Took my Ram 2500 in for diagnostics on malfunctioning transmission. Wont shift past 3/4 speed after its been running / towing half the day. Didnt solve this primary concern. Sold me a low coolant sensor out issue instead. Hardly solves anything and Ill be out $500 + and still have transmission issues.Counter clerk was nice, techs dont know their job.

I took my 2017 Ram to Pueblo Dodge for the first time after having a negative experience with a Colorado Springs Dodge Dealer whos name shall not be spoken.Leslie was great to work with! She didnt hesitate to call with any questions instead of just assuming things. Also, when she felt like the work may be taking longer than I expected, she proactively updated me on the progress with an expected time of completion.Danny was also great about shuttling me to and from breakfast while the work was being done.And to top it all off, they completed the work for about $50.00 less than what they originally quoted. Customer would appreciate having color coding on diagram where it shows what was done on the vechicle. Otherwise it shows it needs immediate attention when it was already done. Female employee shouldnt be rude when a customer ask for another copy of a receipt and if she doesnt know what the coding is, she shouldnt get upset with the customer.

Hello Ram folks:When we picked up our new 2021 Ram Big Horn Crew Cab 2500 on Thursday I didn’t have the time to look it over very well. It was 95 degrees in the shade! On the way home we found that the truck was riding rough and the tire monitor showed the tires were all in the 90’s psi.This morning I checked in my 65 degree garage and the tires were in the mid 80s. The door says 60 psi cold. I wonder how that much over pressurized tires affect stopping distance in the rain, pulling the 10,000 pound load of our 5th wheel camper. The tire pressures are all now 60 psi at 65 degrees.I wanted to bring this to your attention so you can ensure correct tire pressure is part of the pre-delivery prep for future customers. Other than this tire pressure issue we are very happy with our 3rd Ram purchase.James

I had historically avoided using the dealership service for non-warranty work because I thought it was too expensive. Well, I was wrong. After taking my diesel truck to a local repair shop and having them misdiagnose my trucks issue and charging me nearly $600 for a “repair “ that made my issue worse; I called Pueblo Dodge. They got me in quickly, made a proper diagnosis and did the repairs to get me back on the road at a fair price. They even took me back into the shop to talk to the mechanic so I could further describe my concerns. Incredibly professional staff and service. Pueblo Dodge is my new go to for all my truck repairs.

I would expect a dealership to stand behind their vehicles. I paid the price for a good condition used vehicle. When it ended up being a poor condition used vehicle, Pueblo Dodge put on their earmuffs, took their ball and went scurrying home. Used cars here are not worth any price they bring you on paper. They do not care the quality of their used vehicles. I have had to put just under $2,700 into my used vehicle to keep it on the road in under 3 months of buying the thing! That IS with the extended warranty covering another $3,000! If you ask them to help with repairs....nope. I wanted to keep my money local, yeah never again.6/18/21. Go ahead and add rear wheel bearings to this list of repairs I had to get done a month ago. The fun doesnt stop with used trash from Pueblo Dodge.

Went in looking for a Jeep. Ended up buying a Jeep. Probably the quickest vehicle purchase in my life. From start to finish spent about 2 1/2 hours and drove off with my new whip. It was an overall good experience but not the best I have had at a dealership. For example they did not fill the gas in the car and overall we were just not super comfortable. If they had not had the car we wanted we would have went somewhere else honestly.

They jacked up my rear view mirror and didnt want to fix it. I talked to a manager and he said it happened over night and the weather did it. Its funny that he said that because before he told me that the manager said it takes years for that to happen to a mirror. The manager was real quick to try and sell me another mirror. To top it off they werent even working on the inside of my jeep so how or why they messed up my mirror is beyond me. There was even pieces of a towel stuck in my mirror. I wouldnt give them one star if I didnt have to.

I needed a new mini van after a crash with my old one. I looked online for available used vans in my price range and something less than 5 years old. Having always driven Ford vehicles, thats what I was looking for. Surprisingly all I could find was Dodge Grand Carvans. I had seen them on the road, and liked the way they looked, so started researching them.I was impressed with what I found. So Saturday my husband and I headed to Pueblo Dodge, Christian was our sales person. I had seen a DGC GT on their website and really liked it....a lot!Christian went to check, and came back with the news that it was just sold. He then showed us some other vans that I had made note of from the website. Then, there at the end of a row of vans....I spied her, another GT!!!And this one was less money, and prettier! We looked her over really well, and I gave it a test drive.... It was love at first sight.Christian took us up to the office and got the ball rolling. OK as a dealer their repair cost is higher. Mike and Robert offer great service. Had an issue that my extended warranty declined. Mike came up with a lower cost to help in a high repair bill. Love the quick oil change program.

The people are friendly, but Ill never buy anything from them again. I bought a used Ford Ranger 2019 model and thankfully it is still covered under warranty. Ive had the truck for four weeks and only drove it for one week before problems. Its still sitting at the Ford dealer getting fixed. Starter, blower motor, and serpentine belt so far. They said they had inspected everything when I bought it. Guess that wasnt exactly true.

Do not recommend this place to take your out of warranty vehicle . I took my car in for some cosmetic work to be done . They call back and tell me that they don’t have those parts but my calipers are in really bad shape . Charged me $750 for calipers and break pads . Then go on to say that the break is not pumping break fluid and need to buy a new part that is going to cost me $1500 + labor. Not sure why they could not figure it out before making me pay for all the other parts . I feel like it’s a mistake on their part of not being able to diagnose . Still makes me angry thinking about it .

I usually am NOT one to write a bad review. It is something that I dont believe in until today. THIS review is not about my terrific salesperson but about the sales manager on duty on November 19, 2020. I am sitting with my salesperson handling finance documents when the sales manager approaches the area and says the following: scoot your chairs back 6 ft. I proceed to say how will I sign the documents 6 ft apart or, for that matter, have the salesperson explain the documents? He did not care. Here is the deal. I as well am a salesperson. I sell real estate, and I would NEVER treat one of my clients in this manner. The sales manager took a personal situation and made it feel dirty and inappropriate. I realize we have an issue with COVID, but since when is spending money and buying a car and treating a customer in this manner appropriate? This sales manager should be ashamed of interrupting a closing. It was BAD judgment on his part.

Installed a new pcm in my 2002 chrysler sebring and it runs spectacular however it was smoking quite a bit when I stopped and never did that before I checked the fluids and they were all fine so Im not sure Im going to take it in again and ask whats going on
