Was in there trying to buy 2 phone and accessories when I walked in they were helping someone I waited patiently for 35 min. Until it was my turn no problem. Now its my turn Right in the middle of going over prices someone else walked in, the gentleman help us got up and started helping the person that just walked in, instead of asking them to wait he will be with them shortly he continues helping them. So got up and told them to have a good day and walked out.

I went into this store to upgrade my phone, they didn’t have the one I wanted in stock, no problem. The store ordered the phone I requested, said it would take 2-4 days to get it. It took 2 days because I received the delivery notification through email. I called several times to confirm it was delivered, no one ever answered the phone. On my day off (Saturday) I thought okay, I’ll stop by the store and get everything setup, NOPE, they were closed. I left one voicemail and have yet to receive a phone call letting me know the device was delivered. I went through hoops to get the order canceled with Verizon Wireless Customer Service but was finally able to go to another location and get everything done in less than an hour. Also, don’t listen to the employees of this store as they swear no other locations would have my phone in stock. I wish I would have done my research prior to ordering the phone because another local Verizon store had the phone in stock and there was no need to order it. Communication would have been greatly appreciated.

I wish there was a half star option, so when I arrived here I was already irritated with my phone service (Metropcs) so I decided to come here first to switch service. My wife and I waited about 24 minutes for a representative and then all of a sudden the lady was like I have to go to lunch or I’ll get into trouble and the other employee is going home right now so my wife and I and about four other customers had absolutely no choice but to wait 30 minutes in the sun or come back so we left. Upon arrival 25 minutes later she was already open and busy we still decided to wait again, my wife asked about how long It’ll take to assist us and she replied “I won’t have enough time to connect two new services today”. This was the absolutely worst service I have ever seen or experienced so far so much that I’d write the biggest complaint so far.

We wanted to upgrade our Fathers phone as a Fathers Day gift. Desiree, the Verizon Representative was amazing! She was very patient and helpful. She provided the best service we have ever received!

I went in at 11:30 am and the representative said that the store was closed and that they were unable to help and that we would have to find another way to fix our account. This was very disappointing because she did not give us any options of want we can do so we had to go to the other Verizon store location and at least they were able to help. I would not go to this location because they are very rude and unfriendly!

Melissa is very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and highly professional. She was the only staff member in the store and there were a number of customers waiting. She acknowledged and personalized each persons needs with the utmost professionalism and provided great service.

I recently moved to town and stopped in to see what my options were for getting a local number for my business. Desirae met me at the door with an extremely friendly greeting and sat down with me to discuss options. I couldnt find any options that I was happy with (I was being picky). I decided to come back in later in the day to discuss a few more things, and Desirae continued to go above and beyond. We finally came up with a solution and she was quick to get everything taken care of for me. I called back 2-3 more times the same day with other questions, and she was super friendly and helpful. Awesome experience and even though theyre not the closest Verizon store, theyll be getting all of my business!

I came in here last week and worked with Desirae and Philly, they were beyond helpful and knowledgeable. Im usually really good with my phone but I couldnt get my gallery to work. I had gone to Best Buy and they told me they couldnt help me unless I bought a new phone. I ended up leaving and going into the store in Pueblo and Desirae and Philly fixed my old phone, upgraded my phone, gave me free accessories and got all my pictures and videos onto my new phone. Thankfully they didnt just push me to the side, it took over two hours to get everything over and they were so patient with me. I will only work with them from now on!

I used to absolutely love this Verizon. They always had the best service and went above and beyond to help with cellular issues. Since they changed to a new name, my experience was horrible. I waited 10 minutes just for someone to come out of the back. She then proceeded to tell me that I needed to leave because they weren’t helping people. (The open sign was on) and then told me that I should come back in a few days. 100% recommend the Verizon in Pueblo West by Walmart. I will never be back to this Verizon.

I bought a phone upgrade and picked it up at a Verizon store in Colorado Springs. I was given detailed instructions, but was having trouble activating it. I came into this store for help . Luie helped me get it all set up, and not only showed me new features on my phone, but also let me know about all of the cool mods available. I really appreciated the help and professionalism of the staff at this store, and will be returning for additional purchases in the future.

Picked up a new phone there for a Christmas gift. Some employee opened it and when we got home and saw the seals compromised we called only to find thete was no manager except on Saturdays. We were told they would call us that day to resolve this ...so far no call. We put a formal complaint in to Verizon. Dont use this place...nefarious practices. Desirae did nothing to resolve our dilemma but treat us with rudeness.
