I worked with Vicki/Vicky, who is very professional and personable. Had a great conversation too! She was very kind. Would recommend her to anyone. There was a young service man in the lot who asked me if I needed help when I pulled in and took me to her office too. I have a Ford but visiting made me want to shop Chevy!
Today I brought in my little cousin. He had around a grand. We were able to get him into a new set of wheels, get it fixed. And insurance and gas for under a grand. These guys knocked it outta the ballpark today.

Took my 2012 Camaro in for an oil change and to find why it was draining the battery when not in use (dead if not used in a week) in August. I told them the battery was brand new and it shouldn’t be dying. Get a call back that the problem was a battery terminal “wasn’t connected properly”. Go to pick it up and the seat was moved leaning forward, try to move it back and the switch is not working. Every other position worked except back, so i go tell them and the service person was extremely rude and snapped the seat wasn’t touched. So after i go home the next day i find my car leaking oil and the oil is extremely low over two quarts needed. After having them pay for a new oil change at a different dealership since i live an hour away i was informed the oil filter was not tightened, which i drove the car from pueblo to home while it actively leaked. Now my car is still having the same issues that I haven’t driven it after i already was told it was fixed. 1 star is too much to give if anything its only for them paying the second dealer for the oil change.
This is the 3rd time that we had to wait more than an hour longer than the incredibly long quoted time that they told us. The 2nd time we waited more than 5 hours. This last time not only did we wait but then a sensor broke and we were expected to pay for it. I doubt we will be back. Not to mention While we were waiting we thought we might look into buying a new truck and there were very few to choose from. It was a bad experience all the way around!

Take your vehicle to Chevy in springs, they are great. I took my 2016 camaro in for a clutch replacement, I’ve been lied to, and told 3 days for my car to get back to me on Friday, then told I’d have it back Saturday then Monday then Tuesday and now Wednesday. It’ll be a week tomorrow because of a spring that broke inside my clutch I was told and they didn’t want to damage my engine. I’ve replaced many clutches before and there is no possible way to damage your engine because of a broken spring the whole clutch is inside your bell housing. Never taking my car here again.

My Dad had his gas tank drilled out by gas thief’s during the gas shortage…they caused $1500 worth of damage for $15 worth of gas…POS!!! Anyway, we had the truck towed to Spradley Chevrolet and called our insurance company to file a claim. Let’s my story, short…We picked up the Truck today and it was like it never happened, at the end of the day we were very pleased with the customer service we received from Misty (Service Advisor)Greg (Service Manager) & Greg (Parts Manager) Thank you all for the Exceptional Customer Service🙏.
I recently purchased a used chevy impala and it needed an oil change. When I went in for the oil change I asked them to complete a full bumper to bumper inspection and inform me of any issues they found.They did not complete the inspection properly and pencil whipped the documents. I got home to do what I thought was a needed brake job due to the shudder in the steering wheel while breaking, turns out both front control arms had blown bushings, the sway bar was completely snapped in two and the outer tie rods bushings were non existent. Greg did his best to calm me down but Im not sure I can further trust my vehicles with spradley Chevrolet.
Spradley has had my car since September 27th. On October 1st I was told what the problem was and parts were ordered. I was told parts would be in about 3 to 5 days. On October 7th I was told the car was on the rack and it would probably be done by the next afternoon. On October 8th I went down to spradley to check on my car. I was told the person that was working on my car was off that day. Also my car was parked in the same spot where the tow truck dropped it off. I went back on October 10th and again was told the technician was off. So again my car sits with no work being done. All I was told is that they were sorry. I hope the mechanic comes to work on Monday so I can pick up my little girl in Denver which I let her go because I should have had my car. She will have to miss school 1 or 2 days depending on Spradley. Will not use them for service or purchase ever again.
Unethical business practices. Say they wont accept outside financing even when its already fully arranged same as cash for them. They want to force people into using the financing that gives them major kickbacks. Would not let me buy my car with a check from Navy Federal Credit Union. Still said they would have accepted straight cash which is virtually the same except that they know you require financing and want the financing to line the owners pockets. Said everyone is doing this right now which is not true according to literally every one of the other 4 Chevy dealerships I called today. Disgusting. Owners are sleazebags.The sales guy was at least nice though.
I have purchased two vehicles previously from spradley a dealership. I was looking forward to another purchase recently. I found a vehicle I wanted and had worked out a deal with a salesman. Then I get a call from the sales manager Joe Gallegos and he says he can not accept my check for the purchase price of the vehicle since I got approved by my bank for the loan. I will never do bussiness with Spradley again. I called Phil Long in Colorado Springs told them what happened, asked for the same price foe the EXACT same vehicle and ZACK said Done. Bring your check. If Joe represents Spradley dealerships I will continue to take my bussiness to Phil Long any day.
I had purchased a 2019 Chevy Tahoe in November of 2020. The vehicle was great till I notice every time I pumped gas my needle would never move to the full position. I have the On Star app that lets me know any issues with my vehicle. I had scheduled my first service appointment with the Chevy dealership and was trying to explain all my concerns to the customer service representative. It was never a, let’s see how we can help or fix the issue but a that would be a $125 here $125 there issues, or any other issues I may have. I had to bring my Tahoe back the next day so, they can drop the gas tank to correct the issue to remind you this is a 2019 Chevy Tahoe . The next day my Transmission light came on, I had called the service shop to explain to them what’s going on and the same representative that help me before was like, I can’t help you till next week (which blows my mind) because I wasn’t even 24 hr that they worked on my vehicle. Fast forward to today I went to pump gas and I could not fill my vehicle up because the gas pump would not allow me to put gas due to the gas tank not letting the gas flow correctly. I took my car to the dealership to explain the transmission light and that I couldn’t pump gas and was hit with all these emission errors that was not present until they dropped the gas tank. The same representative that’s been helping me told me I would need to leave my car there for them to look at it, then I explain to him that I am a father of 4 and work two jobs and that I cannot be left without a vehicle he basically told me all his vehicle available and left it as that. I find it very unprofessional that the accountability wasn’t taken or the right steps to correct this issue I was warned about this person’s customer service and wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt but it seemed the rumors were true. I will no longer take my vehicle to Chevy to be serviced due to the poor customer service and the accountability.
My Father recently brought my vehicle in for a simple oil change (I was at work) and when I got it back it had 2 oil stains on the seat covers and a scratch on my dash right above my steering wheel that is now a major eye sore. I will never buy or get another vehicle serviced at this location the techs do not respect peoples vehicles/ Property.

The sales man Mr Montoya was very informative. He answer all my questions. There on the sales area were not many cars to choose from. That could be the reason the supervisor did not want to go 2 grand down on a used car. Maybe he might have enough cars to sell or he is to tight to be a supervisor.

Made an appointment to get my oil changed. When I got there the associate advised me that the wait was 2 hours. I explained I had made an appointment online and they advised me that it’s not really an appointment just a drop off time and walk ins are treated the same as appointments. I would not have waited until my appointment time to go there if I knew that. I scheduled an appointment for the dealership in Colorado Springs where an appointment actually is an appointment. On a side note if I’m being told by an associate of a dealership that a word being used by the dealership is incorrect, that doesn’t inspire me to consider them for a vehicle purchase in the future.

Really want to give 0 Stars..Receive two free oil change coupons when we purchased a new vehicle to be used at any time. Went to the service department today and was told by the service department that they would not honor their own coupon. Was told the coupon had already been used as part of the two-year warranty. The coupon clearly was not tied to any warranty and had no expiration date – as can be seen on images. The only excuse given was “I don’t make the rules”. Poor customer service… Pretty ironic, the coupon states “Your Satisfaction is Important…” My visit today certainly shows that they do not honor their word or commitment to “Customer Satisfaction”. And to think this is a simple a oil change… hate to even imagine going to them for something major…
Everyone was wearing a mask even the mechanic which made me feel comfortable. They ended up spending all day with my vehicle looking for the problem. After then doing research and finding out its becoming a increasing problem and GM released a message on there board about the booster. Ensure me that everything was ok with the vehicle but if I have any problems with the car to bring it back.
Service department did not tighten bolts after doing work and aligning front end. Had to return to dealership to get corrected. Inconvenient as dealership is an hour away. WE always have our car serviced here and this is the first problem encountered.

I am quite pleased that the service manager listened to me regarding my warranty repair. Others shops would not entertain my concerns. Im happy that the repair measures were made under warranty.

I scheduled an appointment on line for my 36000 mile service. just like your web page said I could. When I got to the dealer they said that we dont do appointments for oil changes.Well, which is it? either change your appointment requirements or change the web page. Poor business!
I setup a oil change appointment for 9 am. Upon arrival I was told by a rude person named frank that it was first come first served I asked for the manager and was told he was it I asked for the person above him and was told it was the owner I have called and left him messages so not sure he cares. But I tried to explain why would a person make an appointment if it meant and means nothing i have never been treated so bad by a place I just paid 40k to for a new vehicle I will no longer buy here locally in pueblo from such a rude company. As of now I still have not heard back from Franks boss the owner so it goes to show you how much they care about customers or our satisfaction

So she goes back the following week and he was like you need to come back tomorrow our specialists is out till then.. then he said o hes on vacation... so my husband calls and and was like I need an appointment to go in there to check my transmission cause I dont have a dip stick. He said you dont need and a appointment just come in. The wait time todays a little longer cause its Monday. Then he goes so why didnt yous do that for my daughter then? when she went there 2×s! So now hes calling manager and I bet itll be another excuse tomorrow!!!

Im looking for a new place to get my Hyundai serviced since these people dont honor reservations. I drive an hour and a half to get here and when I have a reservation I expect it to be honored when I got there they said oh we dont take on a reservation for that. This was in spite of the fact that I had numerous emails and texts saying that I had a reservation.Im adding to this reviewI just waited 10 minutes and 46 seconds on hold to attempt to make an appointment. I simply dont understand how the dealer keeps the franchise with Hyundai. I have cuntualy struggled to do business with this dealership. I originally purchased the vehicle in another city and will never purchase another based on my struggles with this dealership.
I only dealt with the parts department, so I cant say anything about the other department. The lady in the parts department was friendly, she seemed to have other things to do, but she still took the time to look for what I needed.
Hector was no help couldn’t even find the truck that is on their website then even after i was told it’s not available he didn’t try to find me one. Pretty bad salesmen needs to find a job that h can do properly and not call me back three times back to back telling me not to hang up on him. Very strange

Needed an oil change and either wait 2 hours just to get one and wait another 2 hours to complete. Staff sits around talking about what they are going to eat while you wait in line to speak to someone. Then when they do talk to you, they act like you are bothering them. I drive 1 1/2 hours for service, always went there for an oil change but not anymore.

Anyone looking to purchase a car specifically one from a dealership please stay far away from “Spradley Kia” or any of the spradley dealerships, I bought a car from them made a Three and a half hour drive to Pueblo just so that the car could break down not even a week of owning it. Now the dealership people could care less about it and are trying to hard to cover up there tracks. So now I’m paying a very expensive bill for a broken car not to mention that the fix is one pretty shiny penny.
I will only do business with spradley and I am 2 hours away, Jessie Bravo and Jed Crowther are incredible to work with with.

These guys charge large ransacked my car took my car tools even took my head unit out stole my new battery put in Wal-Mart battery and didnt fix the fn oil leak like they had said and to top it all off they didnt put it on the service record so I cant even prove what we discussed it

Went to take my mother in-laws car in for a simple oil change. Paid the bill and went to get into my vehicle and the battery was dead. Mind you they had just charged her $400 for a new battery approximately 1 year ago and 500 miles. When I looked at their paperwork that they give you for a free inspection on the vehicle the battery supposedly tested good. Also on their paperwork under battery it tells you to refer to the battery inspection receipt (on another piece of paper)... no receipt. The service advisor took the vehicle back and said that they tested the battery again and battery tested good... but this time handed me a receipt for the battery test. Sooo... did they not do the service and inspection the first time??? What else did they just check off the list and not look at or replace? This car is a 2016 with only 4000 miles and was purchased from Spradley and this dealership will give you the run around every single time because i have dealt with them before. WARNING: DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP. LOOK AT YOUR PAPERWORK CLOSELY AND DOUBLE CHECK THEIR WORK!!! THEY LOOK FOR PEOPLE WHO DONT QUESTION AND LEAVE!! I WOULD NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!

Im over 50 yrs old...and have purchased many new/used cars. Our February 2020 car purchase at Spradley Chevrolet Hyundai was my BEST car buying experience ever. The staff worked together to answer all my concerns and the dealership gave me EVERYTHING I asked for during negotiations - NEVER had that happen before! Randy Romero, our salesman, was very knowledgeable and gracious (skipping meals, even days off) to put rubber on the road, backing up his assertion, Whatever it takes to earn your business. Not that we asked him to skip anything, but he/they did give us every incentive we asked for; again, a first. Wed already experienced excellent service from the maintenance dept with our other vehicles...and were really hoping for a home dealership, one we could trust and rely upon from here on out. Were so glad that we found what we were looking for in Randy, Brittany, the Service Dept and Spradley Chevrolet Hyundai!

Unfortunately I have to give a star! I had taken my car in for the review camera saying it needs to be serviced, they replaced the camera still saying service rear camera system the same day I received my car back, they gave me some BS saying GMC says its normal. Well about a month later my stabiltrack service came on. They told me to keep driving my car till it dies and then they can come get it or I can leave my car there with no loaner. They set me up an appointment for almost 2 and half weeks out, so I called chevy in the springs got me in the next week fixed everything with replacing the radio and radio wiring fixed the back up camera and all other issues. DONT TRUST THEM!!
