My Son and I went to buy two trucks at their lot. A Toyota Tundra and a Ram 2500. No one on the lot and sign in the window said to call a number and that they were “just around the corner.” Called and the salesman made every excuse not to have to walk over to the lot to sell two trucks. Didn’t want to run paperwork or a credit report. Finally we told him not to bother that we would go somewhere they actually wanted to sell vehicles. Will not return, will not recommend.

Bought an 07 Tahoe about 2 weeks ago. I told Dave there were a few small things wrong with it, like cruise control didnt work, heated seat works sometimes, etc. Dave promised to fix these issues. I took the chance and bought the vehicle hoping he would fix these problems when they got the parts in. Well guess what happened!? He fixed every single problem like he said he would. Its surprising to find a used car salesman that actually does what he says. Dave and Bill are very honest people who dont just want to sell a vehicle but they actually care about their customers and they take customer satisfaction very seriously. I would definitely buy another vehicle from them and I recommend them to anyone.

Couldnt be happier with my experience at Thompson auto sales! Bought a 2013 jeep there and there is a great family owned and run feel. The jeep had an issue with the engine and they worked incredibly hard to get it fixed and even gave me a jeep to drive while it was getting fixed. Highly encourage anyone whos looking for a sweet car at a great price to go here. Youll be much happier with Thompson auto sales than a big dealership.

Great experience with these Guys! Tim was fair and willing to negotiate. We got a amazing jeep, loaded with extras, that no other dealer could match. Completed all within a 1/2 day, traveled from out of state to get it, paperwork was ready to go and was out within 15 minutes! No pressure from these guys, offered extended warranty but didnt mention but once. Dont have to worry about hidden fees, simple and efficient! Wouldnt hesitate traveling again to them for another vehicle. Great job all around!

Great experience from a professional team who take care of their customers. I recently bought a Jeep Rubicon from them and had a maintenance issue upon driving the vehicle home. The guys at Thompson were easy to work with and I feel as if I got a fair deal on the truck I purchased. I basically paid blue book value for the vehicle and it also came with a secondary set of rims and tires which was nice. The problem Im having is that they told me they would mail me the title within 10 days and it has been a month, still no title. The vehicle I purchased was missing the jack and jack accessories. They told me they would send me one. Again, 30 days have gone by and still no jack. I live several hours away so Im relying on their word of sending me those items. Even though Im experiencing some negatives with Thompson I would still recommend their lot to friends and family. I feel as if they sell respectable vehicles at a fair price.

Make sure they actually have what youre looking for available. Went yesterday and had been in contact with company. Drove for an hour and apparently it had just sold however its still listed as available online.

With this being my first time car buying experience, I was a little skeptical of many dealerships. Thompson was one of the only dealerships I found with good reviews within a short driving distance from Denver. I am really happy I made the trip out to buy my 2005 Subaru Forester. They are two brothers who put no pressure on me and agreed to what I wanted my car to be traded in for. They even gave me a brand new battery on the spot! Seriously, go here for one of the few honest dealerships around.

I liked the dealership. Salesman was a little standoffish however once you spoke with him he was honest about all the pricing. I traded in a honda pilot, received a price other dealerships were offering so it was fair. Parking was rough lol, but I found a spot. They didnt mind even if you want to take the vehicle out for inspection. Good dealership fair prices.

They sold me a solid truck, and that is it. They have zero customer service. The truck was dirty, they didnt fill up my gas tank, and their where dead bugs all over the windsheild. I love the truck. Its too bad they are like all other used car sales men Ive encountered that only want to close the sale.

Were repeat customers and just bought our third car from Dave. Ive always hated car shopping due to helicopter sales people who will phone you for months afterword, but its not like that at Tompsons. The customer service is excellent, you get the help you need without feeling pressured, you get a great vehicle at a reasonable price. Our newest 2016 GMC Acadia wasnt available on their lot so we gave Dave a list of what we were looking for. He kept us apprised on his search and now, we have a beautiful, low mileage, all the bells and whistles vehicle in our garage. Although they do have great customer service I did buy a lemon I have had my wrx for 4 months 1 of the months it just sat and after gathering the money 2 of the months it was in the shop due to it braking down on me as soon as I got it back 4 days later I was driving to down the highway and the motor siezed I did buy the car no warranty which was a dumb mistake and have never been so financially stressed at the age of 19 I do not have 6000 for a engine and I still owe 12000 on the car I am litteraly stuck with something I can not drive and have never been so stressed in my life
