The Man with Compassion!Today is August 7, 2021. I’m a customer waiting for my Vehicle Oil Change to be finished and I saw a mother and her daughter in the waiting area get up and walked to the small cafe and as they walked by me, the little girl was wanting a Snack. Unfortunately, the Cafe was closed….A gentleman (employee) had the heart to accommodate this by getting the little girl a Snack and I thought this was one of the best things you can see nowadays.Mr. Ron in the Parts department, Thank you for having a kind HEART and making this little girl smile today.I just had to share this because a good deed should not go unnoticed.

We drove from Wenatchee to look at trucks and found many places that high pressure salesman. Marc G at Korum automotive group was so easy to deal with. We had a couple questions and the General manager Brett S was also incredibly nice and easy to deal with. They both made the whole process easy and worked with us on price and life time warranty we could get. They have our business for life.

I am struggling with this review. I have always taken my car here for warranty issues. They have always been so nice and helpful up till now. I did this over 2 weeks ago and my thermostat was replaced under warranty. I had a few hood dings and scratches that were not there when I dropped off the car. My eyes were drawn to them when I walked out to get my car. I bought this car brand new and pay attention to the dings. I showed them to the manager Keith Maurer and he said he would call me back. Its been over 2 weeks and I just started leaving messages and not a single call back as of today. I guess I need to go higher up?Yes Keith is talking to me now and he is trying to work on a resolution to get the dings fixed. I appreciated his call back. Like I said I have always had good service and was struggling in writing the review.

No Consumer Report available to Pierce County Library customers at this time. However, Hyundai offers a maintenance plan and warranty. So, time will tell. In the meanwhile, I enjoy th amazing computerized features like BlueLink, the roomy cockpit, the many kinds of safety features. Also, Sirius radio free for three months, roadside service. Visited the dealership the other day to get a closer look at a vehicle I have been interested in. Upon arrival we were greeted by Andrew Cowen and he took us right to the vehicle I was looking to see. He was friendly, informative and a pleasure to work with. Recently took my car to get an oil change. Its been sitting for a while with Covid since its my commuter car so it needed some attention. Korum Hyundai took care of it nicely. The price was more manageable than that of Robert Larson so will likely move to Korum for my car related needs. Thanks!
I am so very happy about Korum Ford !! Such wonderful care, concern and out of this world customer service. Judgge helped me so much, explained everything, coordinated a shuttle back home for me and he took the time to look at my warantee prior to me getting there. He even went above and beyond to check my warantee for a rental car and he set all that up for me as well. My car was estimated to be back to me on June 30th and right on target - it was completed. I just cant say enough about this care !! I feel like family for sure. Thank you very much !!
Have not had any service from them yet. Our new Ford edge had a flat tire that we took it to les schwab and made a appointment and they fixed it within 😀a hour. I have always used les schwab for my tires and service
Oil changed on my Explorer. The service provided is an great value. Semi synthetic oil, filter, top off all fluids plus tire rotation and safety check. Only reason I dont give a 5 star rating is my battery tested low and they didnt call me. I would have had them change it if there had been a call.

2013 Focus brand new off the lot. Its been Korum all the way with keeping this vehicle top notch. Service department is on top of it and has the what can I do to help attitude Just worked with Mr. Frey in service and he kept me up to date on the issues we were dealing with, AAAA ++++. Great Team keeping customers satisfied and on the road as quickly as they can.
I have not bought a car from here. Only used the service department for my truck. The advisors are friendly and services are completed in a reasonable time frame and pricing is decent.

Very polite and honest, treats everyone with respect.The above statement was written at least a year before the one below.After years of going to this place I will never go back. Where do I start. Went to get a routine oil change. They recommended new breaks and tires. Took my car back to get the recommended work done. On the way home I heard this terrible noise, I called the shop only to be told they couldnt get me in for two weeks. When I took it back after two weeks, they said I needed a new wheel bearing. I was surprised they didnt see this when they changed the tires and breaks. they said it would take a couple of days, I asked if they had a loaner car they offered me a rental car at 40.00 a day. At this point I questioned why they didnt see this when they changed the breaks and tires. I asked to speak to the Manager which was no help. He tried to put it back on me. Saying I must have heard something. I told him his guys should have heard something after they put the breaks and tires on. After a lot of talking to get my point across the manager finally gave me the rental car. Then they wanted to charge me five dollars less for a after market part,then what a new part cost. I could go on and on but I think your getting the picture. STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE.

Went in for service today which went well but only 3 stars because the service agent rather rudely said our oil should be changed every 4000 miles. The manual says 6000...not sure why he is saying more frequently other than to drum up business. But on a limited income and because we do not drive our vehicle hard I will stick with the manufacturer recommendation..was kind of irked that he was gruff about it too.
Friendly good service and great popcorn. The truck my son in law bought was presented well and the items he requested be addressed were taken care of. Nice job folks. If I were to buy a truck, this is where I would go.

Went there to look at truck posted on their website. That truck was already sold.When I told the salesman about deals at other dealerships, he accused me of not knowing difference between discounts and factory rebates.Bottom line: I went there with a cleaned out car, title, checkbook; returned with same.The salesman was absolutely unhelpful, sales manager was better.Big waste of time!

Fast & efficient, they had the car we wanted at a price that was fair. The service Dept was great, we went back to get license plates on & they washed & vacuumed our car, for free!
Im not sure about the car buying experience but their service departments great. I can get accessories for a lower price that I can retail and their regular maintenance is cheaper than going to most of the oil change shops.
Recently purchased a 2020 from here and had a great experience from begininng to end. We came in on New Years Day and worked with Inette and she was fantastic! There was no pressure and no BS like we had dealt with at another dealership. They streamlined the whole process so that we were done and driving off within an hour of finalizing our decision. Best car buying experience weve had. And we LOVE our vehicle! Oh also Inette scheduled time with me a week later to go over all the options in detail which was extremely helpful. Excellent customer service!!!

Very busy service department. While buying your car may be an easy transaction, having it services isnt. Oil changes that take three (3) hours or longer... When jiffy lube, Walmart and many other places can get you in and out in a much shorter time. For basic service related items, save your sanity and go elsewhere.

Service dept will ABSOLUTELY find things wrong with your car/truck if youre not sure. They managed to suggest $2200 worth of repairs on an issue that i could not pinpoint and asked for their diagnosis. I asked another shop for a second opinion and they found nothing similar. This has now happened the last few times with them. Be aware!!!

I had 3 days talking with Jesse Stone to buy a Corolla. He was pushy to set up an appointment, and to fill up the application online at home for the credit (I did that the night before I supposed to be there) I ask at work to leave early so I can be at the dealership on time, and I have to reschedule my plans with other people. So Jesses before saying days ago “he can hold the car” for me. He decided to sell the car hours before and when I texted him about how disrespectful was him with business, he said “first to come, first serve” even when I have on writing when he said he can hold the car. And even after my credit got checked (so I hope that does not affects my credit score) then he was offering me another car similar, I guess this guy works commission but with that actitudes, he might celebrate today for a sell but in one week he other have food missing in his table. 0 loyalty with costumers. I’m glad I did not make business with them after all.
Salesman was very pushy and unprofessional. Told me never to go to surrounding smaller dealerships. Will never go there again!
Came in looking for options, left with an amazing vehicle that we couldnt pass up.Had Ostan and Paul look out for us and send us home with a vehicle to fit us, our kids comfortable and at an affordable price. This is hands-down the worst Ford service department Ive ever encountered in my 54+ years on this planet...l was charged $144 for diagnostic on a defective module the technician told me hed need to replace before any tests could even be run. Do yourself a favor & avoid this place like the plague: these folks are liars & cheats... unfortunately, I cant give them ZERO stars or I would in a heartbeat.
