Who says car buying can’t be fun? To make a long story short, working with the crew at Larson was a joy! I was looking to trade in my SUV and I’d been shopping around looking at multiple vehicles at different Larson dealerships. First my experience at Cadillac was great with Chris. Very knowledgeable and helped educate me about a brand I knew very little about.Then I started working with Kenny and Josh at the River Road locations. Both were awesome to work with! The whole time it felt like hanging out with some friends, but when it came down to business it was very professional. After being in a car accident that totaled out my previous SUV, I ended up going car shopping with the help of my mom. After a long and unsuccessful afternoon, we came across Larsons! While there and looking at the Jeeps Cole came over and introduced herself! She was/is so helpful and knowledgeable and so willing to help you find the car thats right for you without being a stereotypical cars salesman. She ended up running over to the other lot to get a Jeep for me to test drive, then came back and we all went over to the other one anyways to look some more. After finding the one I wanted we went back to her office to start the paperwork to realize I didnt want the payment on that one, so, I ended up going back to my original Jeep that I test drove, which meant again she had to take this one back to the other site and bring back the Cherry Red one. She was happy to do so. We ended up closing the deal and I walked out with my brand new 2017Jeep Cherokee! Sold us a car that felt fine. 1 month later the breaks are so squeaky everyone in the neighborhood can hear them. We can’t afford to fix anything wrong with the car right now. We just thought coming to a nice dealership you’d expect a nice used car. I was looking for a used car to replace my commuter. The salesman priced me a $9,000 car and said we can make it happen with $1000 down and $302 a month. The interest rate was astronomical and I stood up and walked out as I had just wasted 2 hours of my life there. Will not be back as these guys are a huge ripoff. Don’t waste your time here.

Was the best car buying experiences Ive ever had! my mini cooper was recently in a car wreck and my insurance only covered fixing the majority of the issues. Larson didnt miss a beat. I was able to trade it in and leave with a 2019 Jeep Compass even though my credit has been suffering from past mistakes from my youth. When I looked at the itemized list of payments for the contract everything was fair and nothing was overcharge. Their customer service on top of that was impeccable. I wont work with anyone else in the future.

During a quickly deteriorating experience at AutoNation, Tammy snatched me from the jaws of a very bad decision. She did this by tenaciously finding me the perfect truck at a great price. I had a wonderful experience buying a Tundra this weekend at Larson Motors. They gave me fair value for my trade from the get go and I didnt have to haggle with them over it. I bought a really nice Tundra that was priced right and I am extremely happy with it. Brian was so friendly and the entire team worked hard to get us a great rate and into the truck. I never felt pressured to buy and they were so friendly and helpful. It was the best experience I had buying a vehicle. Thanks to everyone down there!

We purchased a new truck last night after beginning the process a few weeks ago. Combing through inventory and test drive after test drive to find the one we wanted. Kenny originally started working with us, and he was so great to work with. When we went in last night Kenny wasnt available so he placed us in the hands of last months top sales guy, Cameron S.It didnt take long for us to see why Cameron topped the charts last month; this guy is PHENOMENAL! Lets face it; no one enjoys the process when purchasing a new vehicle. Eager (oftentimes hungry) sales crews; the searching through inventory to find something you like; the purchase process... its exhausting! Cameron was so easy going. Informative and knowledgeable. It didnt happen often, but if there was something he didnt have the answer to, he was on the search to get it.We finally nailed down a truck my Husband and I could agree on (you know how us Wives can be) and we were ready to make the sale. The finance teams had been packed all afternoon and into the night with deals going left and right. These guys couldnt catch a break! We had a pretty long wait ahead of us and both my Husband and I were starving. Wed already turned over the keys to our trades, and couldnt leave with our new truck until the paperwork was completed; so what does Cameron do? He goes out (in his personal vehicle no less) and picks up dinner for us and brings it back to the dealership so we could eat. I mean, the deal was done- wed already said we were buying the truck, so its not as if he was trying to make the sale. Cameron is just an all around GREAT sales guy. He gets people and understands both sides of the business.5 stars just to Cameron alone. I went through my credit union and was emailed right away of course but he was polite with one quick email and even a personal video!!! No phone calls. I emailed him with questions, while giving him my situation..throwing some humor to see if he had a personality..he came right back with a laugh..also with a question on a Chrysler 300 C and he answered right away with no hassle. I text him last minute asking to show me a car and he was on it. He was AWESOME!! Kept it real while having good laughs...got my 300 C!! GO SEE JOSHUA BROWN!!!!

I posted a 5 star review here 2 1/2 years ago. We bought a 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport to help build our credit, and to have a reliable vehicle for our family. We were happy with our service then... Fast forward: today our suv went into limp mode, so we had it towed to Look Larson Hyundai in Lakewood positive the extended warranties were still good!! Thus we found out the additional 60k miles on top of the 30k we bought it at was no longer good in fact it ended 20k miles ago. Look Larson lied to my husband and i. The only reason we went with a Hyundai is because it was the ONLY thing they could get us in to!! We feel trapped by this company. The only thing that sold us to his POS was the warranty, otherwise we wouldnt have gotten a GDI engine. Id give 0 stars but I have to put stars. So 1 star for the smiles! Were really kicking ourselves for not going to Northwest Motor sports!

I worked with Cameron to buy an SUV and he was great. I had already visited a few dealerships and had a pretty good idea of what I wanted, and he was able to work WITH me instead of sell TO me to make sure I got the car that would work for me. I have always dreading buying cars because of the sales tactics and manipulation, but Cameron approached it differently, and I felt he truly wanted me to be happy with the car I chose, regardless of what it was or how much it cost. I actually felt like i could trust him and highly recommend working with him. I will note that I have not been super impressed with the rest of the dealership. After I started the financing process, the finance manager used those traditional sales tactics to get me to buy their warranty plan and I felt pretty cornered by him. I also have not received a call from their service department to get the body treatment I paid for, even though I bought the car 3 weeks ago. I would rather have worked directly with Cameron for all of those areas, as I feel he would have actually gotten it taken care of quickly and in a professional manner. Thanks Cameron!

Cole did an amazing job of making this purchase so easy and painless. Contact via emails created a knowlege base of the familys needs that was then used to narrow the search a great deal. By the time I stepped into the car lot we had it down to just a few choices. Cole had researched the cars special features and had found the most bang for the buck. The knowledge demonstrated by Cole and her easy going personality made a big difference. I felt comfortable with the information given in guidance while choosing between the final few options.
