Reuben was fabulous! Id been irritated with an app that I had uninstalled but it kept recording my vms. It was driving me CRAZY! He was very calm and figured it out and fixed the problem. 👍 He was the BEST!! Thank you Reuben.

Derek should be employee of the year. When my moxie hot spot malfunctioned, he exhibited super human patience helping me navigate the Cricket system so it could be replaced and so I could learn to operate it properly. He has excellent customer service skills. This is a family owned small business and I highly recommend them.

The workers at the Cricket store are very nice and kind, they get their job done youre in and out. And they try their best to answer any question you have.

I was very pleased with the help I received. Derek was very welcoming. Very friendly. I usually take a moment to break the ice when I first meet somebody, but not with Derek. No. With him, there was no ice to break. While I was there, I went ahead & paid my bill. Otherwise, he was very helpful in answering all my questions. I will definitely be back. :)

When Cricket came to Tacoma Washington I sign up because my mom and my family were more sign up with Cricket and they tell me how the prices were absent in the phones were cheap so I still have Cricket and still using it and I would recommend it to my friends family

Customer service is great! Its nice to have a store-front where I can go for help; the staff is very patient with those of us who arent all that tech-savvy. Sometimes there is a wait, but its worth it.

Call right after close. They still picked up. Asked if someone from out of state could pay with a card over the phone. He said he could but that they were closed, said to come in the morning. So I did. I told the manager what was said over the phone. He said they couldnt do it. But he called the employee I talked to anyway. The manager admitted that even though he himself did it few times before, that they couldnt now. I asked if my father could pay at a store but they activate it, but said no. He had to pay for the phone their and send it to me... They left out that when the phone activated my old phone was deactivated. I was without a phone for 5 days all because of them! Manager was a young smug Mexican who had another customer he was making mad as well. There is another store on the south side of town who is much better to deal with not far a way. Only use this place if the manager finds you attractive.

I love the staff here. They are always more than willing to help. Valerie helped me go through my phone and get it working better. Thanks for the extra time you took.

I always see the same face when I come in, I get a genuine hello welcome to the store not robotic, Im willing to wait due to the fact that they take their time and dont rush just because the line is long,my husband came in and they helped him with the warranty paper work it took almost an hour. It will be a sad day ifI have to move.
