Hi owner of store, hopefully you are reading this so you, will realize how rude, unprofessional, and uneducated about the products that you, and the two employees of yours that I had meet today. I stopped by your store today and asked for some advice on why my phone wasnt letting me receive phone calls from my employer 4 calls all together, that almost cost me my job,and before I could finish explaining to your employees my situation, the loud one tells me, how would she know anything about my phone, she said she doesnt have that kind of phone, so she wouldnt know anything about it, so I asked her if there was anyone else who might be able to help me and,she told me your phone, your problem, call customer service, I told her I tried that and the phone call wouldnt go through she said not her problem. I ask her for her name 3 different times and she gave me three different names. This happened 10/23/2021 at 5 pm see who was working then and youll figure it out.
I have had such a wonderful experience every time I go in for help on my phone and my kids phones they are so respectful and very knowledgeable on their products I would really recommend this location at highway 50 love the new service that we switched too
Bought a defected phone after 15 mins store wouldnt take it back or send to manufactory, had a g mail, google account and a g mail, that they didnt reset phone., Phone was send to manufactory as the same day bought, and still there, They had to send out for parts, guess they have a defected used phone, for the parts they need for phone, Why not just give me back a refund or another phone, scammers .. Paid for service that I have never used from day one. Over 200 dollars wow, Owner has not neven called to apologize, Go where else with honest trust worth service, So wheres my phone I just bought and didnt get to use, You should be a shame of your game !!!!
A nightmare, First didnt want phone, Never seeing phone till end of translation, Scaing of phone Insurance, was told there was a new hacking mbership, Agent taking to long hours on computer, Receipt didnt have the changes only phone sale, ?and agent couldnt be truthful about charges, Second didnt receive new phone, Third iAhent added a Gmail of her own and not was mentionedwrote It on paper but when checked phone it was different? It had a new goggle account of someone with a different number ? Google Gmail so had a password and I didnt now the password so couldnt get on phone, and the extentions of charges were used and the car lighter didnt fit in the phone trued returning it right after bit agent refused nor contact the owner, Because of defective used product paid for service and activation and need to send phone back to dealerfor repairs, not getting apps on phone? rAgent scamed and used product a defective produce Hundreds of dollars for something I cant get a refund on and need to fiy stuff, Refused to contact owner, Cameras dont lie, Boost calls about chargesagentsaysthe receipt is deleted because too many s aSales for that day? Out of service paid bitbevause phoneneefs to Ho toanugactory cant be refund for service ?What happened to Custerms first, and Dont let Saless scammers, get your money and sell you a defective phone, Wheres the owner in this, Who run this store and Why is the owner onlooking at charges and the Google account already on the phone and the Gmail by seller, Scammers who now very taught very well!!! Is this want management what in that store, Again cameras dont lie, But your employee did!!! A

Was supposed to open at 11 am I got there at. 12: 40 am door was locked no body there their phone went straight to voice mail box was full. I need a new phone wasted my time.

Very bad service with the phones, they are recycled phones. They just want money. They are the worst phone company I ever had in my life. Don’t waste your money on this company!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE!!!

New internet system is not good, drops my calls everywhere, had boost mobile for years and never had an issue, 10/20 got a new phone they put that new system they had and is very 👎, I payed my bill on 10/11/20 went to get my new phone on 10/12/20 and I had to pay the same bill again and manager was did not try to help said costumer service system dropped and they couldnt anything I called costumer service my self and said that was not true. Liars
Staff is good but when having to call in to customer service it really is a total hassle and can hardly get anything accomplished

I was in the boost mobile store on located at 963 W US Highway 50 in Pueblo, CO on 1/22/18 Rosalind J. The store rep was to put both my lines on the daily plan, she assured me that everything would transition over with no issues. I wake up and only one line was switched over. I had to call customer care and get the other line switched over due to the store rep not doing her job. I then call the store today 1/23/18, the young lady who answered the phone was kind of rude not understanding my issue. I want it to be addressed by their owner. I am ready to switch back to my original service provider.
That young lady was very helpful I will switch from where Im at now

Russ thomas is a joke he dont know a good employee when he has one thats why so many have quit on him and he dont know a loyal employee when he has one mike makes sure they dont take counterfit bills and keeps the store very clean and smelling good and goes above and beyond expectations! Cares for the company and brings in very many customers but when people lie on his name he would rather threaten his job then ask him questions thats ok russ remeber when your numbers drop its because people will only go in to see mike have a good day best of luck!
Im sick and tired of all the scam calls and text Im getting. When you call boost they say you have to download a blocking app. Thats ridiculous. They apparently give your number out to any and everyone to call. Ive gotten 10 scam calls yesterday and more than that on a regular week day. Rather have deal service with metro then have to deal with this on a daily basis!!
