My Toyota was acting up. I went to start the car and everything was dead. I have a Toyota Camry LE 2018. I took it to a Toyota dealer they said everything was green and clean. I go up to the mall stay till it closes get in the car & it’s dead! I had to wait till midnight for a jump. I drove to the Motel six up the road. I spent $105 plus tax for a room… That was the cheapest room in the neighborhood. And then went back the very next day. They couldn’t duplicate the issue again, but I have made a video about it. We decided to change the battery out. So far so good. I have to drive to an a half hours in one direction just to get to a Toyota dealer so I hope this is solving the problem. Nice friendly staff

After having a not so good time at Larry H. Miller Toyota. Pueblo Toyota really took care of us. I called while sitting at Larry H. Miller while they were trying to give me chump change for my trade. They pretty much said give us an ETA so we can role out the red carpet. John the salesman I think that is his name, Im pretty positive Was straight up with us from the get go we wanted a new 4Runner he said he got one coming its this model but but there will an additional 3K due to demand. I said I will be happy to pay the additional 3K since you were straight up. And since it was a 6K difference between new and used. They didnt BS me on my trade like the other one did. And they added an addition 1K to sweeten the deal on this 4Runner. Which they did not have to do at all. They threw some running bored in for the 4runner. Had a wonder full experience!! Kevin and Aubrey were our sales persons and were very polite and professional when dealing with my wife and I! Were from Minnesota and have been looking for a particular kind of car to fit my needs. I found the car we were looking for at Pueblo Toyota which happens to be a 2017 Chevy SS sedan in near perfect condition. Obviously being from Minnesota, picking up the car in Pueblo was going to be a challenge. We flew into Denver from Minneapolis and when Pueblo offered to pick us up at the airport, (which is 2 hours away) we graciously accepted.Duane was our awesome transport who showed up in a brand new Toyota to taxi us to Pueblo Toyota. Sold them a truck 3 weeks ago. We got confirmation of the payoff from the bank and still havent been paid for our truck. Its been signed over to Toyota and they have possession of the truck, control of the legal ownership and our money. They have every excuse under the sun as to why we cant get our money including (bad past customers). At this point, Id never do business with Pueblo Toyota again and thats saying something considering they were so great at first I was going to buy a tacoma from them before our move. At this point if I could give -5 stars, I wouldnt think it was low enough.Edit: The day after this review, we were finally allowed to to come get our check. Comparing this to other experiences with dealerships around Colorado, Im overall left unsatisfied. In person on the ground floor they are great, nice, and helpful, but if you have an extended dealing with them, things start to fall apart. I honestly cant tell if the breakdown is from C.S (doesnt seem like it) or management/policies and those not making it to the customer service reps. Taking 3 weeks to do something that a rep said would take 2 days is just crazy. I hope that there is another answer for your future customers other than weve been burned by bad customers before. Im not a bad customer and being compared to them as an excuse for a 3 week delay isnt acceptable in our opinions.I hope you all are successful in the future, good luck.

BUT...after experiencing Larry H, Millers horrible customer service (during the sale and subsequent maintenance), I could not stand the idea of giving them any more business, even if it was just a recall. Pueblo Toyota came through! Pueblo Toyota was responsive, excited to have me as a customer, and exceptionally professional. They were ready to receive the car for service on time, and finished the task ahead of schedule! Great job, Pueblo Toyota!!

This was the best dealership I’ve ever worked with along with our salesmen Jon Baker and Stephanie. I’m from NM and was sent all documents through DocuSign. The next day when we arrived in Pueblo we were only in the dealership for about half an hour tying off any loose ends before driving off with my new car. The people are great to work with and this was definitely a great experience.

Our salesman made it very smooth and easy process! He and the finance manager made the car process of get financed so fast and the signing was so quick!They took a 3 or 4 hour process into 1/2 an hour!We did most of the documents ( that causes the long wait at a dealership) the day before we picked up the car, via DocuSign so all we did was finalize the paperwork and we where done! I went into the Toyota dealership to get a wheel alignment. I had recently bought new tires and I had been told in the past that when you get new tires, you should have the wheels aligned. I’m sure glad I did it. I sure can tell the difference in how much better the car drives. The workers are all very nice and there’s a very nice area with a big screen TV while you wait for your vehicle.

Im really sorry to have to write a bad review, but after tonight, I feel I need to. Pueblo Toyota tries to take advantage of its customers. Im not sure if my sales rep was inexperienced or thought he could take advantage of a single woman buying a used car, but I shouldve walked away when he offered me a 8% interest loan when my Credit score is in the mid-700s. We struggled to agree on a price, and I specifically requested he take the loan through ENT. He agreed and went to the back. I have a disability that affects my judgement. I trusted hed go through the credit union we agreed on, and didnt register the credit union name was wrong because I was sure it wasnt. I was wrong, so now I have an account at a union Im unfamiliar with and Im stuck with his decision and my mistake. A more minor inconvincience was when he tried to backtrack on a condition I made when buying the car because the fix was more expensive than expected. I will never buy here again.

Great experience with Jimmy Young, salesperson extraordinaire! Told Jimmy what I was looking for in a new car (Rav 4 XLE!) and within two days I took possession on my new SUV! Jimmy drove to Denver to pick it up on a Friday, and I drove it into my garage on Monday! My only negative is that Pueblo Toyota was reluctant to take my 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee with 310k miles as a trade-in! Its all good! Better than good!

We did feel bad that the car we found could not be purchased from Nathan. We will definitely visit Pueblo Toyota when we need to buy another car.

We took our 2002 4Runner here for a repair about a year ago. We thought the timing belt and water pump were due for replacements. It turned out that both of these parts were incorrectly installed at another shop very recently. Pueblo Toyota was able to pinpoint the $2.00 part that was causing it to misfire. They were honest with us and really only charged us for the cheap part and the labor. Every one of the staff we encountered was communicative and hospitable!

My experience with Pueblo Toyota was great! I ended up with two new vehicles that I’m very happy with, and the prices were definitely fair. I already knew most things about the Tundra and so did Derrick. I was NOT presented with high pressure to be rushed into a sale, but rather I was given plenty of time to myself to make a huge decision. Just wanted to share my experience at Pueblo Toyota. My salesman Nate Hurley was top notch! I was in the market for a very specific type of vehicle and he was extremely knowlegeable and didnt waste either of our times trying to show me things outside of what we wanted. He knew what every light/ button did and the features of this vehicle compared to others like it. He knows his products very well and told me his recommendations and at no point did Nate or the finance manager, Brant make me feel as though it was me vs Toyota and they were going to try to scheme me into some jacked up deal that I would regret later. My wife and I felt like they were on our team and literally wanted what was best for us. That was a nice change! Last little praise was I had talked about wanting to ceramic coat the vehicle and Nate actually took us out to his personal vehicle and showed us the ceramic coat/tint and clear bra that had been installed by show us your tintson his new tundra. He was actually able to hook us up with all the same great modifications to protect our investment all through Toyota!

Service center is not flexible. This is my nearest Toyota Dealership and I have an airbag warning light on. Just need them to check the code and let me know what is needed. I’m sure it’s just a simple 10 minute deal. I don’t make it to Pueblo often during the week because I’m a working class citizen. Poor customer service.

Toyota is hands down the best car company around. This dealership is definitely one of the worst. They tried to tell me I needed a new ECM for me to get a key programmed. Thousand dollar+ bill for an hour of labor and a part you can find new online for $170. All in all a thousand dollars for a key is ridiculous. Thankfully I used to be a mechanic actually working at a different toyota dealership, and I didnt fall for the scam. Found a locksmith online that got me two new keys for $150. I would never take anything here again. I was hesitant already, because i know how dealerships are, but I thought how can they upcharge me on a key? They found a way. My advice always research and get a second opinion if you are coming to/from here.

From the first minute I entered Pueblo Toyoya they treated me as a friend ”I have been shopping around for a truck. I was just looking around. Mrs. Aubrey White found me the right truck and she was so successful to get me the deal I wanted that I had to buy the truck I was looking for. Once again I took my vehicle in for service and the they did not have the correct part to complete the service. This is the second time this has happened to me at this dealership. I was called 3.5 hours after dropping my car off, telling me they did not have the correct part and nothing was done. This happened 2 months ago and was the same story. It is very frustrating to re-arrange my schedule to drop my car off and not have anything done because of incompetence. My time is very important to me and this dealership seems to have no respect for peoples time. I was hoping after the first occurrence that something would have been put in place to mitigate problems of this matter. Instead, they are still wasting peoples valuable time and really do not seem to care otherwise. No true apology or even concerned worker present at that place. I am extremely disappointed once again with the service at this shop. Good riddance once my warranty is up.

Very disappointed so far with the response to replacing a flat tire on a brand new vehicle. I purchased a brand new 2020 SUV that currently has under 7,000 miles. I have a flat tire, and the earliest Toyota can get me in to fix this is 8 days from the day I call? According to AAA I shouldnt drive more than 50 miles on my spare and long distance driving can harm my transmission. That means I cant average more than 6.25 miles a day before I can be seen (and theres no guarantee yet that my tire will be replaced on my appointment date)

Always go here to get my oil changed. They are always friendly and helpful. They ate taking appropriate precautions now during covid.

***OUT OF STATE BUYERS, BEWARE!!!***Worst possible experience!I am a buyer from CA, I speak to the sales rep and ask for a video walkthrough and I specifically ask to be shown any imperfection.She sends me the video and in the video states that there are no imperfection; the car is in awesome condition!When my auto transporter gets there to pick up the vehicle, he takes pictures all around the car, and sends them to me. When I received these pictures I was shocked! There was clear and evident signs of a front collision!! The front grill was broken, the paint in the front was severely scratched, the bumper is loose, etc. All throughout the vehicle there are significant signs of off road use.I have been trying to speak to the general manager to discuss this situation for 2 weeks and have had no luck reaching him. Apparently he shows up for 1 hour to 1.5 hours a day. Ive tried email, voicemail and calling daily and have had 0 luck!If you are an out of state buyer, please please think twice before committing to this dealership.Read more of these reviews!! Dont take your business to this dealership!Side note.. my purchase agreement that me and the sales manager signed.. was for a car with 6,753 and when the driver picked it up the vehicle had 6,813 miles. Thats 60 miles that the vehicle was driven after I signed the purchase agreement!!Theres a clear reason why their rating is where it is.Please consider taking your business elsewhere!

They were wonderful in every way. Steve was easy to work with and provided amazing customer service. Ryan was more than fair on the value of my car and the discount on his car. I live in Colorado Springs and they are worth the drive.
