I hate salesmen and car dealerships. But after meeting Tara at a Rockies game, I decided to give it a chance (like six months later!). She made the whole experience fun!! It was actually fun!!! And then my friend who was at the Rockies game with me went and bought a new truck from Tara! We will never go anywhere else again!

I have bought several cars from Spradley and until now have never had a problem. I purchased a pickup with an extended warranty in November 2018. Now I am having a problem with it. So I take it to the same mechanic that I have taken every car too since I have lived here. Suddenly the extended warranty sold to me at Spradley will not work here anymore (this has never been a problem in the past). The company Spradley uses for extended warrantys refuses to pay for any work unless it is done at Spradley unless Spradley says its ok, which they wont. The worst part is that when I bought this warranty I was told I could get repairs at any licensed shop, just like I have been doing with every other car I bought through them. When I spoke with someone at Spradley I was told that thats the way things are now and too bad for me. Unfortunately for Spradley I will never purchase another vehicle from them nor will anyone in my family. Their service department has a terrible reputation that is well deserved and after being told that I could get service anywhere and now being told I can only get it through them it is not worth the hassle of even considering doing business with them again. But of course Spradley doesnt care, I am just a customer.

Had a great experience with Hector and Pete at the Spradley Ford dealership. Thank you also to Janis at the Chevy dealership I purchased a used Explorer this time, but also checked into leasing brand new as an option.This is not my first purchase at the Spradley Auto Network, and I do recommend them to others. This was by far the best experience in buying a car that I have ever had in 40 years. The staff was well organized and delivered beyond any promises they gave us. They treated us like family and did not push us to buy any product or any specific vehicle. We will be buying from them in the future.

What a good experience we had at Spradley. We pulled into the service bay at 4:30pm on Friday. Several courteous mechanics ran a diagnostic, replaced the parts, talked to the insurance provider. Tanika is absolutely amazing!! I was so embarrassed walking in and ready to hear the word no. But Tanika was so helpful and full of cheer. She made my car buying experience smooth and non stressful. These people suck my mom found a car yesterday she really wanted and even told them that she would be the this morning to buy it cash had an appointment and everything. When she gets the they had already sold the car she had an appointment for out from under her claiming first come first serve do not do business with these people untrustworthy and they will screw you over. I am extremely upset with the way they treated my family do yourself a favor and take your business to an honest and decent dealership avoid Spradley at all costs they are garbage and their workers are garbage the guy was even smiling when he came to tell her it was sold, how arrogant. This place is just a giant scam. DO NOT GO HERE AT ALL!!!!!

This place is a joke. The car we purchased was not detailed at all. And they wanted us to pay for a gps that they installed 😂😂😂. Are you joking. I won’t return. Highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.
