I had a great experience with Mac. He was on top of it all and made sure i was informed about all obstacles. Now for the service department that needs work. I took my car in for my 50,000 mile service had a 8:30am appointment. Shane good dude told me car will be done at 10 am. I come back at 10:15 and my car wasnt even touched. Not happy at all about that. I now take my car to Tacoma Dodge for any service from now on. I dont recommend there service department at Look Larson. Tacoma is the one for that. The Express Advisor personal at Look Larson is all about them and only them. No team work between Express and service desk. Remember team work is the dream work. Hope you all can figure it out with you service department cause your sales team is top notch!
I am changing my review to a 1 star. I would give zero stars if I could. I purchased a brand new 2021 Jeep renegade in June from here. The vehicle came with scratches and I escalated it that day. I was assured that they would take care of this issue. I purchased a ceramic coating and they are saying that I never did. I have email proof showing a conversation between myself and my sales person. I am not happy how I have just been tossed aside and lied to this whole time. They are not willing to honor what they said they would do. STAY AWAY FROM HERE AT ALL COSTS.
These guys helped me get my dream car! I live an hour and half away and they took that into consideration with the process of getting it! They keep you update as fast as they can, no waiting in a chair for 3 hours while your salesmen is no where to be found! Everyone was kind there, super helpful and informative about the process. Took my truck in to get the fuel filter changed and was told they could run a diagnostic as well as change the filter for around $200. By the time I was done they told me they couldnt find a problem but it would cost $900 to change the filter... Which is why I took it in, for the filter. I basically paid $200 for nothing.
I had called ahead about a problem with my key fobs. I use a walker and asked if I could pull in to the Express and was told yes. No one greeted me. They sat at their desks, staring at me. I finally got out and walked to the 1st desk. Still no one greeted me. They had no other customers. They were just chatting among themselves. I finally went inside and waited to speak to someone in Service. I was told I needed to go to the Parts Dept. I was treated very well in this department and they took great care of me. This is the only department that made me feel valued. I have been coming to Larson since 2015 and have typically been treated very well. The only reason I am rating with a 4 is because of the guy in Parts. If not for him, I would have given the lowest rating!! He knows how to treat people. Please give him a raise!!
Dieauka was very helpful today helping me upgrade to a better vehicle. He was patient and listened to what I needed. This should have a -10 not a one star! The service department is horrible same with sales! Have left numerous voicemails for a phone call back, with no phone calls back! The dealership that our truck is at right now has been trying to get ahold of the service department with leaving voicemail, emails, with no success in getting a response back . This has been going on for over a month! We had our work truck there for maintenance, picked it up with more problems than what we dropped it up with. So we took it to another dodge dealership to have it looked at. Well Larson puyallup left out our filters that has cause Serious damage to our engine and turbo! Larson on Puyallup took responsibility for leaving the filters out! But now will not return anyone’s phone calls! Now trying to speak with the GM but was told that’s not their department! I would never recommend buying or servicing a vehicle, work vehicle there ever!
Dropped off WORK vehicle for a Code Reset.Of course they have to add on a Dyignostic te$t, so then they say the work truck needs a new part, The SAME part being reset thats BRAND NEW MFG PART. Countless calls getting next to zero call backs.Next they ordered a part after being told NO! Do NOT order that part.Being quoted one price than being charged MORE DOUBLE.finally after 10 days of being out if work, loosing $2,000 $$$$$ each day.LastFriday they say: Come in Monday and pick up your work van.. Living 3.5 hours away with a wife and 4 kids go to pick up the work van and is told. Its NOT ready.. Will call you! Will call you!! Will call you!!So on top of that having to rents a Motel for two days and still nothing. Finally many manyyyy calls I was speaking to the Manager James Ellas whom was kind,, he assured us the bill would be fixed. Then they would test drive it and as long as it Reset itself it would be fine!Well, the Managers probably in his warm home having dinner with his family in a warm home. And whos in a cold car across the street waiting for the call to pick up the work vehicle.. Yep, a car full of (4) kids !! And they are not big kids.. No more money to keep renting a motel, no work vehicle, no truth, no honor, poor work ethics. I really hope if you take a chance its a good experience. But we dont like or want this type of experience being full of lies and no one knows anything, and absolutely no one is helpful. They ALL pass the buck! Right into bank!! Shame on you Larsons.. Shame.. There are more details, however that are not in Larsons favor.. I hope you shop around. And by the way.. It doesnt matter if you check/sign that you dont want anything done without permission. They will send for the party like they did hear and charge you.. They called to tell us the party we didnt want was non refundable. That was the part the manager said he would remove but we have no clue where the other FEW hundred charges $ came from ..
I recently purchased a new vehicle w/Justin and Jelena Smith! I was in and out of the car lot within and HOUR!!! Time is extremely important these days and who wants to sit at a car lot ALL day with that feeling of “will I get approved”? Not with Justin and Jelena, they had my loan pre-approved before I even came into the lot and were extremely diligent in providing me with anything and everything, I would need to bring with me. I LITTERALLY did this all w/in the comfort of my own home online, who would have thought buying a vehicle would be so easy?! Justin and Jelena are AMAZING at advertising what is available. I’ve been wanting a new SUV for some time now, but I’m not the biggest fan of doing my homework and looking at several different websites, plus sometimes this starts to get confusing! NOT w/Justin and Jelena, they post their inventory EVERYWHERE, they do the hard work for YOU! It saved me time and the hassle of doing it on my own. Justin posted the vehicle on his Facebook page early in the morning and after looking at the SUV I KNEW it was for me. I drove off the lot that same night! Justin also knows his stuff – so if you have any questions at all he’s able to answer them right away, and if he can’t, he will find someone that can. Justin even offered to come in on his day off so I could pick up my vehicle, we were able to figure out a time that worked better for both of us, but who does that? No one wants to come into work on their day off! This process has HANDS DOWN been the easiest and smoothest transaction of buying a new vehicle! Thank you both so much for all your help. You can see that you both are extremely heartfelt people and truly care that the needs are met for your customers. You made me feel like family and not just a customer and I could tell that it was so much more to you both than just selling another vehicle to someone. If this is your first time purchasing a vehicle, or you have purchased several vehicles before, I would recommend going to Justin and Jelena to get the JUST10IZED experience! We are very unhappy with the service at this garage. We went there because of an air conditioning problem found by a small garage that was unable to repair because it could not have the part. We went to Larson, they kept the car for 6h hours to tell us that everything was ok. They just charged us over £ 300 for the recharge the AC.Two weeks later no more air conditioning. We went back to the garage to try to understand why the A / C had lasted for two weeks knowing that they had told us there was no problem. They again inspect the car. Suddenly he finds a problem that requires repairs for $ 2000. We are tourists and we were going to sell the car a few days later so we couldnt afford such expense. We just wanted to recharge the air conditioning again to finish our trip. In view of the situation we asked for a free air conditioning recharge because the inspection work had finally been badly done the first time. They didnt want to know anything, either we paid $ 2000 for repairs or we repaid an air conditioning recharge. Our conclusion: either we are tourists they wanted to rip us off, or they did not really look for the problem the first time when we arrived by telling them that there was a problem
Horrible. Bait-n-switch. Needed my diesel fuel filters changed, they quoted a price, and when my wife went in to get the service done, they increased the price by $260.00. The new person put me down for an oil change, when I specifically asked for fuel filters - three times.Fuel filters. Both of them. Front and back. Diesel. None of my requests or buzz words triggered her to put me down for a fuel filter rather than an oil change.No remorse. No compromise. 100% of their error was my cross to bear.Larson will not be in my future.
We had a great experience buying a beautiful Ram truck from Dieauka Bradley. He was very polite and explained to us how the truck worked. He showed us how all the electronics and remote control function. We also bought the vehicle and it literally took less than one hour. It was super fast and painless. I would recommend working with Dieauka and buying a vehicle from Larsons.
They do not answer the phone. They do not return calls. They don’t leave messages. This place needs some training. Horrible. Unprofessional.
This service department is TRASH. I’ve literally called 10 times to try to schedule an oil change. Something that should be a walk in appointment. We bought a brand new truck from them. The salesman, AWESOME. The finance department, AWESOME. Service department. I would give negative 10 stars if I could. And we are stuck with our warranty through them. Which means half of our oil changes and such are free. Or I would go somewhere else.

Their service department puts the STEAL in STEALERSHIP. I took my vehicle there the replace 1 part. It was a simple job that I ended up doing myself. They tried to lie to me and tell me that they needed to replace 5 separate parts. When I told them not to do anything to the vehicle, and I would be picking it up, they tried to charge me $179 when I got there. Maybe they were charging an hour of labor because thats how long it took these guys to craft that lie. I would not advise taking your vehicle here unless you want to get ripped off.

Hands down my favorite place to buy my new or slightly used vehicles. I just bought my 7th car from them. Brian is a great sales manager. Please make sure to ask for Eduardo for your salesman he is very efficient and patient. He also is very thorough and makes sure you are happy with your purchase. I came back later and he set and helped me with my technical issues. I am a little old school and he is very tech savy. Last but not least Stephanie in finance is a whiz at what she does and keeps working until she gets the best interest rate. I cant say enough if there was 10 stars they would get it.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Whats not to say, I called Larson Dodge and from the moment Clarence answered the phone he went above and beyond in for me. For 2 in a half days 4 trucks an 3 cars and 27 phone calls later I was driving off that lot just realizing that was by far my best dealership experienced ever. Five stars isnt enough. ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆. I came in a couple of months ago to find and purchase a vehicle for my wife. I’ve been coming to Larson for a while now, but don’t know if I’ll be giving them my business moving forward. We ended up buying a 2015 GMC Acadia, which we and more importantly she loves! However, there were a couple of items that were missed when they apparently “went over” everything on the vehicle. They had raised the price on the vehicle a couple days before we came in to look at it, because they said they had done some work on the vehicle. The passenger seat adjuster (power) doesn’t function and therefore the seat cannot be adjusted at all. I was pretty upset I missed it, but was equally upset and surprised they wouldn’t fix something like that before selling the vehicle. Secondly and most importantly, the drivers side weather stripping is completely missing on the top of the vehicle. I asked them to please fix the weather stripping, and assumed I’d have to pay for the seat adjuster. Still haven’t heard back from them, well because they sold the vehicle already and could care less. My truck will be paid off in a couple of years, and then I’ll be in the market to buy a brand new truck. Larson won’t be getting the sale. I would recommend shopping around to see what other dealers will do to satisfy their customers.
Tried twice to bring in my car for service. First time I showed up on time for my appointment only to find out that they wont be able to look at my car right away due for them being backed up and that they will start the process in three or so hours. Since they didnt bother to inform me earlier about this, I had to reschedule my appointment. When I was getting ready for my rescheduled appointment, I wasnt even able to take my car in because they send me a message about my appointment being cancelled due their team not being in the office. Really? Is this how you guys treat customers? No phone call, no apology, nothing. Twice I tried to take my car in and twice you failed to provide adequate customer service. You just lost a customer.

My husband and I went to Larsons to look at a vehicle we saw online and it was literally the BEST car buying experience we have ever had. My husband called ahead of time and they had the vehicle pulled to the front waiting for us when we arrived. Marc was the sales associate that helped us out while we were there. He was extremely thorough, polite and made the whole experience so enjoyable. Marc was the complete opposite of everyones stereotypical idea of a pushy car salesman, he was patient, took the time to answer all our questions and genuinely cared about us and the vehicle he was showing us. This was especially appreciated as we had our 4 month old baby with us and this was our first family car purchase. The finance team was equally enjoyable to work with. We left the lot with a brand new vehicle, a great experience and smiles on our faces. HIGHLY recommend Marc for any of your vehicle sale needs!

During Covid inventories are low and businesses are shorthanded but Justin at Larson Dodge made everything smooth and easy and I found the truck I wanted at the price I wanted to pay, I’ve also had the opportunity to use their service department sense and yes they are shorthanded as all businesses are but they did their very best to handle my problems in a quick fashion. Despite a few negative reviews I gave them a try and I am glad I did
1 star review because of the dishonesty, and robbery of these guys, and bad business practices all around. 1)I tried for a over a month to get in for maintenance because I bought the maintenance package with my vehicle and never got any call backs. I settled for jiffy lube🤮 (out of pocket) to protect my vehicle. 2) I booked an appointment online this time, took my vehicle in only to find out that the package I was sold doesn’t cover what the sales person said it does. 3) After a 2 hour wait, I finally get my vehicle back only to find my tires weren’t rotated as I was charged for. I know this because of my experience in the field, I marked each tire in highly visible, different places with a yellow crayon. 4) After buying two cars from Larson in 2 1/2 years, I’m officially done with them.
I purchased 2021 Wrangler Rubicon 4xe on 09/04/2021 and loved vehicle but three days after Hybrid battery went down permanentlyIt shouldnt happen on new car but things happensTherefore I tow the car back to dealership right away and what their respons was they dont know what happened and they never seen anything like this before and saying they dont have any ideas when it can be fixed due to part shortage so since that time have been working with the sales guy try to get different vehicle but he couldnt find any other vehicles and started try to sell me a leftover vehicles they have in the lot and start to giving me bunch liesHey people we all know its hard to buy vehicles nowadays but we shouldnt be get runaround and get disrespect like this

Im super impressed with the service department. Super friendly, quickly got transportation home for me. When they discovered there wasnt a problem with my car, got me back to the dealership, explained how the system was set up, and sent me on my way. All at no charge. Now thats how you build a solid business relationship. They will get my business for sure.

Wife bought a 2020 van there and its been in the shop more then we have had it. Made 2 payments on it now and in those 2 months we have had it a total of 3 weeks. Service keeps saying breaks however they have changed the rotors pads and all other components every time and still makes the grinding sound. Asked them to look into the suspension, because our mechanic buddy told her it could be something in there. Service manager told her we wont cover it because its not under safety. Since when is your suspension not under safety. Stay away this is a one time ever buy at larson. Now looking into Lemon Law due to its the 4th time back at shop in 2 months for the same issue.
They were able to squeeze me in when no other dealership could take me for weeks out. Only complaint I have is that when I was waiting for my jeep to be done I heard the one lady in service complaining about a client and was telling the tech to “just make up a story to tell the client it’s normal so he stops bugging us about it, I don’t have enough techs to keep looking at it” not very professional… especially when you have clients waiting right there and can hear everything you said. I won’t be coming back here due to that lady’s comment, Can’t be trusted
If I could write a review with zero stars, I wouldve. The service I received trying to get my vehicle fixed was atrocious. The vehicle sat in the parking lot for almost a month. Everytime I called for an update it was either no answer or they were clueless about the vehicle. There was no effort in trying to get the work done and no effort in trying to at least work with a customer.
Terrible experience here… we came in wanting to drive a grand Cherokee, to compare to other new cars we were checking out. Immediately it was a much worse experience than the 2 other dealers we had visited that day. The salesman must of wrote us off as a waste of time because that’s how we were treated the whole time. Even on the test drive, he mentioned 3 times how he didn’t want to waste time. All he did was talk down about the other vehicles we had test drove, and how they weren’t jeeps competition.We were totally turned off by the way we were treated, and ended up buying a new car from a neighboring dealer that same day. Never will I do business with an establishment that treats us this way.Even my wife was ready to leave immediately.
Well about 6 months ago I purchased a brand new 3500 with a lift kit done Larson had les schwab install the lift. I took the truck in with about 3500 miles on it the first time with the front end making noises and they said everything was normal besides the driver coil spring rubbing on the power steering bolts they said it was fixed.well at 8400 miles ots still rubbing they said there is nothing they can do for me I spent 10k on a extended warranty plus 80k on the truck just great people down there

I have full time job so my communication is limited to email pretty much, I was interested in a vehicle they have and asked for ballpark trade in price and days and days later nothing. Funny took me less than 2 minutes to look up on kbb. I was told sorry been busy with customers who are actually at lot to get prices. Guess what I was also a customer who now is going to lot and ordering car I was looking at pretty much gonna buy. Horrible customer service
When making a larger purchase like a RAM 2500 Diesel it was awesome to go to a dealer that not only had all the inventory to compare different options / configurations first hand but also had a great sales person to work with you to find what you want at a price that works for your wallet. Special call out to Kurt Olsen, he worked hard on our behalf and helped us reach a truck/price that made everyone happy.
As a first time car buyer I couldn’t have asked for an easier experience! Joseph was incredibly helpful and patient throughout the entire process and made what is usually a stressful task, surprisingly enjoyable! I got a great deal on a 2016 Nissan Murano, more than I expected on my trade-in, and an incredibly affordable warranty. In no way did I feel pressured or rushed, and felt like I had no need to hassle back an forth with the finance team. So I purchased my brand new 2019 Jeep two years ago and my boyfriend just purchased his new car recently. If I could remember the salesman’s name that helped me, I would say that he did amazing in helping me get my suv. Paperwork too couple of hours for both of our transactions, but we expected it.The only thing that I found weird, was that prior to buying my car, I had found a different suv and went in to buy it. (different salesman) Obviously I left without it cause I didn’t like the deal. It took me over 5 dealerships to find a decent deal and I ended up coming back here and buying from them. The same thing with my boyfriend. We looked at a car for him last year from this dealership (different salesman) and the deal wasn’t there for us. I find this odd… but that is why I only gave 4 stars.I’ve been using the service department for maintenance on my car from the beginning and have had nothing but exceptional service every-time. Plus it’s easy to make an appointment online. Except, due to Covid (not their fault), their kid area is closed. So bringing our toddler there isn’t always the best when waiting but the service employees are nice regardless. So overall, good service.
Where do I start???First of all, the love and hospitality that was shown to my family and I was nothing short of amazing! I talked with the sales manager Rob and made an appointment with him. When I arrived, he was with another customer so I had Landy help me out looking for my truck (Ram). I told her what my must haves were. She is very knowledgeable in the truck realm! We looked at a few trucks all of which were hot! We test drove a truck that exceeded my expectations but wasn’t exactly what I was looking for because it had bucket seats, she even made a joke asking if I truly need all my children in the truck (definitely made me wonder if it did) lol! 😂Fast forward, I met with Rob and man, this is how every Sales Manager should be with customers! He is the prime example of customer service!! He scoured for my truck as it’s a rare combination. I gave up hope honestly, and then he gave me great news.............He found my truck!!!!!! He didn’t try to up sale me on anything, he knew I have 4 children and also wanted me to be comfortable with the payment amount and made sure that the bench seat and 12 inch touchscreen was included in the truck which was my must haves! He even came down on the price for me!The truck wasn’t readily available upon purchase but Rob rushed the vehicle to the dealership the very next day! I called about it and he said he was getting it detailed and to come down and pick it up anytime! This guy went above and beyond for my family and I really appreciate it! Upon arriving at the dealership to pick up my truck, Rob and Landy met with me and they were genuinely as excited as I was! Landy even took pictures and went through all the trucks features with me!! Such a great feeling when making a major purchase!!!I will recommend this dealership and the sales team here to ANYONE looking for a new vehicle or any vehicle!!!!!Will definitely buy from again!

Larson as a whole is a joke company. Try having one of the Larson Boys owners even answer an e mail from a customer. I was told by a manager They, the Larson Boys do not talk to customers. What a way to be handed a business instead of building one, it shows. Old saying in this world, Give a man a fish he will eat for a day, teach him to fish will eat for a lifetime. Too bad the Larson Boys were givin the fish. The employees on a quite note say they are a joke as owners. It shows 100%. They should try learning from the Owner of Dunn Lumber, call him or email him personally anytime and responds 100%. Go elsewhere if you want a real ownership who cares not about themselves. Handed a free atm and it shows from Grandpa. If you dont believe me try finding their number easily or email, also call any dealership they have and ask to talk to one of them. Good luck.
For the past 2 weeks I have been calling to schedule an oil change. Every time I call, it goes to the voicemail of the cashier, and every time I leave my name and number for a return call. NOTHING....Ive even tried calling the number to the advisors, and left messages...NOTHING!!!! I would gladly go elsewhere but Ive paid for a oil change package, so I would like to get what I already paid for!!!!!!!

We recently purchased a Acura RDX from Danavian and were pleased with the level of service and professionalism extended to us by him. The experience was stress free, and were glad we drove from Shoreline to make our purchase.The Acura was exactly as it was described, very clean inside and out, I went over this vehicle (tires, fluids, electrical, etc) listened for any abnormal noises or smells after taking it for a test drive and concluded it was a perfect fit for our needs. The price of the vehicle was absolutely fair market value and we were pleased with the outcome of our negotiations.Towards the end of the negotiations Dan took the vehicle and washed it as he had promised, their finance officer did not try to sell us on any superfluous add-ons, just a straight up closing.We would recommend Dan and this dealership to anyone looking purchase a vehicle as he will go out of his way to make sure you have a really good experience.

Took my work vehicle there to get serviced, they wanted to charge me nearly 900 to change a couple light bulbs on the vehicle. For example, they wanted $173 to change the license plate light and another $290 to change the headlight bulb. Insane!

We went to Larson Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Dealership and met with Joshua Weingart. We were shopping for a minivan for our family and two kids, and were looking for something within our budget with all the bells and whistles we wanted. Joshua showed us three minivans that met our criteria and we ultimately settled for the 2019 Dodge Grand Caravan. Joshua was hilarious, great personality, honest, down to earth, and patient with all our questions. We can’t emphasize enough how much thought and care he took in finding us the best bang for our buck. Joshua went over all our loan options and Cynthia settled our financing with a great rate. He was able to work out a great trade in value for our 2015 Ford Escape. Not only did we get a car, but we also made a friend. To be honest with you they are very confused in the service area their front service desk is like a war zone everyones busy I get it but they dont seem to really know what theyre doing there they very confused, truck was fixed all right thats the only good thing, they dont answer the phone in order to communicate with him you have to actually drive down there to talk to them thats horrendous
I just purchased my car at Larson in May which was a wonderful experience! However, 2 months later in July my start/stop button was having issues. I thought, no big deal, its under warranty Ill take it into the dealer! I dropped my car off on Saturday morning 7/31 and was told I would get a call the same day whether my car would be ready for pick up or if it would need to stay in the shop another day or two. Saturday night rolled around, no call. The service department is closed on Sundays so I didnt panic too much.but then Monday afternoon rolled around and I hadnt heard anything. I called 5 times and left a voice mail to please call me back. Nothing. Tuesday rolled around, still nothing. I called several more times and left another 2 voicemails. I even tried calling a different department who basically said it had nothing to do with them and just forwarded my call directly to the service department who again didnt answer their phone. Wednesday 8/4 comes around and I was finally able to connect with their online chat service. They let me know someone would get back to me right away... 5 hours later someone finally called me back and said my car was ready for pick up. No apology, no explanation, nothing. 4 days of radio silence and $300 racked up in uber bills to get to and from work. How hard is it to answer the phone? They need some serious customer service training.UPDATE: I showed up to pick up my car on wednesday evening 8/4 and they literally LOST MY KEYS!! I was told I would receive a call in the morning. I waited until 5 PM on Thursday 8/5 with no call before reaching out to them again myself. I was told my advisor, Solomon, would call me back shortly. An hour and a half passed and no call. I called again and he went home for the night..
I did not go in with the intention of buying my next car here on the day I went because It was the first day of car shopping and still trying to navigate what I liked and wanted. This was my first time buying a car from a big name dealership was a lot smoother than I initially thought it would be. Zackery Biswell helped me purchase a car I wasn’t even sure I could get(Chrysler 300C) that was within my budget. It was not easy because the situation with my trade in but he was very patient and personable, and did not pressure me at all. He definitely did his job as far as making suggestions on other vehicles that would’ve fit the numbers I wanted better but ultimately, he let me enjoy my experience with the test drives - which allowed me to be comfortable and confident in my decision. My last experience purchasing a car at a small town dealership was not the best and I left feeling “okay” about my mediocre “new” car that was 3 years old. I honestly expected a very similar experience here and was hesitant because big dealerships are always known to have sharks for salesmen but my time here was unexpectedly AWESOME and I would definitely come back again. Was satisfied buying my truck from here. Went for 1st service 1st oil change come out with a front bumper scratched up. Definitely going back to get it fixed. Sitting in lobby 2 women were almost crying there for their cars back because service was so bad. Really disappointed in the service department.
Everytime I have gone here for service, something goes wrong. I have learned that if you want it to go right the first time be very very specific about what you want done. Do. No. Make. Assumptions. Tell them what you want, tell them you have a service plan, tell them everything. Otherwise you will spend your time having to go back and fix something.
Service staff very rude not pleasant and tried to charge oil change but just purchased new truck from Larson to boot and had to force the contract of free oil changes. Feel like once they get your new vehicle money they pretty much ignore you. Sad for salesman because they were great and helpful. Maybe service could take lessons.

Only negative is the price of an oil change. Its up to $80 bucks for that. Other than that, techs were helpful and things were done on warranty with no problems.

I just recently purchased a jeep renegade trailhawk from them and the sun roof stopped working in the open position. I am not upset about that because things happen. What I am upset about is the service to get it fixed has been hell. They dont call and update you I had to call and they barely pick up. When I did call yesterday they said they would have answer for me the today. No call so I had to call them finally when I talk to them the person told me that the employee fixing my sun roof was off today and they did not know that. Then I said well I hope yall have the car indoors because we do live in wa where it could rain at anytime she said yes Ill make sure to put it inside 🤦🏾♀️
Just yesterday on a very rainy day my wife and I made our first visit in to Larson to look at vehicle we had seen on line. I bought a car there a few weeks ago. I was promised as part of my sale that I would get my windows tinted and I purchased an additional package to get a ceramic coat put on my car. A Few weeks later, I can’t get anyone to call me to schedule my appointment. My husband and I have tried several times without a call or email back. Basically they will say anything while you are there car shopping, but after your purchase there is NO customer Service at all.
Update:Customer service here is terrible. We bought a new car and it already has issues. It’s been sitting at another dealership for a week and half now waiting for parts to arrive. No one at this dealership ever returns phone calls. The service department’s receptionists are non existent. They never pick up and never return phone calls after messages left. Does anyone work there? How does anything get done here?
Had my vehicle in there yesterday for a recall. After waiting a few few hours I went to the counter to check the e.t.a. Apparently it had been done for an hour they just forgot to tell me. They also never washed my car which seems to be the norm whenever I bring my vehicle in. I was in 4 weeks ago and everyone elso was getting a carwash. Buy your car and get it serviced elsewhere
I had a great experience with Larson Dodge of Puyallup.. The sales manager Rob was very professional. He helped hook me up with a loaner car for a couple days, while the service department fixed my recalled airbag. I am impressed with the service and attention to detail.
Ive never left reviews like this, but felt that truth be told. I was in there to purchase a vehicle recently and traded in a vehicle. I guess I didnt do my due diligence and fell for their tactics.The black Ford Edge 2014 that we traded in was in very good conditions, low mileage, and loaded with great features. They low balled the offer and I was dumb to not walk out. The final offer was $10,000. They turned around and posted it for ~$18,000 with ~$800 price cut to entice people to look at a discounted car.I fully understood that the need to make some profit, but not rip an honest guy off thousands of dollars. The vehicle sold a week later, I can only guess how much they profited.Lesson learned. Make sure know what your car is worth before trading it in, shop around, and car dealers are crooks.
I found a truck I really liked off autotrader which advertises nationwide. I then called to purchase the truck and was told they do not sell out of state, but have no disclosure in there adds that state this. I also had a dealer here in Medford that would purchase the truck for me at there asking price, but was told they would not do that. I realize the market is good right now, but will not stay this way. To me it is very shady if they would put this in there adds I would understand more. Also noticed they have sold cars out of the area seems as though they discriminate. If you out of state don’t bother.
When my husband and I discovered we needed to trade in a vehicle for something newer I was not excited. The last time I purchased a vehicle I went through a painful process where the Salesmen would talk to my husband (then boyfriend), but not me, even though I was buying the vehicle. I was not looking forward to dealing with another sleazy feeling person who was trying to push vehicles that were not what I was looking for, just to make a buck. After looking at trucks at several dealerships and finding nothing but sleazy car salesmen I can’t say when I showed up on the Larson lot that I wanted to be there. Then we met Justin “Seahawks” Smith. I will never buy another vehicle from anyone else. He spent all day (literally 8 hours) with us making sure that both of us had what we wanted in a vehicle and was able to get us an unbelievable deal on a NEW 2021 Ram 1500 Big Horn, which I had not assumed was in my monthly budget with the features I wanted. He was respectful to both my husband and I, hilarious, and never pushed us towards a truck or features we didn’t want or need. Justin made sure that we were both happy with the vehicle that he found for us. He also was able to get us more than anticipated for our trade-in. I can’t say enough how happy I am for how Justin treated us and the deal that he was able to broker for us on a new truck. I will not be buying a car from anyone else; I can’t recommend Justin enough! He is the BEST. We love our new Ram and cant thank him enough!
