After my failed braking system required towing to Spradley Ford on a busy Friday afternoon, I was given excellent service and by Tuesday noon had a repaired van. I appreciated Skot in the service department. Given the weekend, they handled the repair in good time. I drove over a thousand miles after the repair w no further problems, thankfully.

I had a great experience. The Salesperson I worked with, Tara, was both fun and professional. She ask what I was looking for over the phone and my price range, then sent me a full description with pictures of the SUV that fit my needs. When I arrived at the dealership it was waiting out front for me to test drive. I loved it and she and the Finance Director made the sales process easy and stress free. The service was great. The wait was not! Made an appt time of noon. Wasn’t taken to service until after 1 and I was finally out of there by 1:50. I waited since it is supposed to be a 30-45 min oil change. Maybe don’t make spots or push getting those appt times met a little closer!

The service was great. Kenny is really knowledgeable and also the management team was doing everything they can to put me in a car. I recommend anybody to go there to buy a car from them. My credit score is 550, down payment was $1000 and my payment is $550 for my 2020 ford escape.

NOTHING QUICK about Spradleys “QUICK LANE”. They don’t even rate the lowest one star!After 2 hours of waiting for a simple oil change and check tire pressures, my vehicle still hadn’t made it into the stall. There was one other gentleman in the waiting area. And the service writer said there were three vehicles ahead of mine and it would be another hour maybe two. So that would be 4 HOURS for a simple oil change and tire pressure adjustment. After already two hours, I told them to go be me the keys and I would go elsewhere. Jiffy Lube is quicker than Spradleys “Quick lane”. And does a better job.The excuse was, there were only two service techs working.Been taking my vehicles to their service department religiously for nearly 5 years. And the service has steadily gotten worse.I will be taking my truck elsewhere for services from now on.

Its s disgraced place to be. They have a very unorganized system for car appointments and fix ups. They do the diagnostics and regularly they get the wrong piece and you have to re arrange your car fix appointment.Then they try to charge for things you do not authorize.They are a mess.

I had an appointment for drivers side airbag replacement recall, August 24, two weeks in advance. I brought the Fusion to the service dept. on time. I was called two hours later to pick it up as it was ready. When I arrived, I was told the job was not complete because they did not have the parts needed. It has been two weeks since that day and NO NOTIFICATION. Im disappointed because the service dept. could have notified me before I brought the car that the parts were not available. I sent a written communication to the service mgr., and it was not acknowledged that it was received. Yes, Im very disappointed that Im being ignored. Im 94 years and I dislike driving 10 miles each way, needlessly, when I could have been notified in advance that the parts were not available. Im still waiting to be called, IF THE PARTS ARRIVED AND THE AIR BAG WILL BE REPLACED FOR SURE THIS TIME.William Hrutky

For the past two years I’ve been able to make Spradley my one stop shop for all things automotive. Ive bought 2 vehicles from Ryan and highly recommend him. This was the worst experience we have ever had. We had a car appointment at 8am for an oil change and one other minor issue. They didnt finish the vehicle until 4:30pm. They kept feeding us false information every time we called and asked the status of the vehicle. One time they told us the oils change was complete, but when we arrived they were just starting the oil. They quoted us one price over the phone and when it was said and done, there was a $40 price increase. If I could give 0 stars I would.

We live in COS but drive down to Pueblo to go to this trusted dealer. Paul Carter is helping us find the perfect Kings Ranch. He is super helpful, knowledgeable and truly cares about his customers. We have been there twice now and he hasnt hassled us at all. This is a larger purchase since we are looking to buy a couple of vehicles, so we want to make sure we get the best deal possible. Been waiting on parts sense January, it’s mid July now.(they had our car for months! Gave us a loner). Called and just get the run around! Told us the parts were ordered NEVER ordered. Everyone I know at this point agrees that when buying a Ford we go to springs from here on out. Do NOT buy from here do NOT get maintenance here. Then instead of a phone call to let me know what was going on I get a text. Two grown men can’t call and explain what’s going on. Btw still waiting on parts!

All service departments arent created equally... I recently moved to Pueblo, and was excited to see a Ford dealership with a service and Quicklane department. I only take my vehicles to the dealership for repairs for a sense of comfort. I recently brought my SUV there after hearing a random grind noise coming from my wheels. I dropped the vehicle off at 12p for a diagnosis at $125. I had to call them back to get a status on the vehicle prior to them closing, and it took them 15 minutes to find someone to give me a status. When they got on the phone the gentleman said they drove the vehicle and visibly inspected it but were unable to duplicate the issue, and there was nothing they could do. Since Im knew to town I asked for the shuttle to pick me up from work to pick up the vehicle.They gave the shuttle driver the wrong address and he couldnt get to me before they closed, so I had to incur a 12 Uber cost to get there. Once I got there and picked up my vehicle I noticed that the low tire pressure light was still on. It was on before I dropped it off, but if someone drove the vehicle and saw it on the appropriate customer focused thing to do would be to put air in them. The sales guy was too busy worrying about going home and charging me 125 or 25000 of my ford pass points to tell me they couldnt find anything wrong.As soon as I turned out off of the lot the sound and grind noise started again.I really want my money/points back. They couldnt have spent sufficient time diagnosing the vehicle. There just seems to be something off about this location. I hate to go elsewhere, but I think I may have to. They made me miss an important appointment with the shuttle delays, and didnt fix the problem.Do better please.

Took our recently purchased 2020 escape to have some cosmetic issues taken care of, because it was a loaner and to have a RECALL taken care of. The Mechanic had it for 6 hours and only changed the oil. Nothing was said about parts or brackets needing to be ordered. Thankfully my stepson knew what needed to be done and pointed out that it wasnt fixed! You are better off taking your vehicle somewhere else for warranty work.

Kenny Aguero is a awesome salesman. I called him at 9:00a.m and told him I had an emergency and needed to buy a car that day. I told him my price range and he went to work. I arrived at 11:00a.m and we found something by noon we haggled a bit and he fought tooth and nail to get me the price I needed. Every other place I went just screwed me around. I was the proud owner of a new vehicle by 1:00 p.m. Thanks Kenny you’re a hell of a salesman.

Had a friend that was supposed to have a rebuilt motor put in the car and we took pics and it is far from having a rebuilt put in it, not to mention they wouldn’t put a new battery in after it sat for 3 to 4 months, my friend went back to see what they were going to do about a leak, and they told my friend to go fade it off, pretty sorry customer service if you ask me and I will never never steer anyone to that dealer

Stay away from their service department. Between them trying to blame another service writer for not offering someone road hazard on their tires and then saying but, he doesnt work here anymore. Unfortunately, that does not help. I specifically asked these guys to cover these tires in anyway, including purchasing the most expensive tires from them!Thats okay, I dreaded coming back there just to get a tire rotation! If you are looking for someone to take care of you. Contact Discount Tire off Northern! They will cover the tires that Spradley WONT!Do yourself and your pocketbook a favor and stay away from here!

Had an appointment today and when I asked for Hector Verdin to reiterate what had been done to my vehicle he proceed to tell me he “already did.“May that be true, I wanted reassurance what exactly had been done to my vehicle that I was paying for.I don’t feel like wanting documentation for my vehicle being serviced is asking him to go above and beyond his actual job title. I received a hand written receipt of what he thought had been done by the mechanic after he told me the mechanic was too busy to talk to me.I understand businesses get busy, I’m in customer service myself, but when a customer is in need of what they’re paying you for, you don’t just treat them unworthy of your presence just because we aren’t sure of the job I’m sitting here paying you for.Poor customer service. Dont treat people like they’re stupid.

I leased a vehicle in Denver from another car dealership (not Spradley). My lease was up and I was ready to buy my Ford. Ford credit said that I could get a lease buyout from any dealership, so instead of driving back to Denver I went to Spradley after setting up the actual financing with my bank. Spradley required me to fill out a loan application after I explained that I already set up financing with my bank. They wasted 5 hours of my time not listening and making me wait. Then to top off the terrible service they charged me $700 for dealer handling fees for my vehicle that I leased in from a Denver dealership and at no point in time did Spradley handle or possess the vehicle.

Service department could use some help. Ive been in 3 times in one week and everytime I drop my truck off for service the service dept that set the appointment cant seem to remember my name, phone number, why Im in today, what is the problem with the truck?, they set the appointment and told me the problem that needs to be fixed! I must totally start from scratch like groundhog day. Oh, and I purchased the premium bumper to bumper service package and that service package is not bumper to bumper. Dont fall for the extended warranties it only covers some parts and service not bumper to bumper. Henry Ford would not be proud of his legacy.

NEVER go here for any type of services! They will barely do what is asked of them and even then break stuff on your vehicle and blame it on you. They did this to a friend of mine and forged the signature on the paperwork and deleted footage proving that they did it. Overall untrustworthy and I hope they get shut down.

I made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation 3 weeks in advance and they didnt get my car in until 1-1/2 hours after scheduled appointment. They told me I needed 4 new tires when 2 of them were still good at 6/32 tread according to a tire shop in town. They also dont have lug nut studs for a Ford vehicle in stock. Other mechanics I spoke to couldnt believe that one.

Took my car in for tires/ wheel alignment, new rear shocks, drive belt, and an inspection on my rear passenger door for my car. First thing just to get an appointment took days for them to respond to the request to setup the appointment. Then the day of the visit they did not order the right tires for my car because they went off the vin of the car which are not right size for my car and never did the wheel alignment either. Then I have yet to hear from them about the inspection for my door and it has been over a month since the visit. But since then the tire I was going to get replaced did pop and I found out on the side of the road my tires bolt on the tire that went flat is stripped so I could not even change my tire and had to call a tow company because of it. So to any reading this avoid this place at all costs I was warned before hand and learned the hard way also.

I’ve not had anyone work on my van since these people were very bad to me. Took my van to Ford last week because of a check engine light. There are bolts on my intake manifold backed out about an inch... I would bet everything I own that the people here intentionally tried to sabotage my vehicle. For your own sake, take your vehicle some place not capitalizing on you!

Disappointed. Bronco Badlands Sasquatch with 35s order debacle. Don’t go here. I am stuck with my order now. I wonder what the rest of the service is gonna be like when I pick it up. My wife and I are both disabled Veterans and the GSM had us standing behind her while she was on the Ford google sight trying to order my vehicle from her above ground desk. We don’t order new vehicles like it’s a thing. This was a special day. Ruined. The GSM also promised an email prior to sending my order so we can check it over, but sent it before we could review it. She wasn’t even using the right platform on the dealer site, where the fine details are required to order a $60,000.00 vehicle, not a $500.00 used car. I had many questions and no answer. Before we even started she was talking about some sort of computer chip issue, then asked for $1000.00 deposit. Before we even started!!! I’ll take my Bronco delivery and head as far as possible away from Spradley. I wonder if I got the right color coming? It felt rushed. Not human. And just plain old terrible. I’m saddened by the customer service and how the owner looks so happy with his wife in the photo on the Spradley website but he doesn’t show his work number or email, but the rest of the employees do. I should have known better. Lead from the front.***** UPDATE UPDATE UPDATE******Had to switch dealers this morning on a Saturday and have to wait until Monday to call Ford. The same mistake was made in less than 24 hours. The salesperson sent our order to Ford without our consent. Twice in less than a day. Even after both parties told us we would receive a call and email to look everything over before sending it to Ford. Don’t go here for any reason. If you do, you’ve been forewarned.

I contacted your internet salesman we worked out a price that I accepted so I said Id be in the next day to get the car when I arrive the used car salesman had to drive the car which I do how about with a short Drive he came back and okayed the deal thats when they start to go bad the finance manager was supposed to come and get us after 2 hours I had to go in and ask him what was up what you said he could do the paperwork finally finish that paperwork salesman bring the car around and he said the keys second set were locked up in the service Bay when they were open and Id have to come back and get them when I finally got home I looked over the contract and they had charged me $1,800 too much I called the internet salesman he said they had made that mistake and they try to give me a check cut I said I had to come back for the keys anyway so when I came back couple days later the salesman said they had lost the keys so they said that Id have to wait for a locksmith to make me no keys so the locksmith showed up starting to make the new keys and the salesman got a phone call and somewhere they found the keys so they werent able to get the check cut said they mail it to me show the good news is I still love the car thanks Bob

I called to request a routine pre-purchase inspection (ppi) and got a completely bizarre and unhelpful response that I think casts deep doubt on the competence of the service department. The individual responding kept stating that they stopped doing these routine checks recently because they had lost a lot of money in a law suit and couldnt afford to guarantee performance (?). I repeatedly pointed out that no guarantee was being sought but that made no impression. Of course that someone successfully sued on a PPI would indicate, not that they had written a guarantee, but that they had missed a major issue.I was interested in potentially purchasing a 2008 F-450 with a 6.4 diesel, an engine known to have some issues, particularly with water in the fuel system and injectors etc. I explained I would be happy just to have a list from an experienced mechanic of the major trouble spots seen in this engine and a diagnosis of whether any of these were present. Again he jumped to the ridiculous assertion that they couldnt afford to guaranty future performance, which again mulitiple times I pointed out was something not being sought. He also said they would not inspect another dealers car. Why? In any case I told him this was a private purchase but that didnt change his mind either. So all of these silly responses appeared to be just a pretext to avoid a very routine procedure.I would say this fear of inspection, which I have had routinely done on most older vehicles, including Porsches (i.e. more finicky and expensive vehicles), with never an issue, together with their apparent proven failure to properly inspect recently, and their inability even to provide a list of known issues for this engine reflects very poorly on the competence and level of expertise of the service department (not to mention their level of helpfulness). I would certainly avoid them.

This is for the service department. Who wouldn’t let us make an appointment over the phone when we called to cancel one we already had. So they told us it’s just a first come first serve. We dropped our truck off this morning and we were told it would be 2.5 hours. Which was fine. But now they have every excuse in the book as to why it won’t be done until 4. We have horses up in Guffey that we have to get back to. So they are putting my animals in jeopardy because they can’t do their jobs in a timely fashion which was told to us would be 2.5 hours. Everybody has a “situation” your a company. Figure out a solution that doesn’t screw your high paying customers. Take some notes from Ford in Amarillo! Seriously.

Brought my ford Fiesta in 8 months ago to get a brand new catalytic converter put in my car. Its now 8 months later and my Check engine light has come on again. Took my car to Brakes Plus and they told me that O2 was coming from my brand new catalytic converter. I was in shock because O2 shouldnt be coming from it. Called Spradley Ford to tell them about it and I got Eric who was very rude and told me they didnt have it in my record that I even got a catalytic converter from them. Which I did and it cost me over $1100 to be put in. That part is under warranty and should be fixed. Very bad customer service. Never coming back again. Now going to Brakes Plus!!

We have bought 3 vehicles at Spradley. Two of those were with Ryan and he made the whole buying and trade-in process easy and comfortable. He is never pushy, always polite, and down to earth. He is a valuable asset to the Dealership and takes care of his customers better than I have ever experienced at a dealership before. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new car. We live in the Springs and make the drive to Pueblo to purchase from Ryan because we know we will be taken care of properly.

Buying is easy, couldve explained a few things regarding final invoicing. Have bought several cars from Ford over the years. Service Department has been great if you are doing scheduled maintenance or oil changes, but if anything needs any special attention their eyes glaze over & the excuses start. Hate having to check any indicator light because, theyll never give a straight answer or say well its not coming on right now, call us if it happens again. O.k. Ill drive down the street, it will come on again & then Ill make an appointment. Yeah right!

I used the pick-up and drop off service. I have entrusted the service of my vehicles to Scott Pickerel for about 30 years now. This service on my truck was no different. He always makes sure that I get all the things done so that my truck gets me to where I need to go. It is a relief to know that he makes sure all the things get checked that are vital to my vehicle running on a daily basis and I know I can trust him to do it. Don’t know what I would do without him being there and all the great servicemen at Ford.

I used to enjoy bringing my fleet vehicle in to Spradley, they were quick and communicated with you, I recently got a 2019 F 250 new from our maintenance team, with 200 miles on it drove it to our office in Colorado springs, had a rattle in the dash from day one, in short it has been in multiple times they just replaced it today they assured me it was fixed drove it home still has the same problem wanted to talk to someone else but they said no one was there at a different level, very disappointed, in all of this I couldnt get any call backs unless I was persistent on calling throughout the day, I am all most certain I am not alone in this matter, sure would be nice to have someone care about the customers that make there job possible

I purchased a used Ford truck from Spradley Ford recently.The salesman was knowledgeable and pretty straight forward.I do not feel that I was given the best deal that I could have, I should have shopped some more but the truck I purchased is very much what I was looking for and Im pleased with it.Pretty disappointing that Spradley couldnt even put fuel in the tank after my purchase, had to fuel up before I reached home.
