Omar is the most patient and understanding person I have ever bought a car from. When I test drove my Audi and realized I could have an honest conversation with him about the car, it was a huge stress relief knowing that my car hunt was over. Not only did Omar make me comfortable about the sale, but about my maintenance concerns as well. Road Stars mechanic works fast too and it feels good knowing that him and Omar both have my back with anything involving the car. To be absolutely clear on this first the owner of this lot and I had never met before nor were we friends. Car dealers have a reputation of being shady or crooked but this was hands down undoubtedly the nicest and most kind-hearted salesman my wife and I had ever dealt with. I would go back to him time and time again and would recommend anybody give him a chance. Very nice family business very nice owner. Cant say enough good things about him. I would definitely encourage anybody looking for a used vehicle to swing by and see if he can provide a vehicle that would meet your needs. Absolutely worth taking the time.

This family-run business is top notch. I have no relationship with them aside from I bought a vehicle from them, and I am very impressed. My husband and I bought a 2014 Nissan Versa sedan from this place. It was the first car we have ever bought ourselves and it was a great experience. When we first got it, the air and ac was not working at all so we took it back. Omar had the ac fixed and now it blows cold air! I don’t have to worry about my husband baking in the summer heat with only rolling the windows down. Thank you again Omar for the great service!

I question if its a scam or not as they are unwilling to work with a private lender, and their lender wanted me to take out double the amount for the vehicle and classified as a commercial vehicle even though it wasnt. Needless to say, I did not walk away with a car that I wanted to get and could have paid for.Edit: this is my experience, as such the only inaccuracy would be claiming that by accurate description of my experience was inaccurate.

Just not the average car sales. Really respectful nice people. I have bought many second hand cars over the years and I got to expect the worse but in my communication with the owner everything was so pleasant and genuine. Sure I am someone that wants a deal. And they gave me one. I even got 3 month warranty... who does that nowadays? All the way I felt it’s not what I expected from the fast paced don’t look just buy market of second hand sales people. Luckily there still are some great ones out there! Got myself a great Toyota Highlander and because it had a crack in the screen they gave me an at home replacement! Really impressed. And I am not easily impressed... love this business. I would recommend it to anyone

Love these guys, helped me find a affordable SUV that has ended up just perfect for me. Location is easy to miss but Omar especially is a very informative and helpful associate who sat with me and talked to me while i couldn’t make a decision between a few cars. Relaxed atmosphere and good service, will always recommend people to come here especially for first/second time buyers.
