Frank P was very nice right off the bat (unlike the last time we were there looking at possible trade in by other Korum employees). Frank was very willing to give me and my husband a more than fair offer on our trade in. He was very accommodating as we switched looking between two different trucks. He worked with us and we came to a great deal!

First off, they were very professional. I didnt even have to step inside the building, and someone was already helping me with a smile. They directed me to where I needed to go (since I had an appointment), and later proceeded to show me the vehicle I have been looking at on their website. After a test drive this individual, Frank, set me up with all the numbers at my request. He gave me time to look at the numbers, and make a decision without any rush. Long story short, I left Korum satisfied with my service, and the truck I purchased!

Frank Potis is a vary nice and friendly sales advisor. He had the vehicle that I was interested in ready for my wife and I to take for a test drive. Then we had some questions about some of the features the vehicle had and he was happy to help find out.

I want to emphasize I was not looking to buy a car. That being said, I drove by in the morning & saw a car I was interested in. I checked website, found exactly what I wanted, sent an email, got financing through the dealer, made an appointment, met with an amazing salesman, test drove the car, signed the paperwork and drove the car home the same day. It was by far the easiest & most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had.

I just want to be frank and recommend that those who are interested in purchasing a used car—avoid this place. I spoke with Clarence (who was amicable at the beginning) and was interested in purchasing one of their vehicles. After having the vehicle inspected at a mechanic, an issue was revealed. After bringing the car back to the dealership not only were they dismissive about the problem at hand, they outright refused to have it inspected at the dealership or knock off the price of the repair. Extremely shady, and when asked to discuss the details with the manager, were informed that the manager “did not want to speak to us.” Spend your hard-earned money elsewhere.

I had an excellent experience. Everyone I meet and talked with was veryprofessional and never pressured me in any way. I found a car I liked andthey went out of their way to hold it for me and stood by their word of every promise they made to make to help me get the car I wanted.

I bought a car from these people a year and a half ago and now I have $9000.00 worth of work that needs to be done. A new engine and more. Im very disappointed. Than I took it to get it looked at from them and they were rude, non-sympathetic and I felt uncomfortable when I was in there. Just be careful when you go there. The repairs are more than what the car is worth. I cant afford a new car or for the repairs. Its not ok.

Brett Solomon was great to deal with. Down to earth and to the point.The negotiation if you could call it that lasted about 30 secs.I put out an offer that was easy to refuse and funny enough he countered with the exact offer I wanted. Boom. Done. I think I got a killer deal & so does my Brother-in-Law. He pays close attention to these things & after suggesting a RDX, I found the Korum one and swooped that day.

I went looking for a specific year I wanted to buy in a small SUV. Frank showed me a couple and then offered to show me on a little older with exceptionally low milage. I love the car and will alway go to Korum for a car.

Good deal on a used vehicle, Jean and Rodney in sales were very helpful. My wife and I have bought 2 new vehicles from Korum Hyundai and I had my Ford serviced across the street at Korum Ford. Overall good experience, the only downside to this purchase wss that the key fobs and extra key were not included. I feel like this could have been required from the previous owners or supplied by Korum, instead Im out $700. + to get them myself. The only bad spot in an otherwise good buying experience.

A few months ago I showed up and purchased a slightly used - certified pre-owned platinum 2018 f150. I had my own financing done up front so it was a pretty easy transaction overall.The reason for my 1 star review is for 2 reasons. The brakes went out on me right away. It took a lot more effort and multiple demanding calls to get them to cover the brakes since they should have been checked and replaced before the truck was sold to me.The second item is minor but out of principal, it should be handled from my perspective. The truck is missing the skid plate. I called and they said they would look into it but never returned my call.The sales person was a very nice guy and the up front process was pretty smooth. The follow through seems to really be lacking.

I had found a 2011 Hyundai Sonata online and went down to go take a look at the car. We were greeted first by salesman Mason and he was wonderful. He showed me the car and let us take a drive. I had been referred by a friend to go see Ostan at this dealership. Mason turned us over to him. It was getting late so we decided to come back the next day to take a final look at the car and decided to purchase. The car was in almost new condition. Low mileage, great interior, exterior. Me, being young and having this be my first time buying a new car with a loan, he was very helpful, understand and knowledgeable. He was kind, hospitable, and thoughtful about what I needed in the car and what I needed help with. Especially being a newer car, he took the time to show me all the accessories and how to use them. I have never looked at a Hyundai before and he could answer my questions about the engine and such. The only thing I was a little concerned about was maybe the car needed an alignment done and Ostan threw that in for free with purchase of the vehicle. I never felt rushed whatsoever to just buy the car and get out. Ostan even called a few days later to see how the car and I were doing which I really appreciate. Next time I need a new vehicle I definitely will be back for wonderful service!

The man in the financial department (another R name I cannot remember) was excellent at explaining everything to me and found me a better lender with a lower interest rate. He explained the ins and outs of everything I was signing for and I got to drive off the lot feeling very well taken care of while making this investment.

I recently purchased a used vehicle here; first purchase from Korum. Easy, smooth process. After test driving and checking out the car, I was able to negotiate a decent price over the phone. Paul was great to work with. He quickly responded to phone calls and questions, coordinated all aspects of the sale, and was attentive and courteous despite dealing with closing several other sales that had happened prior to ours. Time will tell how the post-sale service goes, but so far its been great.

I got a pretty good deal on my car but they weren’t truthful about the warranty I was receiving from the dealership my vehicle had came from. The person who had sold me the car made me believe there was a total bumper to bumper warranty. After I purchased the car I noticed a rattle noise coming from the front end suspension. I also noticed the front passenger speaker was blown. So then I called the dealership and they told me the warranty only covers the drive train which is the exactly the same warranty they gave me for life. I went back to the dealership to ask the person I bought the car from, he said that the ball joint are under the warranty. After that I went inside to talk to his manager to see how I am supposed to fulfill the warranty and he pretty much told me that it’s not his problem. I texted Paul (the person I bought the car from) and he still has not replied to my message. So I just spent $12,000 on a car that has problems. GEEEEEEE THANKS👍

Clarence Needam was the one who helped me through this process. We got in early and he came out to greet us in a pressure free way. We told him our limit and general guidelines and he showed us a handfull of great cars within my criteria! He didnt show me anything outside my range and he didnt try to pressure me into anything I didnt want or need. He even gave us the opportunity to leave and look at other places before committing. In the end i came back to get a car from him that fit me perfectly. He also even helped me set up my phone for Android Auto! The process to finalize was also pain free. Overall GREAT experience here.

Korum helped in the purchase of vehicle for an essential worker during the shutdown. They were extremely helpful and great to deal with.

Greg helped me get a Subaru I liked. Light Rail tax was unbelievably high, and I missed the 3 year insurance for free by a few miles on the car which was sad. Overall felt that I got a fair deal. WA State with all the taxes, and fees to get a car is like filing taxes at the end of the year(lame). Greg was nice though.

They happen to have a vehicle that met my exact preferences (which brought me there in the first place, but the vehicle was in far better condition than I expected; near perfect). The vehicle didn’t have any immediate repair needs, which I was used to from shopping used. I didn’t feel hustled and the pricing was competitive for a better vehicle than the competition.
