While yes, they are busy and I usually have to wait a bit, the service Ive always received here is great! They are helpful and informative and are always patient with my thousands of questions, both easy and difficult. They also are very helpful and kind when I need help with something as simple as putting a screen protector on.
Not enough employees to keep up with customers. My Rep was interested in what I wanted. After much discussion we came with an agreement. She sent customers service a note as to why I should get a refund of $125. I was told to call customer service and they would activate the credit. Customers service would only credit $50. I didnt think I was treated fairly by them.
Went in today with a slow network speed issue on my business plan phone. The customer service and technical assistance in this store is poor at best. The lady working looked my phone over and said the settings looked good and said that was all they could do. I was advised to call customer service to let them deal with it. I went to Russell’s Verizon on Hwy 50. It took them a couple hours but they did stay on it until they resolved my issue. I think I’ll be going there in the future since they’re willing to help.
The service I receive in this store is always the best no matter the day or time I visit. The representatives are always kind, professional and helpful. I was having difficulty ordering a new device online and decided to go in on my hour lunch see if they could order it for me. Ken was very helpful in explaining everything that I was needing help with and he answered other questions that I had for my account; he handled ordering a new phone and creating an account so easily and quickly. Thank you so much for your help. Love this store.
RANDALL AT THE PUEBLO STORE WAS EFFICIENT AND HAD GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE
Had to wait longer than normal because they were short staffed but when it came my turn they were very apologetic, friendly, and looks like they fixed my phone. They also told me that if it started acting up again to bring it in and they would have a replacement sent to the store since I am traveling. Very impressed with the people.
First time in this store, Ken was so very helpful getting a case, screen protector and SD card for my new phone. This is the kind of service that will keep me coming back here. He also helped me understand some of the intricacies of all the different functions of my phone. Good job Ken!!

Truly abysmal support. Not only was the staff poorly trained, they deliberately attempted to lie and defraud us. A simple account change was met with a huddle for more money. We will never choose Verizon again. If I could I would leave 0 stars.
So I simply went in to get off my mothers plan and get my own. My husband was going to need a new phone as his current one is on the way out. When we got there I explained this to the check in and we were asked to wait in our car, no problem a couple people in line ahead of us. About 30 minutes later I get a text saying they are ready for us. I was then told I needed to call some 800 number and then do a 3 way call with the account holder since they were not in town. I was confused because not only does my mother have me set up as someone who can access the account, in the past the person we were working with would just call the account holders phone number and make sure everything was good to go. So okay? I call the number and am told by the guy working with us that he was on hold with them for nearly 45 minutes at one point. Okay so why wasnt I given this phone number and instructions while I went and waited in my car? He responded with Im not sure. Umm okay? So while Im waiting on hold he is trying to get my husband to pick out his new phone, but we arent getting a new phone yet. We need to get our own account first right? Well the guy we were dealing with was trying to get us to upgrade the phone while still on my moms plan. We left pretty upset and I called my mom and explained everything she then called the customer service line and the woman on the phone said this 45 minute visit should have been a 5 minute thing. We sent in a direct complaint and I will be looking at other providers. Which is genuinely sad since Ive been with Verizon since I was a teen.

The employee stated so they didnt have to sanitize them....but one employee was leaning over a counter texting! ? But cant wipe down a phone or two! So disappointed in this place...but they have you over a barrel...youll buy it anyway! Oh and did I mention they dont set up your phone or put on your screen protector! Its all do it yourself! And no discount for that! Terrible!
We havent really had good experiences going into Verizon stores with getting help, but we couldnt get into our verizon account to look at phones online.We were greeted at the door by Juan and he was amazing! Helped us get our acct unlocked so we were able to access it and answered all our questions about the Phones we were interested in. We really appreciated him taking the time to help us instead of just saying we needed to call verizon.I would recommend this store and especially Juan. A very nice person and very helpful! I will go back to this Verizon store.Thank You Juan for your help! appreciate it! Handled everything very professional!

For fifteen years, this remains the rudest, least helpful, sloppiest, most ill-mannered store in four states. Changing managers has not helped. If a Verizon customer needs help, drive down to Trinidad or up to Colorado Springs. Dont waste your time or money on these buffoons.

My wife and I went to get our phones fixed. We were told we could not be together, and one of us would have to stand outside. Its over 100 degrees here today. The showroom was mostly empty, leaving more than enough room to social distance. Requiring a mask is one thing, but forcing peole to get heat stroke for no good reason is ridiculous. We left. Terrible customer service.

Only gave a star because it wont let me leave 0 stars. I used their website to schedule an appt on 11/4 and received a confirmation of my appt. I drove ALLLL THE WAY FROM RATON, NM to Pueblo and when I arrived at the store, its closed. Were talking metal gate down closed. No note on the door stating the store was temporarily closed, nothing. I get an email 15 minutes AFTER my appt time saying my appt had been canceled (no reason) and I needed to reschedule. So I rescheduled for an hour and a half later, received another confirmation of my appt. I arrive a half hour early and the store is still closed. 15 minutes after my scheduled time I receive another email stating my 2nd appt was canceled (no reason). Thats all good though, my girl Desirea at Russell Cellular @ 1716 West US 50 in Pueblo hooked me right up so theyll be getting my business from now on.
Go to Best Buy instead, their prices are a bit cheaper and you can actually browse their selection. The Verizon store wont let you look at anything due to COVID

Expensive, COVID-19 Compliant, and confusing. Have to register a glass screen and is so confusing and no one will help me online. Even have to put my own glass on my phone. Crazy how we spend all this money and we work hard to have expensive stuff. Need to be computer illiterate.
Because your employees couldnt make commission off of selling a watch outright, after waiting 30 mins outside, I was then reproached & told they couldnt do that.Its experiences like this that will keep me further away from you guys. Terrible service. Try being a service to everyone, even if it doesnt benefit that exact sales-person. They could have made a connection & possibly sold me & my employees services.Very upset.Will not be back.
You cant cancel service at store locations. Called around 10 times in the last 3 weeks. I never get a service representative on the line. Either the phone just hangs up on my end, their end, or they say hello twice and hang up. I have now been changed for an additional month because I cant cancel their service. WORST BUSINESS PRACTICES EVER. NOT UNDER CONTRACT JUST CANT CANCEL BECAUSE THEY DONT PICK UP THE PHONE.

We have used this store for years but staff has changed completely. We found the found we wanted. The young woman went in the back room for 20 minutes and when she returned the upscale began. Different phone different accessories. We walked out. I bought phone on line rather than give her commission.
The tech was awesome and very patient as he explained and answered my questions regarding my smart phone. I was happy to upgrade my data service. Professional all the way!

I had to buy a new phone as my old Android battery failed. Cant believe Verizon doesnt carry batteries for there older phones and have a Tech to install. Phones arent cheap, batteries are. I sure miss the old days mountain bell. Repairs was a phone call away.
Returned to this store Feb. 5 with an issue from a previous visit. Robbie Ortiz, the customer service employee, was so helpful and kind, the issue was resolved and I left the store with really good feelings. Would return to this location. Robbie is awesome.
Customer service is good as you would expect. Problem is coverage, it is now absolutely unquestionably terrible. Data is useless in half the city of Pueblo. Voice calls works well enough but that only accounts for maybe 10-20% of my phone usage.Been a customer for 10 years, coverage used to be outstanding but not anymore. Been getting worse over the past 2 years. Poor enough to where I am starting to look for a replacement company.
Now Ive been to several cell phone stores and this by far the best one Ive ever been to. Our staff person helping us was extremely helpful and knowledgeable on all our questions. Thank you so much Verizon

Had a terrible experience in this store about two years prior to this review. Normally too busy for post anything like this, but it was brought up in conversation and figured better now than never. They have absolutely no regard for customer service beyond the most superficial meaning of that term. At either rate, Ive converted 10+ members of my family/friends to T-Mobile now and I suggest you switch too. Also, whoever keeps leaving responses to the one star reviews, you dont give a damn about what I or anyone else has to say and you know it. Otherwise youd offer something more substantial than Gee, sorry we have zero regard for our customers. Sure hope we can provide a better experience next time. Thats exactly what Im talking about when I say superficial customer service. There wont be a next time. Now continue to do a terrible job and stop writing hollow replies to one star comments.

The customer service rep we got was very snobby and basically did nothing except take my money. I had to set up my new phone and everything myself. She was useless. I don’t know why I’m paying so much for my cell phone service. Time to reconsider.

Not sure if the manager hates his job or lacks customer service skills. He was rude. Insisted on interrupting multiple times during my initial question stating that he wasnt a bill specialist that I needed to call customer care because he couldnt answer my questions. Which when I finally got my question out he was able to answer. He was rude and unprofessional. Not sure why I havent changed companies all this store wants to do is pass it off so they can do as little as possible.
Give exactly zero love to customers. Reading through these reviews, I dont know was I just unlucky? Werent many customers around, and I waited a half hour for somebody to even talk to me and then he disappeared for another half hour before I could actually take care of the 10 minutes of business I was there for and theyre now jerking my mom around because they didnt do what they said they were gonna do....
Horrible customer service. I got waited on and the female employee told me she was going to get my online order for pickup. She then starts helping 2 other customers and never got my order. After waiting about 20 minutes I went up to her as she was helping someone else and asked her where was my order. She said when she was done with that customer she would get my phone. Finally another employee stepped up to help me. He even apologized for my wait. I think SHE needs retraining on better customer service. I will order anything in the future online.

I was judged as soon as I walked in the door. I needed a refurbished replacement and unable to use my phone to call the 800 number. She did get my phone to turn on then proceeded to tell me that I can pay off my remaining balance on my phone to purchase a new one or leave. I felt like she felt I wanted a hand out. I wanted customer service. With my phone now somewhat functional I called the 800 number. Always call.
If I could give negative stars, I would. I went into this location a couple of months ago to buy a wireless charger & the rep neglected to tell me that my phone was not compatible! I feel like she was just being a shady sales rep who only cared about making the sale, not about doing whats right to help their customer.
Verizon is expensive compared to the other major carriers. There Otter boxes and screen protectors are way over priced! I highly recommend buying on line. They will tell you, if you buy on line nothing comes with a life time warranty. Thats just a false statement. Otter box warrants them not the seller.

I came in to pickup a phone my relative bought for me (were on the same account) and I was met by the Solutions Manager, Randy Daugherty. Unfortunately, he was not good at coming up with solutions. I was unable to pickup the phone because of a fine print item requiring the credit card used for the purchase to be presented at time of pickup. The website says any of the account holders can pickup items. My relative lives across the country so it is not feasible to bring that credit card with me and after explaining this to the solutions manager Randy Daugherty, I was met with no solutions whatsoever. Meanwhile, I have any and all of the credentials for account access and I suggested this information to the solutions manager, Randy Daugherty but that was met with an uncharitable no. Further I was on the phone with the credit card holder, no. I had a picture of the credit card on hand, no. Ill be going out of my way to not return to this store and visiting with AT&T tomorrow. Im sure theyll be happy to have our 6 lines.
Verizon is just the worst. Recently switched to T-Mobile. Half the cost of Verizon and better service and coverage.

If I could find another cellular provider that could beat or match Verizons price I would bail in a heartbeat. Verizon nickel and dimes you on everything. They recently dinged me for $50 to exchange my phone. I just got it in the mail 12 hours early. I never even turned the phone on! I noticed that the screen was smaller than my existing phone and wouldnt work for me. Everything is painful with Verizon. Tara wasnt the most pleasant person either. I hate Verizon 😠
Staff is knowledgeable in plans and try to give you the best plan possible. Did finally have to drop a great plan I had, to upgrade another line to a smart phone. Now hotspot is slow after limit is reached in three days, which sucks!! Use my phone for business and wifi to run laptop. but it is managable.
Went in to get phone looked at due to not working properly and essentially was told either buy the phone out or make an insurance claim. They never inspected the phone to see if anything could be done in store first. Definitely going to PW verizon store.

I have used this store before but have never had a worse experience than today. Short side of the story Randall on two occasions lied about having products available assuming to up sale me. The first lie was when he told me the Moto Z line was no longer in production. So after I found the Moto 4 and asked about case options he went and got the phone and three random cases. I asked about an otter box but was told they were out. He proceeded to go through with the sale of the phone before I actually agreed to it and opened the phone because I wanted to see how it fit in the case. I noticed the case did not protect any of the ports and said I didnt want the phone if I couldnt protect it. Suddenly an Otter box is available in back and he goes to get it alas, its the same issue. I change my mind about the phone but he tells me since he opened the phone I now have to buy it. Almost lost my cool at that point and demanded a manager. He disappeared for a bit and finally came back saying that it was ok and proceeded to pack the phone up. In short I was straight up lied to three times and when asked to see the management I was denied. Better to get your orders online I know I will from here on.

GM wasnt there when he said he would be (drove 80 miles and scheduled this a week ago). Bad information. Store and corporate do not communicate. 14 customers in the store 6 or more employees with only 2 helping customers. Employees. Huddled around me and started talking over me and made me feel like a very uncomfortable number rather than a customer or a person. Verizon has many issues mainly the departments and stores customer service.This is why i left verizon . I thought id try them again and I wish I had just kept what I had before coming back to verizon. Main issue. Customer service

This store is always busy, so we know we have to wait. What got us a little upset this time is that one of the workers was just scrolling on his phone and not helping other customers for about 30 minutes. When your store is busy dont just sit there get up and help the customers.
