The service is quick and efficient. I feel safe knowing how firmly they enforce the state policies concerning masks and cleanliness, and I appreciate the alternatives they offer for those who wont wear masks (tech support phone lines, etc). Every time I go in, they do a great job helping me with my problems and getting them fixed, especially the big brown guy- hes awesome!

Went here to possibly change my service from another carrier. While I didnt leave with new service, the professionalism and courtesy I received by Chuck was a breath of fresh air. He explained the different packages they had, the phone offers, and was generally very helpful.

I came in as a frustrated and angry cell phone user and Chuck was able to walk me through my frustration and fix my problem! And was completely respectful! Which is hard to come by in male dominated sales!! I will definitely be back! And probably less frustrated!! Great staff! Thank you!!!

Went into the store today had a major issue with my bill. Left happy as could be Jay was awesome and made sure I wasnt getting the bad end of a deal or left out to figure it out on my own. He completely made sure I left the store happy.

Was getting new service. the man helping we offered to show me how to work my new phone.thats when Im assuming the manager told him to NOT help me and just have me call customer service. he then yelled at him saying that he wanted to go home at 4 and hes leaving at 5 and wont help him after that.the employee apologized for his behavior and told me to come back later that day or tomorrow. i went back the next day and thankfully the good worker was there to help me and not the other.good workers terrible manager

If Max is working there. DO NOT GO!I went in for just a bill payment.He kept giving me promos and trying to get me to agree to a new line of service all I would have to do is Change my number and cancel my old line. After telling him no multiple times. He started getting attitude. So I Just left

I went in to the store during a literal deadly pandemic and there was only one employee wearing a mask. Way too many customers in the store too, none wearing masks. Left because I feared for my own safety.

Awful, awful, awful!!! Don’t waste your time here poor customer service and terrible attitudes, especially their “manager” Max he truly doesn’t know how to speak to people or how to treat people kindly. AT&T messed up our account and they treated us as if it was our fault, did nothing to fix it unless I literally called daily or stopped in the store which took at least 2+ hours each time for NOTHING be fixed properly. Thank goodness for the AT&T store on the north side they fixed ALL problems this store created and I was out in less than an hour! Stay far away from here!!!!

I had a really nice experience today at the store. Claudia was very helpful in helping me get a new phone to replace the one I damaged. I upgraded to 128 GB 7 and feel like I will be very happy. Thank you Claudia and the young man who works there also. I cant recall his first name though.

RUDE! came in to get info because I was thinking of signing up a rep named Matt. tried to get me to sign up with two phone (I only wanted one) Kept calling me sweetie and he could see it was making me uncomfortable. kept pushing I get tv. I wasnt interested and told him I wasnt interested. after that he got more aggressive towards me to buy from him. I finally just left and went to the next store.

Went in December to lower my bill. Paying too much for what I needed. I dont remember the guys name but short and stocky with glasses. Long story short, lied said phone was free upgrade than signed me up for auto pay. Got notice of $400 dollar bill (3 something for phone) and took off auto pay. When I called the line for billing, got someone on phone that I could barely understand and all he kept saying was this bill is for cellphone service (DUH). LIARS AND I WILL BE REPORTING TO SOMEONE.

I will never return to this store. The employees did not know their promotions and set up my plan incorrectly. The store manage and district manager preferred to just ignore the issue and I ended up out over $700 due to their error. They will not return calls even though the store manager promised to correct their error. I was always polite and professional towards them, but I will take my business elsewhere.
