I actually went to Canton House to get some Delicious Chinese food. This girl that worked at Metro PCS (green sweater) was on her way out, causing problems with the owner of the store. Very unprofessional. On my way out of Canton House I saw that same girl at Metro PCS talking to a customer and angrily gesturing towards Canton House. Extremely unprofessional. I would never go into Metro PCS if she is the type of people that they hire to represent them. Not a chance.
Received above and beyond service from Lucy. Had my phone activated in no time, above all she was extremely patient and generous. Quality work from a great employee.
Sorry but for more then paying your bill staff is not very helpful. Accessory stock is lacking for phone sold. I will be driving a fee more miles for better service at another location.
My foreign exchange student was having a difficult time paying for her phone online.I suggested she go and pay at the store for 4 months ahead. This totalled 200 dollars. She paid and was helped by Shantelle (provided great customer service). She received a call from Shantelle saying the credit card did not go through wanting her to come back in. My wife and student both went back into the store. Metro PCS customer service over the phone said the bill was paid. The store manager Alisha Otero was called and started screaming and yelling at my wife and my student. Cursing and using the F word and threatening to disconnect the phone if we didnt run the credit card again. The store manager continued cursing and screaming at my wife and student along with the store employee. Alisha said that it was going to come out of the employees pocket if we did not run the credit card. We ran the credit card again and were double billed for $400. Alisha the store manager refusesd to give us the name or number of the owner and will not refund the overcharge. I went down to the store and spoke to Alisha over the phone. She said she would give Doug and Jamie (store owners) my number. I would recommend never using this store go to the one by Texas Roadhouse. A store manager who cant even look at the store charges for the day and see a double payment. Then wants the students dad to show his statement showing the double charge. Terrible store manager.Update: It has been over 2 weeks and still no follow up from the owners. Will again stop by the store and ask to speak to the store owners. American Express did refund the money that was double charged.

Upset with the fact that their employees nonchalantly park in clearly designated & marked for HANDICAP
