The service and care that I was given was beyond what I could have ever asked for. I was skeptical and made sure the associate had sharpened his pencil before we began. Not only was Sam knowledgeable but also showed genuine concern for making absolutely sure everything was taken care of and correct. There wasnt a detail left to chance. This was by far the best experience I have had in retail sales. Extremely impressed not only with Sam but also with T Mobil. The process was simple, pleasent and successful. Sam is the Man.

The T-Mobile on Highway 50 is usually a great spot.. but who ever is in charge is not doing a good job lining up the customer for service. We have been going there for 8 years and never had a problem. The new manager ruined a great streak.
Tanya and company were fantastic in solving my dilemma with my LG velvet phone. She was very knowledgeable, courteous and respectful . She is a tribute to T Mobile. Had poor service at other area sites. This was a relief and pleasure. They even have chairs and tables to accomodate handicapped and elderly clients.👍
Worked with Sam to switch from ATT. He saved me $50 a month in addition to getting me $650 of credit to replace my phone. Ive never worked with anyone who hustles harder to get me a better deal and Sam was extremely helpful at every step of the process. Im totally sold on T-Mobile and Sam is the reason Ill stay with this company.
My husband was treated as it was beneaths Vintons time. A customer called and was cussed for calling and asked to repeat his name.. I usually have good service. But that was unacceptable.
Sam was very patient and solved many issues that I needed help with. I am grateful for his patience and I would recommended his knowledge for any cell phone issues.
The Outlook store staff is wonderful. They were even willing to assist us while dealing with the aftermath of a break-in the night before. Kudos!!Note: The store on HWY 50 was closed without any notice on the windows or even a message on the answering machine. The Google information said it was open for business. As a communication business, they should be more proactive about letting people know what is happening.

Staff was VERY courteous. There was absolutely no wait time and they were able to get my daughter up and running with a new iPhone in less than 20 min.

I visited this store to get another phone for my business, and I was greeted and welcomed by an employee named Vince Fatta. Vince did not have much experience with commercial lines but he was patient and took the time necessary to get the job done right. He showed me to a cheaper phone that would suit me the best and his recommendation was spot on. Ill definitely be going to him whenever I need another line or other changes made.
Paid for phone on last payment. Shield cover was lifetime.... Not to them now phone 2yrs old, she called it outdated. They dont carry the shield, and want a proof of lifetime, cause computer couldnt pull up. Veteran paying full price, does no good, nor good to walk in, to see what and how being charged. Complained about printing, me out my bill. Cant win, with T-Mobile almost 20 yrs with company. Sad.

My verizon hotspot was garbage. Bought a new one on the road in El Paso, went to setup autopay and found we had other account issues. Elliott C stood with the issues until we resolved the problem.My phones are still with Verizon, but this seems to be the place to go if you need help great device except for the extreme throttling of my downloads. It works well for my needs.
I was in 7-10-20 on your US 50 store right before quitting time and one employee in particular, i think her name is marion, was so very helpful. I was considering changing providers but thanks to her I may stick around a little longer. Thank you.

I wanted to pay my bill today, but I didnt have a mask. Masks dont protect against viruses from getting into a persons body. If tmobile is going to cater to the fear, then I want a new free phone, otherwise, I might just have to switch to a more patriotic carrier.

Worked with Mitch a few months ago after being referred to him by one of my coworkers. He was very helpful and took time to make sure not only myself but my wife, kids, and mother were all set up properly with our new phones. He even spent about a half hour showing my mom how to use her new phone, something Sprint never did for us. He made the process of switching very easy and weve been happy with our service ever since. The coverage is great and anyone we work with in this store is always very friendly, honest and helpful.

Worst service Ive ever had when I went in to get my phone I waited over an hour I had The Man Behind The Desk pick out a phone cover to protect my phone and I had to leave promptly so I could drive several hours for my meeting the next morning after I had left town I tried to use my phone and it had not been properly done so my phone didnt work as a result I lost a business deal because they had no way to reach me. I left the phone on the seat of my vehicle and it fell and broke the screen because the protector he gave me was not meant for the phone that I got even though the associate had picked it out so at this point Id already signed a contract and Im stuck with this disappointing service for the year.I dont get service in Most places in pueblo or in Avondale I dont even get service in my home I would not recommend this company to anybody #disappointed then my favorite part I brought the wrong protector back and at first they didnt want to take it back then Told me that this ONE TIME they would allow me to exchange it for a correct one and the correct one was significantly cheaper than the one previously picked out but they wouldnt credit my account for the difference even though it was THEIR MISTAKE!!!!!!

I had walkin in knowing what I wanted thought it was going to be a quick fast purchase for some new beat headphones.. i did not get greeted by any of the employees and basically felt ignored as I was witing around for any of the three employees to help or even tell me there was going to be a wait. Very disappointed in this place and how unfriendly they were.

GREAT EXPERIENCE! My fiancé and I started a new phone plan with T-Mobil recently and it was a seamless transition.Chazz Sims was extremely helpful and helped us with literally everything! He’s knowledgeable, personable and attentive to what we needed with our phone plan. I will be recommending him and T-mobile to everyone.The new building is clean, well organized and was fully stocked with phones and accessories.The parking lot is NOT made for larger vehicles though. I would recommend parking behind the building if you drive something larger than a car.

Its always a nightmare to go to this store besides theres not enough parking lot space at the new store theyre all always understaffed and we have to wait a lot to be taking care off,this just happened to me not that long ago.On 12/09/18 I went to the store and purchased some accessories wich two of them were defective,I went in several times to try to exchanged them and waited more than an hour and still they were around 4 people still ahead of me so This happened around 2-3 times where I went in the store and had to leave because the waiting time was unreal.I finally was able to go today to try to exchanged them and they told me the store return policy was only 14 days and was expire already First of all NOBODY Told me about the warranty policy they didnt even told me I had warranty on it so now I have to products that are Not working And Im going to still have to pay them just because they couldnt give me enough information nor take care of me all the several times I went and they where super busy with not enough employees.WHAT A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY seriously Im beyond disappointed.NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER
