Oscar and Jackie were wonderful at my visit to the store. They were helpful, answered all my questions walked me through the process, and the transferring of my information went smoothly. The customer service was great.

I went in store today to get help switching over to another phone that I had since the battery quit working. The woman helping me, Alex Johnson, was fabulous ! She walked me through the process of activating the better phone I had, and getting all my info transferred so I would not loose any infofrom phone to phone.. THANK YOU !!!

I called in advance to ask about the deals they have going on to switch my 2nd phone number!Anthony answered the phone and was very friendly and knowledgeable so he told me about this I phone SE deal they have for $50 including everything! Once I get there and we got to the checkout my total was $190 !! So I asked him why he said $35 activation fee $50 for case and screen protector which i didnt ask for and 24.99 for home charger which i didnt ask for either and $50 for the phone !! So i didnt like the fact that he didnt tell me about the activation fee 🤔 just to get me to come in if it wasnt for that I wouldve left a 5 star review but I did ask twice over the phone about the complete charges and wasnt mentioned 😐

Went here a couple of weeks ago because I lost my phone. Chrystal helped me find the phone that fit me needs. Additionally, she noticed I could reduce my bill and still keep the services I need. She helped me set my phone up as well. Thanks so much!

I purchased an Iphone 6s from this store, for my wife, in December of 2020, so less than a year ago. In response to an ad promoting the sale of iphone 6s. Later my wife and I decided to merge our accounts, so she switched her number to t-mobile, but we kept the Cricket phone to use as a business phone for a business we were just starting. A month after cancelling our Cricket service, we went in to this store to get the Iphone hooked back up with a new number. Elizabeth the person working at the store to day, OBVIOUSLY did not want us in the store. She was quite rude from the get go, but then told us that our iphone 6s was not compatible with 4G networks, and we would have to buy a new phone. That was a lie, and when I mentioned that the 6s was compatible, she became more rude, but commenced to allow us to hook up the phone. Next she tries to get us to sign a waiver, since it was a BYOP. When I mentioned that we had purchased the phone at this store her reply was, but it is STILL your phone. She continued to be extremely rude and dismissive until I called her on her behavior, and she asked us to leave. I would recommend going somewhere else.

Mary helped us find the correct cellphone. Then she explained all of the recent changes at Cricket. They now offer $10.00 hotspots if your phone qualifies!This area doesnt have the best reception.

Cricket Costumer service is horrible. I had been wanting a phone for a while and chose cricket because it was a cheap option. Now i relize... there service areas are good, but thier costumer service is bad. Dont choose them. It is worth it to just spend more money to get better costumer service.

Terrible service, terrible phones, and if you go in to address one of their horrendously built phones they basically call you a liar and then put you on the phone with warranty people who also call you a liar. Youre always better off going to Metro PCS or Verizon or literally anyone but Cricket Wireless. If i could give this store less stars i would.

HORRIBLE UNCONSIDERATE EMPLOYEES THERE. WE TOOK IN OUR IPHONE AND SAMSUNG TO TRADE FOR CHEAPER SERVICE AND THATS WHAT WE GOT BY THE EMPLOYEES. AND ALL THEY SAID WAS SORRY.

Got helped right away, had a mistake made when they transferred my sim card. Once we realized what was wrong Cricket fixed it right away and was very apologetic.

If I could give this place a negative I would be glad to. As far as my most recent dealings with this store they had me wait for two hours while getting cut in line by about 6 people because the sign in screen was down (no one apologized), I was greeted by a fairly nice to your face gal (She would roll her eyes when customers werent looking), she was messing with my phone due to my technical problem of not being able to make call/text/view contacts (look up process.android.acore) she stated that she wouldnt be able to help due to not being on a computer, though she was nice enough to chat with me due to my 1 hour and 30 minute wait. After stepping up to the counter I was informed that the gal at the counter wasnt able to save my contacts, or exchange my phone due it being TWO DAYS after my 7 DAY period of purchasing a new phone and take it back in store ( I bought the new phone there because the insurance policy I purchased only discounted the new phone by $20 which seemed like a rip because I would have to wait on their warehouse to issue me a new phone). She then informed me that she was sorry there was nothing I could do but factory reset the phone. So I left and factory reset my phone, soon after it worked fine except I lost all my contacts/pics/etc. so I decided to call the customer service care. At first they directed me to Tech support then to warranty because apparently my phone is still covered under warranty even though the gal at the store didnt mention anything, then they directed me to customer service care center and in the middle of me explaining my problem to the gentlemen he HUNG UP!!! I called right back and spoke to a gal named Audrey I believe who was the only person who did anything which was only a $10 credit!!! My phone may have the issue again but they dont seem to care at all please spread the word about the horrendous service from this sub-par joke of a service!!!
