companys behavior and its treatment toward its clients.

Unimpressive. The technician merely confirmed what I had already diagnosed myself and had no on-truck parts to effect a repair. His quoted parts price was nearly 4X the cost of the same part on Amazon and he would have to return weeks later to finish the job.
