Took me a long time to get service on my truck. I sat there from 10 am to 6:15 pm waiting for repair when I was finally told it would not be done until next day. I gave a 3 stars because they did finally give me a loaner to get home. (I live an hour away). Have trouble everytime I go to Spradley Ford for service, but that is where I bought the truck and warranty so I will continue to go there for now.

I wasn’t treated bad but be prepared to pay MSRP sticker price for the vehicle. No negotiation at all. They will let you walk and wait for someone else to pay the full sticker price. Good Luck!

Drove from Grand junction to Pueblo to look at truck liked truck agreed to purchase & trade my 2012 f 150 when signing papers discovered hidden charge of $ 1000.00 for lojack anti-theft was told could not be removed dropped to $ 595.00 still a hidden charge . Salesmen helped swap personal items to new truck, swapped keys (I had 2 sets of keys) he only had one set & was told there was only one set of keys called sales mannager next day was told I could purchase another set at their cost I was in Grand junction 6 hrs away, noticed Rock chip in windshield I went to glass shop to get repaired ( old repair cracked could not fix ) replaced with new windshield. Went to Western Slope Ford ordered set of spare keys ( over $200.00 ) I will tell everyone I can not to use this dealership !!! .
