Was looking for a dependable commuter car and they had what I was looking for in my budget. Car runs excellent, service was great and overall blew my expectations. A lot of car dealerships are pushy for sales and/or falsely advertise their inventory. Not this establishment. Very honest about their vehicles, answered all my questions and got me through purchasing process quickly. I highly recommend this place to anyone in the market for a great quality used vehicle. This is my second time coming here, I was in a very bad situation financially and was at a point where if I have a vehicle I could recover and if I didnt Id be worse off. I bought a car here with their 0 percent interest store credit program and made no late payments and paid my first car off previously (which was fantastic and ran great!) With that in mind they gave me a used car 0 down for cheap and did me a huge favor by doing so. It had an issue on the drive home with the speedometer and odometer and they fixed it no questions asked for free. They didnt have to, couldve charged and didnt. They took care me as well if not better than last time and I couldnt be more thankful. Not only that but they support us veterans and offered me a discount on my first vehicle from them. My point is, if you have bad credit, having a streak if bad luck or just need a good car come here. They wont waste your time, pressure you, and will do their utmost to provide you with a great experience. Sam and Tom will take care of you, and youll be glad you came.

This was my first time trying to purchase a car. When we first got there, me and my partner looked around at the cars. After around 10-15 minutes we noticed the employees standing by the door watching us so we walked in the building to confirm we were interested in test driving. When I was ready to buy, after test driving, the only woman in the office said, now, Im not trying to be rude... which is always a weird way to start off a sentence, because you can almost guarantee they are about to be rude. We close in about 15 minutes... and she basically said we can come back tomorrow. No biggie, but not being rude would have been to greet us when we first got there an hour prior, and let us know they close in an hour, not to stand awkwardly by the door and have us wander about. Then the same lady made a comment about us being from Tacoma and how they have a problem with theft from that city. At this point we have been experiencing a few microagressions from the staff that we were just ignoring because I wanted a car.Then there was this guy who ignored my presence because (Im assuming) his job doesnt seem to be centered around customer service. But how awkward and rude to just have me standing there waiting for help while youre doing nothing but casually chit-chatting with your coworker. Then he finally said something when my partner, who is tall and has a more aggressive presence, walked in. This employees whole tone was off. He also tried to act like he didnt know one of the gaskets were blown when my partner notified him (shady). Then he asked for my W-2 (in addition to check stubs) and said it was because they dont do a credit check. Then, in the same breath, he asked me what my credit score was. I gave him a weird look and said, I guess you dont need to know since you dont do a credit check. After a long, awkward stare he said, these are just questions we ask. But the thing is, no, you dont. You just told me you dont do a credit check so why ask me for my credit score? That means he, personally, just wanted to know. Weird and unprofessional. And lets be real if my credit was better, I wouldnt have been there, I would have head straight to a quality dealership.EDIT: you added no value to your response. You also have no proof that I didn’t have the documentation. If you grew up in Tacoma or not is irrelevant. And again, you had NO right to ask for my credit you don’t do a check. My little review was never going to hurt your business. You don’t need to belittle my experience to defend your perspective. Anyone who understands microaggressions will understand my review and see straight through your response.

I was looking for a particular SUV and the vehicle I came and saw wasnt what I was looking for and I then saw another vehicle. It was very easy and no hassle on getting into this vehicle. Everyone here was very professional and polite. One of the last true old school car lots. I highly recommend you come in and see what they have. This is the best place to buy a car. I just bought my second car from them today. Last honest used car place left Id say. They wont sell a car if theres something wrong with it. At first I was very pleased with the service my husband and I received. After only owning our vehicle 12 hours, the transmission froze up. Called them, and they put in a used transmission. The vehicle still has some issues on take-off, but they say it’s common for the vehicle. However, a grinding noise started. Explained several times to Tom that it doesn’t happen always. Had us bring it back in. Sam stated he drove it several miles with his mechanic and they couldn’t hear the noise. It doesn’t happen always, so driving for several miles to try and hear it isn’t going to do anything. Guess your get what you pay for. A used vehicle that we’ll be stuck fixing up not even a month into owning it.

Had a bumpy road in the beginning with some unforeseen issues on the vehicle I purchased. They helped figure out what was wrong and got the issue fixed! They are one of kind in this world of cutthroat selfish salesmen and businessmen, they truly care about their customers and want to help you get into a good vehicle! Already referring all my friends!!! And I love love my car!!

Let me start off by saying Tom and Sam are very hard-working and spend a lot of their time trying to help people. But at the same time, Ive only financed one vehicle and it quit running within 3 months completely. I know the vehicles are as is but I think they should definitely make sure the vehicles are in somewhat working order before selling them. I paid almost $3,000 for this Nissan and it is now not running. So its just sitting in my back driveway not working. My parents have also purchased several vehicles through them and every one of them has quit running. If you want a working vehicle or if youre in a financial situation that you know you cant afford to keep fixing up a vehicle with expensive shop trips, then you probably should not purchase a vehicle here. Now if you know that you have extra money to spend to fix a vehicle up then this might be the place for you. They give you options for pretty low payments and work with your monthly income so thats good. The mechanics are pretty good here too. Theres one mechanic that knows what hes doing more than the other one. Also, the owners need to listen to The Mechanics because they dont even know half the time whats going on with a vehicle until the mechanic looks at it. I took my vehicle in to get a part fixed in it. My dipstick got stuck in there and they were saying it would cost me $400 to pull it out. When really all I had to do was purchase an $8 guide to and a new dipstick and replace it that way. It was an easy fix and I feel like I would have been swindled out of my money if I had not known what to do about it.I am almost done paying off my vehicle and once I get the title I will not be returning to finance another vehicle because I dont want to buy another lemon. I work hard. I have two jobs but I just cant afford to keep buying Vehicles they dont work. So just be aware of that. You might get lucky and get one that works for a while.

Bought a 2001 Ford Taurus from them. The car has bad brakes, bad serpentine belt, electrical problems, and a bad starter. I don’t even have a license plate for the car yet.The dealership has avoided my calls and outright refused to help me. They won’t try to get me a running car and they won’t even speak to me about “our deal”.Their reviews are so high because they want people to write one while they are sitting in the lobby waiting for keys to their cars.Yes used cars have issues, but their business practices are shady at best. They feel like they can sell lemons and just take money from people. Who should pay them for a car that doesn’t run?I asked them to take their car back, and they were supposed to call me back. Surprise, they didn’t! I just finished leaving them a voicemail that they won’t return.I would caution people about spending money here. They do not care about customers after they drive off the lot. Don’t get stuck with a bad car.
