Review:My family bought a car from this place. We live far from Pueblo and requested to receive our car title in the mail. The lady taking care of us, Giselle had told us to request the title to be mailed over email and she would send over paperwork to fill out and email back. I completed the attachment on the email and sent it back shortly after. The email clearly stated that once the files are signed they will mail my title to me. Keep in mind there’s a $20 fee for this transaction. We’re on the third week since the email and no title in the mail. We give the dealership a call and to our surprise the guy who answers the phone tells me that my car title was still in their office. There was an argument after that which I was not involved in as I was only the third party calling on behalf of the buyer. Giselle clearly stated we had not filled out the paperwork that they needed but I had already filled out the attachment she had sent me on the email. I decide to give her a call to get the problem solved, all she told me was that the car title had been shipped out weeks ago but I could go pick it up in person the next day. I catch her lying again as there is only one title per vehicle unless it is lost somewhere then they would have to retrieve a second copy of it. At this point this lady is just saying lie after lie. I then ask her to send me an email confirmation stating the day and time she had first mailed my title (supposedly weeks ago). She never sent the email. I wake up this morning to paperwork delivered by fedex. At first I gave her the benefit of the doubt maybe she did send it out weeks ago. But nope! Sent a different document. Giselle claimed to had sent out my title weeks ago but it’s still in their office. It’s frustrating at this point because $20 were immediately charged on my card three weeks ago but my title was never sent out!!! I had to go out of my way to pay another $29.25 to send the signed document back overnight because I’m in desperate need of this title since my temps expired. At this point I’ve spent $49.25 and I still don’t have my title in my possession. Giselle happens to be the manager and is extremely unprofessional and I would not recommend buying from this place if you want to avoid any issues. They will lie and make it extremely difficult to get your hands on your documents. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

I bought a car from them in April 2021. Great car and good price. Had a little title issue when I went to transfer title in Texas. I notified them and the issue was fixed in a week. Great service! Looking to buy another vehicle in the future from them.

Always treated with the up most professional manner and listen to what we wanted weve bought two cars from here all used cars will generally take a little bit of money to make a great running vehicle but you have to be willing to spend a little more for something that just needs the basis but amazing staff still have and love my cars thanks all!!!

I called them to give them my drivers license to hold the 2016 jeep Patriot. They didnt send the buyers order to my bank where I was approved for a auto loan. So I wont be buying anything here. And if anyone needs a car, I will tell them not to go here. Very sad I needed a car real bad.😞

I reviewed this place 3 months ago. I have a complete change of mind about this company. The woman that does the paperwork for the vehicles is well known by the registry for NOT signing titles correctly or putting the correct info needed on the titles. Which makes it difficult to register a vehicle due to having to go back to the dealer and wait for the woman to show up and do it right! The attitude from the office people is a joke. The vehicles they sell are pieced together to make it run. We had to put quite a few new parts in the vehicle we bought and found the parts we were replacing were from a junk yard! Never again will I come back to this place.

I got a suv for 6 grand last week and now find out that the transmission wont go past 2nd. I was not aware that places could sell vehicle that they knew were junk. 3450$ for a new one. They wouldnt even let me trade it in for something else. I was super polite about it too. Do not buy from these people definitely not a honest place selling knowingly junk cars.

Mondo knew his vehicles pretty good and was quick to fix a minor hose replacement. Overall service was pretty friendly.

This place is not legit. They Jimmy rig their cars just well enough to be sold and drove around for a little while and then, BAM, something breaks down. This has happened to multiple people I know who have purchased a car from here. There is something wrong with EVERY car on the lot. Thats how theyre able to get them for so cheap. For all the hassle, youre better off getting a car private party on Craigslist.

I got my son an SUV for a great price. We did have to replace the alternator a few months after buying it but it was well worth it. I recommend this company.

Used cars at good and fair price. I have friends that have cars from them and they had no problems with having to put more money into fixing them. When I buy my next car Im going there. I always check their inventory on the website.

Bought a 2011 ford focus what had to be jumped the 3 times i tested it and had a flat tire. we were told that we would get a new battery and a new tire, i have paperwork stating this. i didn’t get a new tire, i got a *badly* patched tire i’m filling every day as i can’t afford new tires right now, and my battery was either not replaced or was replaced with some refurbished junk they pulled out of storage. not a new battery. i’ve had to jump my car about every other day since buying the car. i wouldn’t go here if you wanna get what you’re offered because they don’t do that here

My husband and I Bought a 2007 Saturn Vue from them in June when we first moved here. Waited until august to review because i was skeptical after reading the previous reviews. I have to say this car has been amazing. Ive put 100 miles a day on it to and from work since purchase and it has done amazing! I had to recharge the AC fluid, but thata normal in any car. The staff were great and helpful. I am extremely pleased with my purchase.

We had to scrap our van today after buying it from these people. First off its a 2005 Pontiac Montana went to go test drive it battery was dead no big deal (should ove walked away). Not even a week later the serpentine belt snapped on it four times replaced three different pulleys and still kept snapping the belt. Did the water pump on it 3 days ago my wife was driving it and the control arm went out on it last night. NEVER GO HERE TO BUY A VEHICLE WE BOUGHT A LEMON

They were great. The younger man out on the lot that will most likely be the one to help u check out a vehicle or with whatever else ur there for, but he is GREAT. Always nice and polite and outgoing. If anyones reading this that can do so-that man deserves a raise, hands down. And the woman to do ur title work is also very nice and helpful. I have no complaints at all. Very happy to have purchased my car there.

My daughter bought a car back in March then she barely have it for over a month the engine blew so now she’s out of $5000 and out of the vehicle

This place will screw you over and sell a vehicle out from under you even when you have the cash in hand to put down on it. Very rude people and give you low ball offers on your own vehicle. Horrible place and I would never recommend anyone go there.

Purchased a car from there and so has my brother. Both similiar issues right away. Both had head gasket leaks and had to have someone fix them and you can tell they try to cover up any other issues the car just slowly fell apart the moment was taken off the lot. The gas tank doesnt let you put gas in it like normal you have to do 15 to 20 cents and stop every time. The fan vibrates and is loose. Lots of issues.

They advertise prices start at $500 on their sign by the highway. Went in to an auction they started off ridiculously high priced, then only came down not even $1,000 from the original asking price. Had some of the similar issues that others have mentioned, like tires and brakes. The owner was a little rude and only cared about making the sale instead of having satisfied customers.

A good place to get a car for around the price you want.

I bought a car for my son. Im disabled and I got screwed by this place!Bad tires and bad brakes. This car has sat in my garage for 10 months because I cant afford to get it fixed.I asked for tires, they wanted to sell me a mixed matched set for $300.00.No reply about the brakes.If your a female or your disabled, STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!

My business partner purchased a vehicle grom this place on Monday 11/26/17. The young man states the vehicle is good and runs great when asked if there are any known issues with driving the car to the Colorado Springs. Additionally, you cant drive their cars but in a designated area that has gravel to test drive. Within reaching the Colorado springs area from Pueblo, the vehicle starts to exhibit isues w warning lights. The vehicle went to the mechanic. The mechanic is prepared to write a letter in support of a law suit against this agency in small claims court. The Attorney Generals office has been notified as well as our attorney. According to our mechanic this agency intended to deceive buyer by putting thick truck oil to mask any engine problems. To call this vehicle a lemon is giving it too much credit. We are contacting others who have complained about this agency to begin the petition of a class action lawsuit to demonstrate a trending of fraud and holding this agency accountable for their deceit.

I’ve recently purchased a vehicle from this place, come to find out my car had a valve cover gasket leak which is VERY serious & costly to fix, clearly the “mechanics” that check these cars & send them over to be sold aren’t professional enough to provide information like this or just aren’t good at their job. the man who sold me this car said they are good christian people but really they are just getting over on people & selling cars with problems they can’t tell anyone about, DONT RECOMEND THEM TO ANYONE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!! when i️ called about this problem they showed no interest whatsoever.
